Definitions
- the present invention relates to a security lock with a between two positions longitudinally displaceable and in at least one position lockable locking element.
- Safety closures of the generic type are preferred required for device housings, vending machine housings, transport containers, Security containers, refill magazines and the like.
- the Security lock at least one access to the interior of a housing or to secure a container, a locking element, which itself blocking in front of an opening or snapping into a trap, in itself be secured in a known manner by a lock. So far this is the normal one Security claim to limit access to a housing interior or the opening of a container and the like may be sufficient Security closures not to meet increased security requirements sufficient.
- they are not suitable for opening the opening to reserve housing, containers and the like to authorized personnel, on the other hand, to allow opening in special situations, for example in the prescribed installation states of the housing in machines.
- the housing, the container or the like on the one hand by to have authorized personnel open, on the other hand an automatic one Provide opening in a planned installation state or if necessary to provide at least one opening for a special case, the Container, the housing, the refill magazine or the like in Secure it afterwards.
- Such special situations arise for example, where the filling of containers from transport and use the containers are separated.
- FR 1 552 234 shows a closure with a locking bolt which can be locked in a locked position by a locking tab.
- the Locking bolt is biased in the locking direction by a spring, as is the Locking tab pretensioned in locking position. Pointing at one end the locking bolt on an operating button with which this in the longitudinal direction can be actuated.
- two openings for keys are provided, by means of which a rod which is mounted transversely to the locking bolt can be moved back and forth.
- a cam is provided in the center of the rod, over which in a corresponding Position the locking tab over the cam can be unlocked.
- the invention has for its object a security lock specify which can be used for housings, containers, magazines and the like, So as simple and easy as possible and with little economic effort producible, less susceptible and cannot be manipulated and used in addition to the unhindered authorized opening, at least one one-off opening in a predetermined installation or operating situation allows.
- the security lock according to the invention comprises at least one between two Positions longitudinally displaceable locking element, which in at least one of the can be secured in both positions, i.e. cannot be opened without unlocking can. Furthermore, a lock is connected to the locking element, which has at least two different backup states.
- the locking element can be secured by external action unlock and in a translational movement from a closed position in move an opening position. As soon as the locking element is back in the Is closed, the lock switches from the first to the second security state in which the locking element against a Longitudinal shift is blocked. A release and longitudinal shift through external influence is no longer possible. A switch back of the lock from the second in the first backup state is again only by authorized Personnel possible.
- the locking element is preferably opposite a guide base against the Force of an elastic element held in a closed position and in one Plane of movement in a translational movement from the closed position in an opening position movable.
- the force for this can come from outside, ie from applied outside the safety lock in different ways become. Both simple mechanical solutions can be used as well the use of electrical or hydraulic actuators.
- Across the A guide link extends in the translatory direction of movement or a cam track. This is essentially parallel to the plane of motion.
- the leadership backdrop can also be in the Bolt element itself.
- A can be created on the management backdrop control cams arranged substantially perpendicular to the plane of movement. The control cam and the guide link are between each other two stop positions movable, this relative movement in runs essentially transverse to the translatory movement.
- the Guide link formed in the locking element itself is the Control cam on a second, transversely movable element.
- the guide link on a component independent of the locking element, for example, a control disk.
- the control cam preferably on the locking element or stands with this in firm connection.
- the two stop positions are preferred through the end limits of the cam track or Leadership backdrop formed. In the area of a stop position, the Leadership backdrop a width that is a relative movement between it and the control cam essentially parallel to the translational Allows direction of movement. So the cam is in the area of this Stop position, the locking element can translational movement of from the closed position to the open position.
- the guide link In the other Stop position, the guide link has a width that in corresponds essentially to the extension of the control cam.
- the guide link is in formed a plate-shaped control disc.
- the Leading curve arched and around one outside of the leading backdrop in the the bearing point located in the center of the slide is rotatable.
