Claims (9)
- Anschlußvorrichtung für isolierte elektrische Leiter, welche die Leiterisolation durchdringt und dadurch einen Kontakt mit der Leiterseele herstellt, mit einer Schraubklemme, die aus einer Hülse oder Buchse und einer in diese eindrehbaren Schraube besteht, wobei die Hülse oder Buchse wenigstens eine Schneidkante oder Spitze umfaßt, die beim Anziehen der Schraube durch den Isolierwerkstoff hindurch zur Leiterseele vordringt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubklemme mit Hülse (1) oder Buchse und wenigstens einer Schneidkante oder Spitze (6, 14) derart ausgestaltet ist, daß im Bereich einer beim Eindringen der Schneidkante oder Spitze (6, 14) in den Isolierwerkstoff des Leiters (7, 18) entstehenden Kerbstelle, die auf den von außen kommenden Leiterabschnitt folgt, die Leiterseele bzw der Leiter durch ein Druckstück im befestigten Zustand nicht auf Biegung beanspruchbar ist, wie es bei einer frei beweglichen Leiterseele an einer Kerbstelle der Fall ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leiter im befestigten Zustand auf beiden Seiten einer Kerbstelle an einer die Schneidkante oder Spitze tragenden Platine sowie auf der der kerbstelle gegenüberliegenden Seite zur Anlage kommt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Buchse (1) von im wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt, deren senkrecht zu den Schmalwänden stehende Schraube (2) mit einem Druckbügel (3) aus federelastischem Werkstoff versehen ist, eine zur Schraube senkrechte Platine (5) enthält, die an ihrer dem Druckbügel (3) zugewandten Seite eine quer zur Buchsenachse verlaufende Schneidkante (6) aufweist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch eine spiegelsymmetrisch gestaltete Verbindungsbuchse mit zwei Schrauben und zwei Druckbügeln, zwei entgegengesetzten Aufnahmeöffnungen und einem Fenster (8) in der Seitenwand, wobei die dementsprechend mit zwei Schneidkanten versehene Platine an ihrem Längsrand einen Vorsprung (9) aufweist, der in das Fenster (8) hineinragt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Hülse (10) mit im wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt mit einer senkrecht zu den Schmalwänden stehenden Schraube versehen ist und daß ein Einlegeteil als Druckstück (12) mit einer Schneidgabel (14) vorgesehen ist, die zwei Zinken (15) hat, die je zwei Schneidkanten (17) und eine von der Schraube wegweisende Spitze (16) aufweisen, und daß an der Schmalwand, die der Schraube (13) gegenüberliegt, Fensteröffnungen (19) angebracht sind, in welche beim Eindrehen der Schraube die Spitzen eindringen.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese als spiegelsymmetrischer Leitungsverbinder ausgestaltet ist, derart, daß das Druckstück (12), die verbindende Stromschiene darstellt, mit zwei Schneidgabeln (14) versehen ist und in einem Isolierstoffgehäuse befestigt ist und daß mit jeder Schneidgabel (14) eine in dem Isolierstoffgehäuse in Schraubrichtung verschiebbar geführte Hülse (10, 11) und Schraube (13) zusammenwirkt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das aus Flachmaterial hergestellte Druckstück (12) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt hat und die Schneidgabelzinken (15) aus Vorsprüngen der abgekanteten Schenkel geformt sind.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidgabelzinken (15) dreieckförmig und bezüglich der jeweiligen Schraubenachse gewölbt sind, so daß sich je zwei von der Dreieckspitze (16) weg nach innen verlaufende Schneidkanten (17) ergeben.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgekanteten Schenkel des Druckstücks zu dessen Fixierung in Längsmitte Randausschnitte (20) aufweisen.
