Definitions
- the invention relates to a system for reversible attachment of building wall elements arranged on the outside of the building on other similar wall elements and / or on building exterior walls and / or on the outside of the building Supporting elements, the building construction wall elements on others similar wall elements and / or on an outer wall of a building and / or on building elements on the outside of the building by means of a variety of flat on each building wall element and the corresponding counterpart arranged, hook and / or mushroom-shaped and / or eyelet-shaped adhesive elements that after the micro-hooking principle of the burdock occurring in nature act, are attached, and wherein the adhesive elements from high temperature resistant, especially non-flammable materials consist.
- a disadvantage of all these known mechanical fastening systems is the rigidity of attachment by spatial fixed attachment points. This is hardly a geometrical compensation option even with minor Tolerances exceeded. You can also through these rigid fastenings operational movements and component deformations, such as those used outdoors caused by wind forces, not flexible to be caught. Another disadvantage of the known fastening systems, the distribution of operating loads to a few fixed points. It also results in these mechanical fastening systems have a relatively high overall weight of the individual fasteners such as screws, Bolts, hooks, frame parts etc. Finally, there are also Assembly and disassembly of wall elements in the known Fastening systems are relatively labor intensive and subsequent Position corrections only possible with considerable effort.
- the object of the present invention is a mechanical fastening system of wall elements at the beginning to introduce the type mentioned in the building exterior area, with which a flexible, position-correctable, just by reversible fastening that can be achieved by simply pressing on almost any size of adhesive surface and accordingly improved load distribution with the lowest possible Dead weight of the adhesive elements is made possible, one easy disassembly is possible and assembly and disassembly the wall elements can be repeated many times, so that so that a flying structure can be built that without supporting scaffolding or other static parts, but only from the used building wall elements exists, which can be set up quickly, without much effort can be disassembled into its individual parts, and Contains access to its interior, which should be as easy to attach as the rest Wall elements.
- this task is just as surprising solved simple and effective way in that the adhesive elements made of fiber material, especially plastic, Metal, glass, carbon and / or mineral fibers built up are, the building wall elements windows and / or Doors and their fittings included, and self-supporting Building parts, in particular scaffolding or frame parts and in the assembled state a flying structure like one Construction fence or a load-bearing building envelope, the can be assembled and dismantled several times.
- the adhesive elements made of fiber material especially plastic, Metal, glass, carbon and / or mineral fibers built up are, the building wall elements windows and / or Doors and their fittings included, and self-supporting Building parts, in particular scaffolding or frame parts and in the assembled state a flying structure like one Construction fence or a load-bearing building envelope, the can be assembled and dismantled several times.
- the adhesive elements preferably consist of ceramic, sintered materials, Boron, carbon or metals such as steel, in particular Stainless steel, molybdenum, titanium, tungsten, iridium and / or Tantalum.
- the fastening system according to the invention can be functional adequate outdoor components without further ado, in particular can be replaced without tools, tolerances hardly any of the structural wall elements to be fastened Role-play.
- the seat is crooked, for example attached wall elements can be easily corrected afterwards.
- DE 196 40 633 A1 describes a fastening system for Lightweight construction elements, such as non-load-bearing partitions, Cladding for interior work or wall cladding on solid structural elements of the building structure known in which the lightweight components, for example Partitions that do not have a supporting function themselves, but also in the field of furniture manufacturing or mechanical engineering for cladding parts and soundproofing elements by means of Velcro material on corresponding structural elements be attached. This is intended to be an easily removable Attachment without damage or destruction and without greater dirt development and easy retrofitting of corresponding parts.
- An embodiment of the invention is particularly preferred Fastening system in which the building construction wall elements Insulation elements are or insulation material for thermal insulation and / or for moisture insulation and / or for sound insulation and / or radiation-repellent or radiation-absorbing Materials included.
- radar-repellent materials be used so that with such building wall elements equipped buildings within a very short time for example for radar-guided air-to-surface missiles "invisible" can be made.
- the building construction wall elements have optical layers on its outer surface facing away from the building, either to beautify the building or to Can serve camouflage purposes in military buildings.
- the building construction wall elements on their outer surface facing away from the building also contain solar cells, which due to the fastening system according to the invention without can be retrofitted or easily replaced in the event of a repair are.
- building wall elements according to the invention be constructed in multiple layers, so that, for example, in the Formation of the wall elements as insulation element combinations of noise, moisture and thermal insulation through the same Component are made possible.
