Claims (8)
- Dispositif de guidage intégré pour la pose et la coupe à l'aide d'un outil de coupe, d'un cliché (16) et/ou de l'adhésif double face interposé sur un manchon (10) ou sur un cylindre d'impression notamment en flexographie, ledit manchon ou cylindre comprenant un revêtement (24) extérieur susceptible d'être usiné en profondeur, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un guide (30;12) longitudinal, suivant une génératrice, et/ou un guide (30;14,15) périphérique, suivant une circonférence, ménagé au sein d'une matrice (28) en matériau de grande dureté, rapportée dans l'épaisseur dudit revêtement extérieur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la matrice (28) en matériau de grande dureté est logée dans une gorge (26) usinée dans l'épaisseur du revêtement extérieur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la gorge (26) comprend des moyens d'immobilisation dans l'épaisseur du revêtement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la gorge (26) a un profil en queue d'aronde qui constitue les moyens d'immobilisation.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le guide (30) a une section adaptée au profil de celui de l'outil de coupe.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la matrice (28) est réalisée en matériau polymère chargé de particules de métal et/ou de céramique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la matrice (28) comprend en outre un lubrifiant du type graphite et/ou bisulfure de molybdène.
- Manchon ou cylindre, notamment pour l'impression, comprenant un revêtement extérieur susceptible d'être usiné, prévu pour supporter un cliché, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend le dispositif de guidage de pose et de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
