Description
Ist dieser Kasten nicht so schwer beladen, deformieren sich die Kufen nicht in der beschriebenen Weise, wodurch die Geräuschentwicklung stärker ist, weil nur die nach innen gerichteten Kanten der Kufen mit ihren rampenartigen längsgerichteten Abschnitten sanft auf die Röllchen auflaufen, nicht aber die nach außen gerichteten Kanten der Kufen.
An der Außenseite der Kufen lassen sich bei einem Kasten mit ebenem Kastenboden aber keine nach oben geneigten längsgerichteten rampenartige Abschnitte herstellen, weil der Kasten sonst aus seiner Herstellungsform nicht herausnehmbar, also nicht entformbar ist.

Claims (6)
- Transportkasten, der einstückig aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist,
mit einem im mittleren Bereich des Kastens ebenen Boden, unter dem sich im Randbereich des Kastens mindestens zwei parallele Kufen befinden, die durch quer zu den Kufen verlaufende Rippen mit dem Boden verbunden sind,
bei dem durch die Kufen, die Querrippen und die Bodenunterfläche nach außen und/oder innen hin offene Taschen gebildet sind,
und bei dem die Kufen an der der Kastenmitte zugewandten Seite einen längsgerichteten Abschnitt aufweisen, der nach oben gerichtet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kufen (5) an ihrer Außenseite einen weiteren längsgerichteten Abschnitt (15) aufweisen, der nach außen oben gerichtet ist,
und daß der Boden (4) des Kastens im Randbereich eine nach außen oben gerichtete geneigte Fläche (17) aufweist, die oberhalb der Kufen (5) befindlich ist, die die gleiche Neigung wie der nach außen gerichtete längsgerichtete Abschnitt (15) der Kufe (5) aufweist und die in die mittig angeordnete ebene Bodenfläche (16) übergeht. - Transportkasten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die geneigte Fläche (17) des Bodens (4) den gleichen Neigungswinkel wie der nach außen gerichtete Abschnitt (15) der Kufe (5) aufweist. - Transportkasten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geneigte Fläche (17) des Bodens (4) einen größeren Neigungswinkel als der nach außen gerichtete geneigte Abschnitt (15) der Kufe (5) aufweist. - Transportkasten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der geneigte innere Abschnitt (14) der Kufe (5) gerundet ist, sein Neigungswinkel sich also laufend gegenüber der mittleren Kufenfläche (13) verkleinert. - Transportkasten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Spalt (21) zwischen der Oberkante des nach oben gerichteten inneren Abschnittes (14) der Kufe (5) und dem Kastenboden (4) befindlich ist. - Transportkasten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nach oben gerichtete innere Abschnitt (14) der Kufe (5) unmittelbar oder über eine Längsrippe (8) in den Kastenboden (4) übergeht.
