Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a display device for presenting goods in shops and at exhibitions.
  • the display device consists of a supporting structure, e.g. a panel, at least one horizontally on the support structure fixed profile bar and support arms that can be hooked into this profile bar.
  • the display device has several profile bars, which are in systematic Distances to each other are arranged horizontally.
  • the support arms can be attached as desired within all selectable positions and serve the direct or indirect holding of the goods to be demonstrated.
  • a typical one Application is given in the clothing industry, where hanging on hangers Outer clothing on display devices equipped with support arms be hung up.
  • Such display devices enable customer-oriented Presentation of the goods on offer, variable design of the sales areas and an uncomplicated change in the hanging. Let it still present the presented goods in an accurate order, so that at any time there is an overall sales-oriented impression.
  • Display devices of the aforementioned types are from the prior art already widely known.
  • GB-A-2 241 426 a presentation wall is included horizontal, row-shaped slots that are slanted downward in extend the back wall into it.
  • There are hooks for hanging in these slots Shape of the number "1" provided on which a protruding arm in the room is firmly arranged.
  • a large part of the slot area that remains unoccupied is free visible, which is not optically advantageous.
  • the burden of the individual Support arm only be small to avoid breaking out.
  • the Devices according to CH-A-650 137 and DE-A-34 38 759 are based on a rear wall with horizontal grooves into which hooks can be inserted.
  • GB-A-2 206 033 and GB-A-2 222 070 display devices are used oval profile rods described, attachable to the support arms with bracket parts are.
  • the profile bars and bracket parts are relatively bulky components, so that these devices do not meet every aesthetic requirement.
  • FR-A-2 611 468 describes a device with profile parts and a support arm proposed, the profile part having a hook edge at the top and Bracket has a wire loop that you hook into the hook edge.
  • the support arm cannot be hooked in at any position, and edges as well as loops are very eye-catching.
  • WO-A-91 14388 contains variously modified display devices different profile rails and support arms. Here either complicated, coarse profiles and relatively complex support arms used or the majority unoccupied slot areas are externally visible.
  • the profile rail has a U-shaped top bend open at the bottom and a V-shaped bend at the bottom, which is open to the top.
  • the support arm consists of a protruding into the room Pole piece, on which, facing the profile rail, a multi-curved Plug-in plate is arranged.
  • At the top is a in the direction of Rod piece curved nose provided. Hooking the support arm into the Profile rail is done by lifting the free end of the bar piece opposite the horizontal and inserting the nose of the pegboard into the U-shaped Bend.
  • the bar piece is then brought into the horizontal and lowered vertically so that the bottom edge of the breadboard in the V-shaped Bend comes to rest while the top nose of the peg now slightly lowered, but still in the upper U-shaped bend sitting.
  • This arrangement requires a relatively wide profile rail with the two Bends, whereby the open surface of the profile rail remains visible, so that today's aesthetic demands in shop fitting can hardly be met.
  • the attachable holder will be formed by two, essentially vertical, curved struts that bridge are. On the vertical struts there are folds that can be inserted into the groove at the top and provided bends protruding into the space below, to which the bridging - usually a crossbar - to hold the utensils attaches. To achieve lateral stability, the holder must always be in two parts be bridged, so that more complex structures result. For hanging one-armed support arms with extensive reach into the room and with this bracket is not suitable.
  • the profile bars used should be of the simplest possible cross-section, and also the support arms should have an uncomplicated shape, so that the entire Manufacture device inexpensively and can be changed flexibly. Is the width the profile rod a multiple of the width of the support arms, these must be any desired horizontal position along a profile bar - i.e. completely free selectable or within a grid - let it hang and then securely be supported. In a design variant, the profile bars should be as Arrange short pieces in a grid in rows and rows on a panel to let. It is to be avoided that the arms are not equipped with suspended arms Make profile, open, irregular slit sections visible.
  • the display device has at least one on a support structure at least in essentially horizontally attached, elongated, rail, rod or tubular profile rod and a support arm that can be attached to it.
