Claims (25)
- Einrichtung zum elektrisch leitenden Kontaktieren eines insbesondere länglichen, beispielsweise im wesentlichen zylindrischen Körpers, beispielsweise eines Rohres oder eines Kabels,mit einem Grundkörper (4) zur Anlage an dem zu kontaktierenden Körper (42) undmit einem an einer in Montageposition dem zu kontaktierenden Körper (42) zugewandten Seite des Grundkörpers (4) gehaltenen Kontaktelement (40) zur Herstellung einer elektrisch leitenden Verbindung mit dem zu kontaktierenden Körper (42),
gekennzeichnet durchJustiermittel zum Justieren des Kontaktelementes (40) in seiner Lage relativ zu Rändern (24, 26) des Grundkörpers (4). - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Justiermittel wenigstens eine Anlagekante (28, 30, 32) oder wenigstens eine zu einer Haltefläche, an der das Kontaktelement (40) an dem Grundkörper (4) gehalten ist, geneigte Anlagefläche (84, 86) aufweisen, an der das Kontaktelement (40) in Befestigungslage anliegt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei zueinander beabstandete Anlagekanten (28, 30, 32) bzw. Anlageflächen (84, 86) vorgesehen sind, an denen das Kontaktelement (40) mit voneinander entfernten Bereichen seines Randes anliegt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Justiermittel Zentriermittel zum Zentrieren des Kontaktelementes (40) zwischen gegenüberliegenden Rändern (24, 26) des Grundkörpers (4) aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentriermittel zueinander beabstandete Anlagekanten (28, 32) aufweisen, die zueinander und zu benachbarten Rändern (24, 26) des Grundkörpers (4) im wesentlichen parallel verlaufen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentriermittel zueinander beabstandete und relativ zueinander geneigte Anlageflächen (84, 86) aufweisen, die sich in Längsrichtung bzw. in Umfangsrichtung des Grundkörpers (4) erstrecken und an denen das Kontaktelement (40) in Befestigungslage anliegt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlageflächen voneinander weg geneigt sind oder daß die Anlageflächen (84, 86) aufeinander zu geneigt sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oder jede Anlagekante (28, 30, 32) oder Anlagefläche (84, 86) an einem Vorsprung, insbesondere einem Steg (34, 36, 38) oder einer Rippe (56, 58, 60) ausgebildet ist, der bzw. die an dem Grundkörper (4) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (4) ein Teil (12) aus elastischem Material, vorzugsweise einem Elastomer, aufweist, an das der oder jeder Steg (34, 36, 38) bzw. die oder jede Rippe (56, 58; 60) angeformt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (4) eine Vertiefung aufweist, deren Rand bzw. deren Ränder oder die oder jede Anlagekante (28, 30, 32) oder deren Böschung bzw. deren Böschungen die oder jede Anlagefläche (62, 64, 66) bildet bzw. bilden.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umriß der Vertiefung im wesentlichen dem Umriß des Kontaktelementes (40) entspricht, derart, daß das Kontaktelement (40) eng in der Vertiefung gehalten ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (4) ein bandförmiges Metallteil (10) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der in Montageposition dem zu kontaktierenden Körper (42) zugewandten Seite des Metallteiles (10) die Vertiefung gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung durch eine Sicke (68) oder ein vertieftes Feld gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Metallteil (10) wenigstens teilweise mit dem elastischen Material beschichtet ist, insbesondere auf seiner in Montageposition dem zu kontaktierenden Körper (42) abgewandten Seite, oder in das elastische Material eingebettet ist, wobei an der in Montageposition dem zu kontaktierenden Körper (42) zugewandten Seite des Metallteiles (10) ein Kontaktbereich für das Kontaktelement (40) freigelassen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktelement (40) durch eine flache Litze oder ein flaches Band oder ein Geflechtband aus Metall gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (4) derart ausgebildet ist, daß er in Montageposition den zu kontaktierenden Körper (42) insbesondere ringförmig oder muffenförmig umgreift.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (4) biegsam ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (4) einteilig und in Umfangsrichtung offen ausgebildet ist und an seinen freien Enden abgewinkelte oder abgebogene Laschen (6, 8) aufweist, die in Montageposition miteinander verbindbar sind, vorzugsweise mittels einer Schraubvorrichtung oder einer Klemmvorrichtung.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (4) als um den zu kontaktierenden Körper spannbare Schelle ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich aus dem Bereich von zwei gegenüberliegenden Rändern (24; 26) des Grundkörpers jeweils wenigstens ein Steg (34, 36; 38) in Richtung auf den anderen Rand (26; 24) erstreckt, derart, daß das Kontaktelement in Befestigungslage mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Bereichen (88, 90) seines Randes an den Stegen (34, 36, 38) anliegt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Längsrichtung bzw. Umfangsrichtung des Grundkörpers (4) aufeinanderfolgende Stege (34, 36, 38) auf unterschiedlichen in Längsrichtung des Grundkörpers verlaufenden Linien bzw. unterschiedlichen Umfangslinien (33, 35) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 21 oder 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei auf einer zur Längsrichtung des Grundkörpers (4) quer verlaufenden Linie bzw. auf einer in Axialrichtung verlaufenden Linie angeordnete Stege (76, 78) vorgesehen sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Stege (76, 78), an denen das Kontaktelement (40) in Befestigungslage mit gegenüberliegenden Bereichen (88, 90) seines Randes anliegt, Hinterschneidungen aufweisen, derart, daß an den betreffenden Stegen (76, 78) aufeinander zu geneigte Anlageflächen (84, 86) gebildet sind, mit denen die Stege (76, 78) in Befestigungslage die gegenüberliegenden Bereiche (88, 90) des Randes des Kontaktelementes (40) übergreifen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Metallteil wenigstens einen Durchbruch (88), vorzugsweise beiderseits des Kontaktelementes (40) wenigstens einen Durchbruch (88, 90) aufweist, durch den bzw. durch die sich das elastische Material erstreckt, derart, daß das elastische Material auf der dem Kontaktelement (40) zugewandten Seite des Metallteiles (10) mit dem elastischen Material auf der dem Kontaktelement (40) abgewandten Seite des Metallteiles (10) verbunden ist.
