Claims (8)

  1. Integrierte Führungsvorrichtung zum Anordnen und Zuschneiden mit Hilfe eines Schneidwerkzeugs eines Druckstocks (16) und/oder eines dazwischen eingefügten doppelseitigen Klebebandes auf einer Walze (10) oder einem Druckzylinder insbesondere für den Flexodruck, wobei die Walze oder der Zylinder eine äußere Beschichtung (24) aufweist, die in der Tiefe bearbeitet werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie wenigstens eine longitudinale Führung (30; 12) längs einer Erzeugenden und/oder eine Umfangsführung (30; 14, 15) längs eines Umfangs aufweist, die in einer in die Dicke der äußeren Beschichtung eingesetzten Matrize (28) aus einem Werkstoff mit großer Härte ausgespart ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Matrize (28) aus einem Werkstoff mit großer Härte in einer Nut (26) befindet, die in der Dicke der äußeren Beschichtung herausgearbeitet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (26) Mittel umfaßt, die die Beschichtung in Dickenrichtung unbeweglich machen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (26) ein Schwalbenschwanz-Profil hat, das die Mittel für die Unbeweglichmachung bildet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (30) einen Querschnitt besitzt, der an das Profil des Querschnitts des Schneidwerkzeugs angepaßt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrize (28) aus einem Polymerwerkstoff hergestellt ist, der mit Metall- und/oder Keramikpartikeln versetzt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrize (28) außerdem ein Schmiermittel vom Graphit-Typ und/oder vom Molybdändisulfid-Typ umfaßt.
  8. Walze oder Zylinder, insbesondere für den Druck, die bzw. der eine äußere Beschichtung umfaßt, die bearbeitet werden kann und dazu vorgesehen ist, einen Druckstock zu tragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie bzw. er die Führungsvorrichtung zum Anordnen und Zuschneiden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfaßt.