  • a support structure On one The end of the rod part of the support arm is a vertical or oblique one attaching plug-in plate, which protrudes above the top of the rod part and has a bevel pointing in the axial direction of the rod part, which by a central bulge can be split into two tongues.
  • the hanging of the support arm on the profile bar is done by lifting the free End of the part of the bar opposite the horizontal and bringing up the fold to the profile bar from below the profile bar and lowering the free end in the end position after hanging. In the suspended end position the flat part of the plug-in board is supported on the front of the supporting structure off, while the bend on an inclined surface on the profile bar rests or is in a groove. Different were for the profile bar Embodiments developed.
  • the profile bars either extend at least almost entirely the entire width of a panel, so that one or more support arms, optionally positioned, let it hang along the individual profile bar.
  • the profile bars are designed as short pieces, in that can only be attached to a support arm.
  • the panel is accessible from both sides - you can do both Cover panel surfaces with profile bars and / or profile bar pieces.
  • Advantageous here is the opposite of each other on both sides of the side surfaces Profile bars and / or profile bar pieces through the panel with each other connect to.
  • Support arms which have a strut that curves horizontally or angled. From a support arm with a central strut which a plug-in plate is arranged for hanging in the profile rod, can several more struts come off as branching branches. Between the ends A cross bar can be used for two support bars, which lie opposite the plug-in plates be arranged in a fixed position parallel to the supporting structure runs. The immediate goods carrier is then the cross bar, on which e.g. Hangers with textiles can be hung during the Support rods have the function of consoles. On two or more supporting bars - also in the function of consoles - shelves can be fixed.
  • An exemplary This type of arrangement is a crossbar fixed between two support rods and a shelf provided above that of two other support rods is supported.
  • the profile bar is an extruded profile oval-like cross-section, which is horizontal and is screwed spaced onto the support structure.
  • the profile bar has one on the front side of the support structure longitudinal inclined surface on which the edge of the plug-in plate is placed, if a support arm is attached.
  • the sloping surface is in the direction of the rod part ascending and in its angle of inclination to the angle of the fold complementary.
  • the foremost part of the fold on the pegboard leaves sit on the inclined surface when you have the free end of the rod part against the horizontal. After inserting the bevel the entire support arm is brought back into the horizontal position so that the flat part of the plug-in plate is supported on the front of the supporting structure.
  • the bevel has a bulge that extends into the flat section extends so that the support arm also in the area of a screw connection can be hung between the profile bar and the supporting structure, then the fastening bolt with the spacer sleeve or another Thickening sits in the bulge.
  • the profile bar is a T-profile, the base leg of which is horizontal on one Support structure attached or in a horizontally incorporated in the support structure T-slot is inserted laterally, so that the free part of the middle leg the profile rod from the front of the support structure into the room extends.
  • the profile bar has one on the underside of the middle leg longitudinal groove that rises diagonally to the free outer edge into which the Bending of the plug-in board penetrates when a support arm is attached.
  • the Bending on the plug-in plate can be inserted into the groove if you have the free End of the rod part of the support arm lifts against the horizontal. After inserting the bevel into the groove, the entire support arm brought back into horizontal position so that the flat section of the pegboard is supported on the front of the support structure.
  • the slope angle of the groove is complementary to the rise angle of the fold.
  • the profile bar is only inserted so deeply into the support structure and the entry opening of the groove is positioned and dimensioned such that the entry opening is accessible over the entire length of the profile bar, i.e. support arms can be hung in any position along the profile bar.
  • the inlet opening of the groove is closed when the profile rod is inserted into the supporting structure.
  • the profile surrounds the groove on the underside so far that it reaches the surface of the support structure.
  • the entry opening is thus concealed within the T-slot in the support structure in which the profile rod is inserted.
  • the profile bar is provided with cutouts in sections on the underside of its middle leg, as a result of which the inlet openings in the area of the cutouts are widened and only here can support arms be hooked in.