- the Building construction wall elements bulletproof or bulletproof components as for example from DE-GM 298 06 111.2 are known, on which details of such bulletproof components is indicated in full.
- the use of the invention is particularly advantageous Fastening system in such bulletproof outer wall elements if only because, for example, in crisis areas buildings that need special protection such as Hospitals, UN quarters, government buildings etc. can be retrofitted quickly and easily.
- the time factor for the production of increased bullet security in the event of an imminent attack weighs possible disadvantages of the fastening system according to the invention that could arise from the fact that Velcro-like adhesive system may have a lower permanent load tolerates than conventional rigid connection techniques.
- the adhesive elements can be strip-shaped on one or both sides Edge areas of the building wall elements, preferably be arranged all around. By appropriate marginal Overlap of the respective building wall element with its counterpart can build up a flat liability become.
- the advantage of the stripe-shaped edge Arrangement of the adhesive elements is that on the one hand only a fraction of the surface covered with adhesive elements must be, on the other hand by overlapping construction of Wall element with wall element as a counterpart of entire building envelopes can be erected for flying superstructures.
- the strip-like arrangement also makes it easier Cultivation of the building wall elements in the fastening system according to the invention on support posts or scaffolding parts with appropriate Adhesive elements as counterparts.
- the building wall elements can also be used be completely covered with adhesive elements, for example Façade panels absolutely slip-proof on one appropriate subsurface, usually an outer wall of the building, which also have Velcro-like adhesive elements is, can be attached.
- adhesive elements for example Façade panels absolutely slip-proof on one appropriate subsurface, usually an outer wall of the building, which also have Velcro-like adhesive elements is, can be attached.
- the adhesive elements by inserting and pressing on one Adhesive surface such as fresh concrete, mortar, casting resin etc. and subsequent setting or solidification of the liability ground durable and detachable with the building construction wall elements or their counterparts.
- a further development of this embodiment is particularly preferred, where the adhesive elements are elastic materials contained, which change after the pressure or processing pressure has disappeared, e.g. after embedding in fresh concrete, Mortar, casting resin, etc., can be erected again. Thereby it is ensured that the adhesive elements after solidification of the adhesive surface their function in the invention Fastening system can meet.
- the adhesive elements can also be glued on by means of organic or inorganic binders with the Building construction wall elements and / or their counterparts connected become. It is also possible to apply the adhesive elements first To fix strips, which in turn are then bound with binders, especially adhesives with the building wall elements and their counterparts. A similar Technique of applying Velcro-like adhesive elements is known for example in the textile industry.
- the adhesive elements can be in strip form Wells with the building wall elements and / or be connected to their counterparts.
- the strip-like depressions in the corresponding subsurface by milling, grinding or other processing techniques be generated. Appropriate are then placed in these recesses Strips inserted with adhesive elements and for example using the joining techniques listed above such as Pouring, gluing or solidifying in fresh concrete or Mortar attached.
- An embodiment of the invention is also preferred Fastening system in which the adhesive elements of a Building construction wall element with those of its respective counterpart by injection of binder, especially adhesive in the area of the mechanically interconnected adhesive elements permanently attached to the wall element and counterpart are. This can result in a permanent, permanent fixation of the Velcro-like connections can be achieved in building construction.
- the adhesive elements by means of an additional fastening through mechanical connecting elements such as rivets, screws, Push buttons etc. peel-proof with the building construction wall elements and / or their counterparts.
- the adhesive elements first on a flat surface, for example Fixed strips of fabric, which in turn then with the Building construction wall elements and their counterparts, for example be connected by gluing.
- the flat underlay is then additionally by means of the mechanical fasteners mentioned on the wall element or a counterpart to it attached, so that especially in the edge areas of the Wall elements and counterparts peel off the adhesive elements be reliably prevented at the respective overlap end can.
- This embodiment is particularly suitable for more demanding Outdoor applications in a building construction, the mechanical connecting elements form and / or effect non-positive additional fixations.
- the wall elements made of fibrous, felt-like, fabric-like and / or foam-like insulating materials and / or insulating materials and act as eyelet-shaped adhesive elements for attachment to the respective Counterpart based on the micro hook principle. This eliminates separate adhesive elements and the attachment according to the invention works directly between the building wall element and the respective counterpart.
- the lancets and / or harpoons of the adhesive elements can do so long be chosen that they the insulation and / or insulating materials penetrate so far that at the projecting ends more Functional layers impaled and / or securing elements installed to prevent the impaled insulation elements from falling off can be.
- the lancet-like and / or harpoon-like Adhesive elements made of heat-resistant plastic or Metal.
