Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Umleiten von Signaturen mit folgenden Merkmalen:erste und zweite, gemeinsam die Signaturen einklemmende Transportbänder (3; 4) sind entlang eines ersten Transportpfades angeordnet,die Transportbänder (3; 4) trennen sich und laufen in getrennte Transportpfade (51; 52) weiter,ein sich quer zur Förderrichtung der Transportbänder (3; 4) erstreckendes Leitkeilsystem (13) ist zur Umleitung der Signaturen aus dem ersten gemeinsamen Transportpfad in einen ersten Transportpfad (51) oder in einen zweiten Transportpfad (52) angeordnet,dieses feststehende Leitkeilsystem (13) weist eine obere (14) und eine untere Leitfläche (16) sowie ein dünnes Ende (10) und ein dickes Ende (15) auf,wobei das dünne Ende (10) entgegen der Förderrichtung (A) der beiden Transportbänder (3; 4) gerichtet ist,die obere Leitfläche (14) spannt eine erste Ebene (19) und die untere Leitfläche (16) spannt eine zweite Ebene (24) auf,die beiden Ebenen (19; 24) begrenzen einen das feststehende Leitkeilsystem (13) umgebenden keilförmigen Raum,zwei Nockenwalzen (1; 2) zur Lageveränderung der Transportbänder (3; 4) sind angeordnet,
die Nockenwalzen (1; 2) mittels Nocken (20; 21; 22; 25; 26; 27) die beiden Transportbänder (3; 4) abwechselnd in den von den beiden Ebenen (19; 24) aufgespannten keilförmigen Raum in Nuten oder Zwischenräume (42; 43) einer Ableitkante (12) des Leitkeilsystems (13) einbringen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leitkeilsystem (13) als ein Leitkeil (13) mit den jeweiligen Transportbändern (3; 4) zugeordneten Nuten (42; 43) oder Zwischenräumen (42, 43) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leitkeilsystem (13) aus einer Mehrzahl von quer zur Transportrichtung der Transportbänder (3; 4) angeordneten, axial voneinander beabstandeten Einzelleitkeilen (37 bis 40) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelleitkeile (37 bis 40) über ihre dickeren Enden (15) mit einem sich quer zur Förderrichtung der Transportbänder (3; 4) erstreckenden Querbalken (44) form- oder stoffschlüssig verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nocken (20, 21, 22; 25, 26, 27) der Nockenwalzen (1; 2) miteinander kämmen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Nockenwalzen (1; 2) zwei Reihen von Nockenscheiben aufweisen, deren Nocken miteinander kämmen.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Nocken (1; 2) oder Nockenscheibe mindestens eine Steuerfläche (23; 28) auf einem Nocken (20 bis 22; 25 bis 27) mit einem ersten Radius (r2; r3) und eine Steuerfläche (18; 33) auf einem Nocken (17; 30 bis 32) mit einem zweiten Radius (r1; r4) aufweist und daß der erste Radius (r2; r3) größer als der zweite Radius (r1; r4) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Steuerflächen (23; 28) der Nocken (20 bis 22; 25 bis 27) mit erstem Radius (r2; r3) mit den jeweils zugeordneten ersten Transportbändern (3) bzw. zweiten Transportbändern (4) zumindest zeitweise in Berührung bringbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der Nocken (17; 20 bis 22) der ersten Reihen (1) von Nocken ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches der Anzahl der Nocken (25 bis 27; 30 bis 32) der zweiten Reihe (2) von Nocken beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß axial zwischen den Nocken der Reihen (1; 2) von Nocken durchgängig freie Räume (42; 43) vorgesehen sind, daß sich die Räume (42; 43) beider Reihen (1; 2) von Nocken jeweils direkt gegenüberliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Nocken kreisrunde Querschnitte aufweisende, angetriebene, exzentrisch gelagerte Scheiben vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leitkeil (13) einstückig und kammartig ausgebildet ist, wobei die Einzelkeile (37 bis 40) in axialer Richtung zinkenartig nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine oder beide Führungsflächen (14; 16) des Leitkeiles (13) oder der Einzelkeile (37 bis 40) gerade oder konkav gekrümmt ausgebildet ist.