- the control cam is connected to the locking element in this case, so that the relative movement between the guide link and control cam by a Rotation of the control disc around the center of the slide track is effected.
- the control disc is in this case by the force of an elastic element preferably so biased that the control cam in the area of Stop position is positioned where the guide link width of the Expansion of the cam corresponds.
- the locking element with the on it Arranged control cam can be due to the disability of the do not translate narrow management backdrop.
- the locking element is in blocked its closed position.
- the actuator for generating the relative movement between the control cam and the guide link is advantageously secured by a lock.
- the castle is thus positioned “sharply" and after one-time unlocking and translational Movement of the locking element automatically switches the lock to Lock position in the second security state.
- the safety lock advantageously has a further lock, the is movable against the force of an elastic element and an additional Blocking the locking element causes in the closed position. Is located the lock in the first security state, in which the locking element can generally perform a translatory movement, must nevertheless First the lock must be overcome using the translational movement to be able to carry out the consequences described above.
- the lock will like the bolt actuation itself moves from outside the safety lock and can in turn be secured by a lock or other coding his.
- Lock also movable by the actuator, which is the relative movement between the control cam and the guide link to focus the lock performs.
- the locking element at least so far be moved translationally that the control cam the holding cam can happen.
- the lock to block the Lock element to move which is preferably by the same actuator can take place, which is the relative movement between the guide and Control cam performs.
- the safety lock according to the invention has only a few elements includes and is simple, it is extremely effective and comprehensive multiple levels of security.
- a housing is closed and closed by authorized personnel Actuation of a safety lock via the actuator of the control cams and the guide link moves relatively such that the control cam in the widened area of the management backdrop and is locked there, the locking element can be opened once by external intervention. is the external engagement ends, the locking element closes due to the load through an elastic element again and the lock switches to the second Security condition around, so that a translational movement of the Locking element is excluded. thus is at least an unauthorized one external intervention immediately recognizable.
- the invention Safety lock is also suitable for automated use, because after authorized filling and focusing, for example Refill magazine can be opened automatically when a machine is in the prescribed installation position. Is the magazine the Taken from the machine, the locking element is in its closed position and the lock in its second security state, so that the Latch element can no longer be opened until authorized personnel close the lock has returned to the first backup state.
- a Lock status display provided. For example, on moving A color or shape marking visible from the outside of the lock be arranged so that the condition tense, secured, unlocked and the like is recognizable.
- the status display can also be electronic can be read out or otherwise signaled.
- the lock is secured against manipulation. It is conceivable that the locking member has not closed completely because it is obstructed in the closing path. In this Fall could be pushed open and stopped if necessary. To do this is prevented with the invention proposed at the castle Arrange locking cams, which a pushing back of the locking member in prevented from being completely closed.
- Security locks and actuator movements or also Opening movements of the locking element are described, they can mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic or include other statements.
- Security locks can For example, be carried out digitally, so that an electronic coding is required.
- the actuator movements can be mechanical or by Electric motors and the like can be performed.
- the safety lock according to the invention can be produced economically, due to its simple and light construction also in many simple ones Housing can be used and is an increased safeguard against opening.
- a locking element 2 is translationally guided back and forth. This is indicated by the double arrow in Figure 1.
- the locking element 2 is shown plate-shaped and moves in a guide 25 between one upper position 26 and a lower position 27. In the upper position on Stop 26 of the guide 25 is the locking element 2 in the Closed position.
- Locking bars, locking rods can be on the locking element and the like can be arranged, which is translational with the locking element can be movable or pivotable or rotatable about deflections. Combinations of corresponding movements are also possible.
- the locking element carries a bearing roller 4, which one the base plate arranged bearing roller 3 is opposite.
- One in one Housing slot arranged side slot can, as for example in Figure 2 indicated, from a wedge element introduced from the outside be penetrated, which moves between the rollers 3 and 4. Doing so the roller 4 pushed away from the roller 3 and attached to it Bolt element 2 moves from the closed position to the open position.
