Zu den vorbeschriebenen Displayvorrichtungen sind weitere konstruktive Variationen realisierbar. Hier ausdrücklich erwähnt seien noch:

  • Die Profilstange 5 der ersten Untermodifikation mit der Querschnittsgeometrie eines T-Profils muss nicht in einer T-Nut 93 innerhalb der Tragstruktur 9 eingebettet sein. Man könnte die Basisschenkel 53 der Profilstangen 5 auch auf der Tragstruktur 9 aufgesetzt befestigen, z.B. versenkt festschrauben, so dass die relativ aufwendige Herstellung der T-Nut 93 entfallen kann.
  • Nicht nötig ist, dass die Profilstangen 5 als T-Profile ausgebildet sind. Auch mit einem halbierten Basisschenkel 53 - dessen oberer oder unterer Flügel würde entfallen, so dass sich ein Winkelprofil ergibt - wäre die Funktion erreichbar.
  • Anstelle der eingesetzten Vollmaterial-Profilstangen 3 könnten auch ausreichend stabile Hohlprofile eingesetzt werden, wobei die Schrägflächen 30,31 vorteilhaft durch Umformen herstellbar wären.
  • Anstelle des Verschraubens der durch die Durchgangsbohrungen 91 hindurch ragenden Bolzen 10 an den Profilstangen 3 stehen dem Fachmann auch weitere Befestigungsarten zur Verfügung. So könnten Halteelemente kraft- oder formschlüssig die Profilstangen 3 mit der Tragstruktur 9 verbinden.
  • Eine weitere Modifikation besteht darin, anstelle der Winkelprofile 5 - durch Abändern der Basisschenkel 53 - ein Voll- oder Hohlprofil herzustellen, wobei dessen Basispartie dem Aufsetzen und Befestigen an der Tragstruktur 9 dient.
  • Die Schrägfläche 58 kann auch als gekrümmte Schrägfläche 58 gestaltet sein.
  • Die Profile 3,5,6,7 sind vorzugsweise schienen-, stangen- oder rohrförmig. Zur Erzielung individueller Gestaltungseffekte sind Profile denkbar, welche über die Länge keinen gleichbleibenden Querschnitt aufweisen. Solch ein im Querschnitt verändertes und eventuell zusätzlich geschwungenes Profil könnte, z.B. für das augenfällige Anbringen von Firmenlogos, verwendet werden.
  • Als Variante innerhalb der vierten Ausführungsform der Profilstange 7 kann man in Anlehnung an die Ausführungen gemäss den Figuren 11A und 12A die Unterseiten soweit um die Nut 70 herumführen, dass die Nut 70 für das Einstecken der Steckplatte 81 eines Tragarms 8 an sich nicht zugänglich ist. Mit dem Anbringen von rasterförmigen Freischnitten liessen sich Tragarme 8 dann nur an den definierten Positionen der Freischnitte einhängen. Bei einem vorhandenen Schlitzraster 743 kann man von oben die zusätzlichen Einhängearme 8' anbringen. Bei der Anordnung des Schlitzrasters 743 und der Freischnitte stehen zwei Alternativen zur Verfügung. Das Schlitzraster 743 und die Freischnitte könnten deckungsgleich sein, d.h. die Schlitze 744 sind so positioniert und dimensioniert, dass diese die Profilstange 7 vertikal durchdringen und dabei unten als Freischnitte austreten. Oder die Schlitzraster 743 und die Freischnitte sind zueinander versetzt angeordnet.
  • Auch die Profilstangen 5 erster Untermodifikation mit der unten liegenden Nut 50 können in kurze Stücke abgeteilt sein, in die sich nur ein Tragarm 8 einhängen lässt. Die zum Einsetzen der Profilstangen-Stücke 5 in die Tragstruktur 9 eingebrachten T-Nuten 93 können aus ästhetischen Gründen, soweit sie nicht belegt sind, abgedeckt werden.
  • Zur Vereinfachung der Displayvorrichtung wäre es denkbar, die Tragarme 8 und die Einhängearme 8' durch kombinierte Gestaltung der Steckplatte 81 bzw. 81' zu vereinen. Eine Kante der Steckplatte 81,81' könnte die Form der Zunge 83 zum Eingriff in die Nut 50,60,70 haben und eine weitere Kante an der Steckplatte 81,81' gestaltet man als U-förmiges Hakenteil 83' zum Eingriff in eine Nut 744. Je nach Drehung des kombinierten Trag- und Einhängearms 8,8' wird die Zunge 83 oder das Hakenteil 83' zum Einhängen des Arms 8,8' von unten in die Nut 50,60,70 oder von oben in einen Schlitz 744 genutzt. Die Zunge 83 und das Hakenteil 83' weisen - betrachtet vom mittleren Teil der Steckplatte 81,81' - in entgegengesetzte Richtungen.
  • Vorder- und Rückseite 90,92 der Tragstruktur 9 werden lediglich vom Betrachter aus definiert. Bei entsprechender Beschaffenheit sind grundsätzlich beide Seiten 90,92 zum Belegen mit den Profilstangen 3,5,6,7 geeignet.

