Definitions

  • the invention relates to a support rod arrangement one on a rear wall or on a shelf component provided receptacle and insertable support rod either for attaching goods presented hanging or for attaching a goods shelf according to the generic term of independent claim 1.
  • Showcases, stands or shelves are available. Another It is possible to show the goods in front of a back wall or to be displayed on a pillar. To do this one serves support bars that are attached to the rear wall. Now you can open the goods to be shown, for example Clothes hangers hanging directly on the Attach the support rod, or to one or more Carrier bars are product shelves in the form of trays, Trays or open boxes attached.
  • Such a support rod construction is for example known from U.S. Patent 4,316,547.
  • the back wall runs two vertical and spaced apart Rails with a hole pattern, where in each rail, in two holes of the same height, each with a short rail section is insertable.
  • the two rail pieces protrude from the Rear wall vertically into the room, and over the rail pieces a crossbar is placed.
  • Directly on the crossbar hangers are hung and further into the room protruding support rods mounted, which in turn with clothes are hanging.
  • the support rod construction is adjustable in height, but otherwise not very variable due to the necessary perforated grid rails and also relative complex.
  • Sales facilities for hanging goods with horizontal arranged rails are e.g. from WO-A-91 14388 and DE-A-38 03 829 known.
  • profile rails are support rods with their attached end pieces Can be inserted laterally or can be latched in by tilting. This construction is very expensive and limits the freedom of design enormously to that load-bearing rear wall to be mounted on the outer rails are visible.
  • the rails are not for that provided to create individual support rod assemblies.
  • additional lateral locking means would be necessary to the horizontal displacement of the latched support bars to prevent along the rails and thus an orderly Appearance of the sales area even at lively to maintain an active audience.
  • EP-A-0 519 349 describes a further support rod arrangement, consisting of a plug-in receptacle that can be inserted into a panel and a support rod, known, each socket only can be equipped with a single support rod.
  • the plug receptacle can be inserted into a recess in the panel, where the raised outer edge touches the edge of the recess.
  • the plug receptacle is inserted into the panel through an upper one protruding nose and a screw connection to the rear the rear wall lying on the panel.
  • the connector has a slit that goes down from a profile shoulder and delimited at the top by an inwardly curved bump edge the bounce edge leaves a gap open.
  • the support rod consists of a piece of rod and one on rear end of the bar firmly attached end plate, which has a double fold at the top, at the horizontal section a downwardly extending, flat plate segment connects. In the latched state supports itself the horizontal section of the fold on the profile shoulder off, while the towering vertical section of the bend protrudes through the gap behind the bump edge and the plate segment on the front of the connector lies on. If the support rod is to be released, you have to tilt the support bar at an angle to the vertical section to be able to pull the end plate out of the gap; the latching is analogous.
  • This support rod arrangement is true to the aesthetic requirements rather fair, does not require any rail material and enables the assembly of a Change field of plug-in receptacles, but they remain a number of disadvantages.
  • the plug-in socket can only be used in a recess in the panel, not but can be placed on the panel and not on the back to arrange.
  • the most serious thing is that the support rods very easy to release by lifting it up at the front are what can be caused by mere nudging.
  • both the plug receptacles are due to the inner contour as well as the end plates due to the double bevel relatively complex to manufacture.
  • the invention has therefore the Task, an improved support rod assembly to propose who is simply on a back wall, a Panel or on a shelf component, whose construction is not complex, which one with a Can move the handle and which is still safe in the plug-in seat sits in one with no great effort Row arrangement with several support rods precisely aligned appears.
  • there should be several support rods combine or with product shelves, such as shelves or open Boxes, leave them.
  • the support rod must be without additional security measures also stable in the plug receptacle be locked when the support rod in the Room tends downward. Unused plug-in receptacles must not adversely affect the aesthetic appearance of the rear wall.
  • the invention is in the characterizing part of the independent Claim 1 defines while preferred variants result from the dependent claims.
  • FIG. 1.0 to 1.2 there is the support rod arrangement in a first embodiment with insertable Screw plate 150 from the socket 100 and the Carrier rod 200.
  • the housing belongs to the plug-in receptacle 100 110, the screw-in plate 150 which can be inserted into the latter, the cover plate 160, the screw 170 and the frame 180.