  • the rod parts 80 are provided for directly or indirectly holding the goods to be presented, for example for hanging items of clothing hanging on hangers.
  • the panel section will have a defined grid dimension, and several panel sections can be joined together to form a wall.
  • the display device of this figure essentially coincides with the display device according to FIG. 1A; only the design of the profile bars 5 and their attachment are different.
  • the horizontal, systematic and parallel spaced profile bars 5 are inserted into the support structure 9 - here also a panel section.
  • the profile rods 5 are also intended for hanging support arms 8 and their rod parts 80 projecting into the space serve to hold the goods to be presented.
  • the profile rod 3 is approximately oval in cross-section and has on the side facing the front side 90 of the support structure 9 at least one axial surface 30 of the profile rod 3 that extends from the lower half of the profile rod 3 to the horizontal central axis M of the profile rod 3 rises at the angle of attack ⁇ .
  • a further inclined surface 31 is preferably provided, which descends from the upper half of the profile rod 3 to the horizontal central axis M of the profile rod 3 at the angle of attack ⁇ . Only the lower inclined surface 30 is required for hanging the support arms 8 .
  • the symmetrical arrangement of the inclined surfaces 30, 31 enables the profiled rod 3 to be placed on the front side 90 of the supporting structure 9 , also turned by 180 °, so that the inclined surface 31 which was previously located then comes to lie at the bottom. This simplifies the assembly, since - with a symmetrical arrangement of the bolts 10 - one does not have to pay attention to the turned position of the profile rod 3 .
  • the tongues 83 on the plug-in plate 81 on both sides of the bulge 82 are complementary to the angle of attack ⁇ in the direction of the rod part 80 and have a height which corresponds to the width of the inclined surfaces 30, 31 .

  • several systematically distributed bolts 10 are provided, which can be inserted into complementary through holes 91 . Support arms 8 can also be hung outside the bolts 10 ; with such a positioning, the bulges 82 remain unoccupied.
  • Carrying arms 8 which are particularly heavily loaded will preferably be hung in the area of a bolt 10 , since the device is most stable there. Attaching and detaching a support arm 8 require lifting the free end of the rod part 80. Due to the dead weight of the support arm 8, and reinforced when the support arm 8 is loaded, the flat part 84 of the plug-in plate 81 is pressed against the front side 90 of the support structure 9 , while the Tongues 83 lie all the more firmly on the respective lower inclined surface 30 or 31 .

  • the base leg 53 is embedded in the vertical section 94 of a T-groove 93 , while in the horizontal section thereof 95 of the middle leg 54 sits, the middle leg 54 protruding from the front 90 of the support structure 9 .
  • this groove 50 serves to receive the tongue 83 which, according to the first embodiment (see FIGS. 2A, 4A and 5C), is bent. If, in turn, a bulge 82 is provided in the plug-in plate 81 , support arms 8 equipped in this way can also be suspended in profile bars 3 of the first embodiment .
  • the kinematic processes for hanging and unhooking are identical to the example already described.
  • the plug-in plate 81 has an increasing thickness from the tongues 83 to the flat part 84 , so that the rod part 80 of a suspended support arm 8 has a slight rise into the room. This serves to avoid an optically disturbing downward tendency of the suspended support arms 8 and to compensate for a downward bend under high load beforehand.
  • the groove 50 has a widespread inlet opening 57, a minimum depth for receiving at least the essential part of the length of the tongues 83 and an inclined surface 58 facing the outer edge of the middle leg 54 , on which the tongues 83 come to rest in the suspended state.
  • These design features have the effect that, in particular, tolerances in the dimension between vertical section 94 and front side 90 are compensated for.
  • the front side 90 projects beyond the inlet opening 57 .
  • the inserted plug-in plate 81 is closer to the outer edge of the middle leg 54, the tongues 83 slide deeper into the groove 50 on the inclined surface 58 and the support arm 8 is positioned higher as a whole. As shown in FIG.