Holding elements could thus connect the profile rods 3 to the supporting structure 9 in a non-positive or positive manner.
  • A further modification consists in producing a solid or hollow profile instead of the angle profiles 5 - by modifying the base legs 53 - the base part of which serves to attach and attach to the support structure 9 .

Claims (22)

  1. Display device for the presentation of goods having:
    a) at least one shaped rod (3) fastened at least essentially horizontally on a supporting structure (9); and
    b) at least one supporting arm (8) which can be fitted on the shaped rod (3),
    c) the supporting arm (8) comprising a rod part (80) and a plug-in plate (81) which is attached perpendicularly or obliquely onto one end of said rod part and which protrudes over the upper side of the rod part (80);
    d) at the very top the plug-in plate (81) has a bevelled edge (83) which points in the axial direction of the rod part (80) and can be split up into two tongues (83,83) by a central indentation (82); and
    e) the fitting of the supporting arm (8) on the shaped rod (3) is only possible by raising the free end of the rod part (80) with respect to the horizontal, bringing the bevelled edge (83) from below the shaped rod (3) up to the shaped rod (3) and lowering the free end of the rod part (80) into the end position after the fitting, characterized in that
    f) the shaped rod (3) is provided with a longitudinal oblique surface (30) which faces the supporting structure (9), is accessible from the outside and on which the bevelled edge (83) comes to rest; and
    g) in the fitted end position of the supporting arm (8) the flat portion (84) of the plug-in plate (81) is supported on the supporting structure (9) or on a facing attached on it.
  2. Display device according to Claim 1, characterized in that
    a) the shaped rod (3) has a round or oval-like cross section and at a distance of the gap spacing (S) is placed onto the supporting structure (9);

    d) at the very top the plug-in plate (81) has a bevelled edge (83) which points in the axial direction of the rod part (80) and can be split up into two tongues (83,83) by a central indentation (82); and
    e) the fitting of the supporting arm (8) on the shaped rod (5) is only possible by raising the free end of the rod part (80) with respect to the horizontal, bringing the bevelled edge (83) from below the shaped rod (5) up to the shaped rod (5) and lowering the free end of the rod part (80) into the end position after the fitting;
    f) the shaped rod (5) is provided with a longitudinal groove (50) which is accessible from below for the engagement of the bevelled edge (83) over the entire length of the groove (50) or which is accessible only at fitting positions following one another in a grid shape, characterized in that

Display device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the groove (50) has a widened entrance opening (57), a minimum depth to receive at least the substantial part of the length of the bevelled edge (83) and an oblique surface (58) which faces the outer edge of the central limb (54) and on which in the fitted state the bevelled edge (83) comes to rest, as a result of which the bevelled edge (83) can be pushed along the oblique surface (58) to a greater or lesser extent into the groove (50) and dimensional tolerances are thus compensated for.
  7. Display device according to Claim 5 or 6, characterized in that
    a) the groove (50) of the shaped rod (5), which is placed into the groove (93) provided in the supporting structure (9), is accessible only at spaced-apart, defined fitting positions for the fitting of the bevelled edge (83) of the plug-in plate (81) on the supporting arm (8);
    b) the fitting positions are formed by systematically successive clearances (59) on the underside (56) of the shaped rod (5); and
    c) outside the clearances (59) the underside (56) extends, if possible without any gaps, as far as the supporting structure (9).
  8. Display device for the presentation of goods having:
    a) at least one shaped rod (6) fastened at least essentially horizontally on a supporting structure (9); and
    b) at least one supporting arm (8) which can be fitted on the shaped rod (6),

    i) in the fitted end position of the supporting arm (8) the flat portion (84) of the plug-in plate (81) is supported on the supporting structure (9) or on a facing attached on it.
  9. Display device according to Claim 8, characterized in that the groove (60) has an entrance opening (67), a minimum depth to receive at least the substantial part of the length of the bevelled edge (83) and an internal oblique surface (68) on which in the fitted state the bevelled edge (83) comes to rest, as a result of which the bevelled edge (83) can be pushed along the oblique surface (58) to a greater or lesser extent into the groove (60) and dimensional tolerances are thus compensated for.
  10. Display device according to Claim 8 or 9, characterized in that
    a) the groove (60) of the shaped rod (6), which is placed by its placing-on edge (63) onto the supporting structure (9), is accessible only at spaced-apart, defined fitting positions for the fitting of the bevelled edge (83) of the plug-in plate (81) on the supporting arm (8);
    b) the fitting positions are formed by systematically successive clearances (69) on the underside (66) of the shaped rod (6); and
    c) outside the clearances (69) the underside (66) extends, if possible without gaps, as far as the supporting structure (9).
  11. Display device for the presentation of goods having:
    a) at least one shaped rod (7) fastened at least essentially horizontally on a supporting structure (9), and