In each wall web 114 there is a slot-shaped one Breakthrough 115 provided, both breakthroughs 115 are aligned. The wall webs 114 extend in height and width only to the extent that on the back of the mounting flange 111 a peripheral stop edge 116 remains. Plan to the horizontal inner edges 117 of the Insertion opening 112, at the bottom and top of the insertion opening 112 and almost parallel between the two spaced wall webs 114 run an upper and a lower crosspiece 118.119.
  • the lower edge lying in the interior of the housing 110 is recessed out of the upper crosspiece 118, so that an upper undercut 120 with an upper bump edge 121 and the upper undercut dimension h O is produced.
  • the upper edge lying in the interior of the housing 110 is cut out of the lower transverse web 119, so that a lower undercut 122 with the lower bounce edge 123 and the lower undercut dimension h U is produced.
  • the upper undercut 120 is deeper in the vertical direction than the lower undercut 122, as a result of which a widened upper bounce edge 121 is obtained in relation to the lower bounce edge 123; ergo results in h O > h U.
  • Both bump edges 121, 123 lie on a vertical plane.
  • the screw-on plate 150 is of rectangular contour and can optionally through one of the openings 115 in the Housing 110 are inserted. Im totally inserted Condition the screw-on plate 150 is in the openings 115 of both wall webs 114 and bridges the gap, the screw-on plate 150 is dimensioned such that then it does not protrude from the wall webs 114. In the middle the screw-on plate 150 has a through hole 151 with a countersink 152 in the direction of the insertion opening 112 for receiving the head 171 of the screw 170. • the cover plate 160 as a cushioning intermediate layer between the housing 110 and that at the plug end 201 of the support rod 200 provided plug-in plate 210.
  • On the cover plate 160 is a pin 161 (see Figure 1.4) on complementary Position and of a complementary contour to that in the head 171 the screw 170 located blind hole 172.
  • the plug-in plate 210 which is fixedly attached to the plug end 201 of the support rod 200 and is connected to the pipe section 220, for example by welding, is of a rectangular contour.
  • the pipe section 220 can open vertically on the plug-in plate 210 if the support rod 200 is to extend horizontally into the room.
  • An oblique approach of the tube piece 220 on the plug-in plate 210 will be provided if it is desired that the support rod 200 extends inclined or pointing upwards into the room.
  • the width of the plug-in plate 210 corresponds to the width of the plug-in opening 112 on the housing 110.
  • the height h S of the plug-in plate 210 must in any case exceed the height h E of the plug-in opening 112, on the other hand the plug-in plate 210 does not take up the entire height between the upper and lower undercut 120,122 - the undercut distance a - on.
  • the remaining vertical play between the plug-in board height h S and the undercut distance a enables the carrier rod 200 to be inserted into the plug-in receptacle 100. This results in a> h S > h E.
  • the pipe section 220 is connected to the plug-in plate 210 with a height offset, so that the vertical distance between the upper plug-in plate 211 and the upper pipe section 221 - the upper board dimension p O - is greater than the distance between the lower board edge 212 and the lower pipe section 222 - the lower board dimension p U (ie p O > p U ).

  • the insertion of the carrier rod 200 ie exactly the plug-in plate 210 into the plug-in receptacle 100, is carried out in the following way.
  • the upper plate dimension p O can thus be pushed completely or for the most part into the upper undercut 120.
  • the plug-in plate 210 By lowering, bringing the disc base plate Mass p U can be entirely or largely in pushing the lower undercut 122nd
  • the entire support rod 200 that is to say also the plug-in plate 210, is lowered somewhat, but the upper plate dimension p O strikes the upper bounce edge 121 proportionally, so that the support rod 200 is locked in the plug-in receptacle 100.
  • the removal of the carrier rod 200 from the plug receptacle takes place in a retrospectively analog manner.
  • the support rod 200 with the plug-in plate 210 has to be pushed upwards so that the undersize plate p U can be released from the lower undercut 122.
  • By lifting the rod end 2O2 it is then possible to lift the undersize plate p U out of the insertion opening 112 and at the same time to release the upper plate dimension p O from the upper undercut 120, so that the carrier rod 200 can be removed overall.
