Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a display device for presenting goods in shops and at exhibitions.
  • the display device consists of a support structure, for example a panel, at least one profile bar horizontally fixed to the support structure and support arms that can be hooked into this profile bar.
  • the display device generally has a number of profile bars, which are horizontally arranged at systematic distances from each other.
  • the support arms can be hung in any position and serve for the direct or indirect mounting of the goods to be demonstrated.
  • a typical application is in the clothing industry, where hanging garments are hung on the front of the display devices equipped with support arms
  • Display devices enable a customer-oriented presentation of the offered goods, a variable design of the sales area and an uncomplicated change in the curtain Present the presented goods in an accurate order so that there is an overall sales-oriented impression at all times
  • GB-A-2 241 426 discloses a presentation wall with horizontal, cellular plug-in slots which extend obliquely downward into the rear wall for hanging thereon Slots are provided with hooks in the shape of the number "1", on which a support arm projecting into the room is firmly arranged. A large part of the slot surface that remains unoccupied is freely visible, which is not optically advantageous. Furthermore, the load on the individual support arm may be be only slight to avoid breaking out.
  • the devices according to CH-A-650 137 and DE-A-34 38 759 are based on a rear wall with horizontal grooves into which hooks can be inserted GB-A-2 206 033 and GB-A-2 222 070 describe display devices with oval profile bars onto which support arms with prong parts can be attached.
  • the profile bars and prong parts are relatively bulky components, so that these devices do not meet every aesthetic requirement become
  • FR-A-2 611 468 a device with profile parts and a support arm is proposed, the profile part having a hook edge at the top and the support arm having a wire loop which is to be hooked into the hook edge.
  • the support arm can therefore not be hung in any position , and edges and loops are very eye-catching
  • WO-A-91 14388 contains differently modified display devices with different profile rails and support arms. Either complicated, coarse profiles and relatively complex support arms are used, or the largely unoccupied slot surfaces are externally visible
  • the problem on which the invention is based is to create an improved display device which allows a high degree of variability, has a solid load-bearing capacity, allows the assembly to be changed quickly, and the goods are safe even when the public is busy supports and meets diverse aesthetic requirements
  • the profile bars used should be of the simplest possible cross-section, and the support arms should also have an uncomplicated shape, so that the entire device can be manufactured inexpensively and changed flexibly.
  • the width of the profile bar is a multiple of the width of the support arms , they have to be hooked in at any desired horizontal position along a profile bar - ie completely freely selectable or within a grid - and then securely held.
  • Prof ilst poles as short pieces in a grid in rows and rows on one Arrange the panel. It is to be avoided that profile bars that are not equipped with suspended support arms make visible, irregular protective sections visible
  • the display device has at least one elongated, rail-shaped, rod-shaped or tubular profile rod, which is at least substantially horizontally attached to a support structure, and a support arm that can be attached to it.
  • a support arm At one end of the rod part of the support arm there is a vertically or obliquely attached plug-in plate, which forms the top of the The part of the rod protrudes and has a bend pointing in the axial direction of the part of the rod, which can be split into two tongues by a central bulge.
  • the support arm is attached to the profile rod by lifting the free end of the rod part from the horizontal and bringing the fold to the profile -bar from below the profile bar and lowering of the free end into the end position after hooking in.
  • the profile bars either extend at least almost entirely across the entire width of a panel, so that one or more support arms, optionally positioned, can be hung along the individual profile bar.
  • the profile bars are designed as short pieces into which only one support arm is attached can For the installation of the panel in the room - the panel is accessible from both side surfaces - you can cover both panel surfaces with profile bars and / or profile bar pieces. It is advantageous here that the two sides of each side face each other. to connect the relevant profile rods and / or profile rod pieces through the panel.
  • support arms All types known in shopfitting come into consideration as support arms, i.e. First, support arms that have a strut that extends horizontally, curved or angled. From a support arm with a central strut, on which a plug-in plate for hanging in the profile rod is arranged, several further struts can branch off as branches. Between the ends of two support rods, which are opposite the plug-in plates, a cross rod can be arranged, which runs parallel to the support structure in the suspended state. The immediate goods carrier is then the cross bar, on which e.g. Clothes hangers can be hung with textiles, while the support rods have the function of consoles. Trays can be fixed on two or more support rods - also in the function of consoles.
  • support rods With such different types of support rods, it is possible to hang several support rods on a profile rod, which extend themselves or direct goods carriers fixed to them in several horizontal planes.
  • An exemplary arrangement of this type is a crossbar fixed between two support rods and a shelf provided above it, which is supported by two other support rods.
  • the profile bar consists of a round bar, which is placed horizontally and spaced on a supporting structure - for example a panel surface - preferably screwed on. Spacers are attached to the fastening bolts used to space the round rod from the front of the support structure.
  • the rounded bend on the plug-in plate can be inserted between the round rod and the surface of the support structure if the free end of the rod part is raised relative to the horizontal.
  • the support arm is brought into a horizontal position so that the fold engages behind the profile bar and partially sits on it. To- the flat part of the support plate located below the fold is supported on the front of the support structure.
  • the profile rod is an extruded profile of oval cross-section, which is screwed onto the supporting structure horizontally and at a distance.
  • An axially continuous or section-wise plug-in groove runs on the surface of the profile rod facing the supporting structure. The foremost part of the bend on the plug-in plate can be inserted into the plug-in groove if the free end of the rod part is raised relative to the horizontal. After inserting the fold, the entire support arm is brought back into the horizontal position so that the flat part of the plug-in plate is supported on the front of the support structure.
  • the bend has a bulge that extends into the flat section so that the support arm can also be hung in the area of a screw connection between the profile rod and the support structure, with the fastening bolt with the spacer sleeve or other thickening in the bulge sits.