    j) in the fitted end position of the supporting arm (8) the flat portion (84) of the plug-in plate (81) is supported on the supporting structure (9) or on a facing attached on it.
  12. Display device according to Claim 11, characterized in that
    a) the supporting structure (9) consists of individual panels (96), a respective shaped rod (7) is inserted therebetween;
    b) the longitudinal edges of the both panels (96,96) enclosing respectively one shaped rod (7) are assembled together with a base limb (73) of the shaped rod (7) according to the principle of slit and tongue;
    c) the shaped rod (7) has a back section (740) bridging-over the edges of the assembled panels (96,96) on their rear sides; and
    d) the back section (740) can be broadened with extensions (741) folded forwards forming a respective screw groove (742), which can be used for the insertion of fastening elements (990).
  13. Display device according to Claim 11 or 12, characterized in that
    a) on the rear side of the shaped rod (7) at least one counterbracket (99) is fixed, on which further shaped rods (7) present within the supporting structure (9) can also be fastened;
    b) the counterbracket (99) serves for fixing the panels (96) assembled to the shaped rods (7), which panels (96) form the supporting structure (9); and
    c) the display device as a whole is fastened to a rear wall, which is done either by means of the at least one counterbracket (99) or by fastening through one or more shaped rods (7).
  14. Display device according to one of the Claims 11 to 13, characterized in that

Display device according to one of the Claims 11 to 15, characterized in that a plug-in plate (81,81') has on one side a tongue (83) and on the other side a hook part (83'), so that the same supporting arm (8) or hanger arm (8') can be fitted in from below the shaped rod (7) into the groove (70) as supporting arm (8) or from above the shaped rod (7) into the slotted grid (743) as hanger arm (8').
  17. Display device according to one of Claims 1 to 16, characterized in that
    a) the shaped rod (3,5,6,7) is designed as a rod piece which is of a length which proportionally is of the width of the supporting structure (9), as a result of which a plurality of rod pieces can be arranged in lines and rows on the supporting structure (9); and
    b) both the front side (90) and the rear side (92) of the supporting structure (9) can be occupied by rod pieces of the shaped rod (3,5,6,7).
  18. Display device according to Claim 17, characterized in that
    a) the shaped-rod piece (3) has spaced-apart thickened portions (13) for placement onto the front side (90) and/or rear side (92) of the supporting structure (9);
    b) the plug-in plate (81) of a fitted supporting arm (8) comes to lie between two thickened portions (13) or with its indentation (82) engages around a thickened portion (13);
    c) in addition to a shaped-rod piece (1,2,3) which is arranged on one side (90,92) of the supporting structure (9), a shaped-rod piece (3) lying opposite on the other side (92,90) of the supporting structure (9) can be provided; and
    d) shaped-rod pieces (3) which lie opposite one another in pairs are connected, preferably screwed, to one another through the supporting structure (9).
  19. Display device according to Claim 17, characterized in that
    a) the shaped-rod piece (6) is provided for placement onto the front side (90) and/or rear side (92) of the supporting structure (9);
    b) the plug-in plate (81) of a fitted supporting arm (8) comes to lie in a freely selectable manner at any position along the groove (60) or only at the systematically successive fitting positions within the clearances (69);
    c) in addition to a shaped-rod piece (6) arranged on one side (90,92) of the supporting structure (9), a shaped-rod piece (6) which lies opposite on the other side (92,90) of the supporting structure (9) can be provided; and
    d) shaped-rod pieces (6) which lie opposite one another in pairs are connected, preferably screwed, to one another through the supporting structure (9).
  20. Display device according to one of the Claims 1, 4, 5, 8 or 11, characterized in that the plug-in plate (81) has a thickness which increases from the bevelled edge (83) towards the flat portion (84), as a result of which the rod part 80 of a fitted supporting arm (8) is caused to have a slight ascent into the room in order to avoid a visually disadvantageous downward tendency of the fitted supporting arm (8) and at the outset to compensate for a downwards bending at high load.
  21. Display device according to one of the Claims 1, 4, 5, 8, 11, 15 or 16, characterized in that
    a) the rod parts (80,80') of the fittable supporting arms (8) or hanger arms (8') are of differently selectable lengths and direction of extent and serve directly as goods carriers; or
    b) support the goods carriers, such as transverse rods (86) and shelves (87).
  22. Display device according to Claim 21, characterized in that supporting arms (8) and/or hanger arms (8') which have differently configured rod parts (80,80') and support the goods carriers (86,87) in horizontal planes lying one above another are fitted into a shaped rod (3,5,6,7).
