Claims (12)

  1. Dokument mit einer vertraulichen Aufschrift gebildet von mit Tinte oder Toner bedeckten Flächen, und das nur von zum Lesen befugten Personen gelesen werden darf und eine geschwärzte Zone umfasst, auf der ein mindestens teilweise durchsichtiger und für den Laseroder Tintenstrahldruck geeigneter Haftfilm geklebt ist, wobei die vertrauliche Aufschrift mit einem Laser- oder Tintenstrahldrucker auf die Fläche des Haftfilms gedruckt wird, wobei die vertrauliche Aufschrift durch Trennen des Haftfilms und des Dokuments mindestens in der Zone der vertraulichen Aufschrift lesbar wird und permanente Änderungen des Dokuments verursacht, wobei die Haftfähigkeit des Haftfilms teilweise entsprechend der Aufschriftzone eliminiert wird, um die Vollständigkeit und Lesbarkeit des Films beim Trennen zu wahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flächen mit Tinte oder Toner mit einem Prozentsatz geringer als 100 % bedeckt sind, wobei dieser Prozentsatz von der Qualität und der Intensität des Kontrasts der geschwärzten Zone abhängt.
  2. Vertrauliches Dokument nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine in seiner Stärke vorgeschnittene Zunge umfasst, wobei dafür gesorgt wird, dass Befestigungen gelassen werden, die Siegel bilden, die die Zunge mit dem Rest des Dokuments verbinden.
  3. Vertrauliches Dokument nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die befugten Personen die vertrauliche Aufschrift zur Kenntnis nehmen, indem sie die vorgeschnittene Zunge durch Brechen der Befestigungen lösen.
  4. Vertrauliches Dokument nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lesen der vertraulichen Aufschrift leichter wird, indem die Rückseite der Zunge wieder auf den durchsichtigen Haftfilm geklebt wird.
  5. Vertrauliches Dokument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gebildete vertrauliche Aufschrift Zeichen und Buchstaben umfasst.
  6. Vertrauliches Dokument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, um das Lesen der vertraulichen mit einem Laser- oder Tintenstrahldrucker gemachten Aufschriften noch weiter zu behindern, ein Raster kleiner Punkte präsentiert wird.
  7. Vertrauliches Dokument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haftfilm ein matter Polyesterfilm zum Laser- oder Tintenstrahldrucken ist.
  8. Vertrauliches Dokument nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder der vorgeschnittenen Zunge nie mit denen des vertraulichen Dokuments zusammenfallen.
  9. Vertrauliches Dokument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertrauliche Aufschrift umgekehrt gedruckt ist.
  10. Vertrauliches Dokument nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haftfilm über die Zone hinaussteht, in der seine Haftfähigkeit teilweise weggelassen ist und dort auf den Papierträger geklebt ist, so dass, wenn man den Film vom Papierträger trennt, der Film nicht zerreißt, während der Papierträger zerfasert wird.
  11. Vertrauliches Dokument nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftfähigkeit des Films auf der Fläche, die der geschwärzten Zone entspricht, weggelassen wird, indem auf den Film eine nicht haftende Substanz aufgebracht wird, bevor dort der Klebstoff aufgebracht wird.
  12. Vertrauliches Dokument nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht haftende Substanz, die zwischen dem Film und dem Klebstoff des Haftfilms aufgebracht wird, ein Silikon ist.