- lancet-like and / or harpoon-like adhesive elements on the counterpart are so flexibly attached that they are up to Attachment of the building wall element to the counterpart essentially arranged parallel to the surface of the counterpart are and erected to fix the building wall element can be so that they are from the surface of the counterpart are directed away. This can cause accidents unintentional touch of the pointed adhesive elements during the shell construction phase before installing the structural wall elements be avoided.
- the lancet-like and / or harpoon-shaped adhesive elements can, for example, directly on the counterpart in embodiments by "chugging" with an appropriate gun be attached, either the complete adhesive element or a special dowel element into which the lancet and / or harpoon-like hook used with his foot can be attached in the counterpart.
- An embodiment of the invention is also possible Fastening system in that the flexible soft layers of the structural wall element designed as an insulation element one place the necessary for the micro-hook principle Eyelets, in another place contain the corresponding hooks, so that the insulation elements also around other components can be looped around or closed in on themselves.
- the building construction wall elements designed as insulation elements They are usually light in weight easily and permanently against wind and suction forces Fortify building.
- the insulation elements are usually anyway Part of a complete facade construction and between the outer wall of the building and the facade panels in protected location attached.

- the building construction wall elements according to the invention also arranged one above the other in the direction of view of a building be so that there is a multilayer structure.
- This can be particularly the case when designing the building wall elements be advantageous as bullet-resistant components. Damaged outer layers can then occur after a projectile impact easily dismantled and undamaged new layers are replaced.
- the so-called "liner layers" a bullet-resistant plate can advantageously also as all-round aprons with the Velcro-like fastening principle the micro-hooking on a base plate, for example, a conventional facade panel applied become.
- the building construction wall elements according to the invention can also be used to build roof structures.
- Permanent and permanent fixations can be achieved be that in the area of the adhesive elements between the Building construction wall elements and their respective counterparts binding agents, especially injected adhesive, cement or mortar which then solidifies and which initially reversible mechanical attachment permanently irreversible makes.
- the Velcro-like adhesive elements in the invention Fastening system made of high temperature resistant, in particular incombustible materials.
- the adhesive elements can be made of fiber material be built up, with appropriate choice of fabrics also a high temperature resistance as well as one for Building strength required strength can be achieved.
- An advantageous manufacturing process for the invention Building construction wall elements and their counterparts consists of that the adhesive elements by inserting and pressing on one Adhesive surface such as fresh concrete, mortar, casting resin and the like connected to the wall elements or their counterparts become.
- Adhesive surface such as fresh concrete, mortar, casting resin and the like connected to the wall elements or their counterparts become.
- elastic materials for the Adhesive elements can this after the pressure and Processing pressure after the bonding surface has solidified straighten up again to their later micro-hooking function to be able to take over.
- the adhesive elements can also be glued on using inorganic binders on the building wall elements or their counterparts are attached.
- a suitable, for example strip-shaped base which will usually consist of tissue material , and then the document in turn on the Wall elements or their counterparts glued on, welded on and / or mechanically fixed.
- metallic Adhesive elements is fixed to the wall elements and Counterparts by direct welding or soldering also conceivable.
- the fastening system in which the building wall element is designed as an insulating element 61 and from fibrous, felt-like, tissue-like and / or foam-like insulating materials and / or insulating materials is constructed.
- the counterpart 64 of the insulating element 61 carries lancet-like or harpoon-like adhesive elements 63, the tips and barbs, and their length is chosen so that they can penetrate deep enough into the insulating element 61, to achieve a firm anchorage.
- the insulating element 61 is simply in the direction the arrow pressed against the adhesive elements 63 of the counterpart 64, the barbs of the insulating element 61 then fixed in position hold tight.
- the adhesive elements 63 on the counterpart 64 can be moved in this way be fixed in such a way that until the insulation element 61 is installed, for example by means of an adhesive film that can be removed later, are arranged parallel to the surface of the counterpart 64 and only be erected to assemble the insulating element 61.
- the adhesive elements can be placed on a flexible carrier material, for example textile tape, protruding on the edge the building construction wall elements.
- a flexible carrier material for example textile tape
- the adhesive elements can then be attached to a solid scaffold construction, for example, a rod-like carrying frame, looped around become.
- the flexible carrier tape both hook-shaped or mushroom-shaped as well as eyelet-shaped adhesive elements, so that a counterpart for micro-hooking is not required but the flexible carrier tape with the adhesive elements can be closed in itself, so to speak.