- the locking element also carries a control cam 5, which is vertical seen from the plate-shaped locking element in the image plane to the front projects.
- the control disc 6 is as plate-shaped element in the embodiment shown and has an arcuate cam track 8.
- the pivot point 7 is in Center of the cam track 8.
- the cam track has one curved front edge course with a locking cam 9 and extended backdrop area 11 and, at the other anchor point, one narrowed backdrop area 10.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 also show two further special aspects of the Invention clarifies.
- the control disk 6 embosses two marking cams 28, which, for example, have a differently colored point and through an opening, not shown, in a housing cover in the respective Position are visible. This creates an optical positioning mark provided.
- a stop cam 29 is shown, which Tampering with a not completely blocked locking member prevented.
- the stop cam is accurate lies in the insertion path of an opening key when the lock is in the unlocked but not yet closed position.
- the locking member kept open, for example after Magazine removal from a machine again by inserting a Key to set the opening position, this would be done by the Stop cams 29 can be prevented.
- Alternative possibilities are in Scope of the invention.
- the locking element In the assembly state shown in Figure 1, the locking element is in its closed position, i.e. with its front edge in the area of the upper one Stop 26, the control cam 5 behind the locking cam 9 of the Cam track 8 is locked.
- the control cam 5 is located on one Anchor point of the cam track 8 in the expanded area 11.
- the expanded area Area has an extent that allows the control cam to overlap a distance determined by the extension translationally with the Bolt element can move in the cam track.
- the state shown in Figure 1 is the first backup state of the by described components formed lock in which the locking element 2nd can be unlocked and moved into the open position during the after One-time unlocking automatically set and shown in Figure 3 Security condition 2 excludes a movement of the locking element.
- the Switching the lock back from the second to the first security state According to the invention, this should be done by authorized personnel.
- FIGS. 4 to 6 show a further expansion stage, with FIG. 4 with regard to the locking element 2, the control disc 6 and the control cam 5 the locking position shown in FIG. 3 in the second securing state shows.
- An adjusting disc 15 is rotatably arranged about a pivot point 16 and has a driver cam 17, one in the embodiment shown Bending edge, on.
- a cam 18 is used for a later described Function.
- the adjusting disc 16 can be connected via a linkage, not shown be connected to a lock, so that when turning the key also Adjusting disc 15 is rotatable about the pivot point 16. In the image plane the adjusting disc 15 is seen to the left around the pivot point 16 rotated, the adjusting cam 17 engages behind an edge of the control disk 6.
- the adjusting disc 15 can be substantially plate-shaped and parallel to the substantially plate-shaped control disc 6 and the be plate-shaped locking element 2 positioned.
- Control disc 6 rotated so that the control cam 5 along the cam track is moved out of the narrowed area.
- Figure 5 shows the position where the control cam 5 reaches the area of the locking cam 9.
- the control cam 5 passes the locking cam 9 and gets into the Stop area of the cam track 8.
- the locking element moves in again the closed position and the state shown in FIG. 6 is established, which corresponds to the fuse state 1 shown in FIG. 1.
- the Locking element can now be unlocked and opened once.
- Figures 7 to 9 show a further embodiment of the invention Security closure.
- the locking element 2 is in the closed position. Doing so the roller 4 arranged on the locking element from the locking arm 22 of a lock 19 blocked against movement.
- the lock 19 is in by means of a spring 21 the locking position shown in Figure 7 biased.
- the lock 19 is one Rotary bearing 20 rotatable and has an actuating arm 23 with one on it trained cam track 24, the function of which will be described later.
- the 8 for an opening key 13 shown next to the wedge 14 can also be designed as an unlocking pin. This is longer than the wedge 14 and thus reaches the lock earlier than the wedge the rollers 3, 4. Die Lock is rotated away from the pin about the pivot point 20 and there thus the roller 4 against movement away from the roller 3 free, so that also the locking element from the closed position to the open position can move. If the opening key is removed, the lock moves due to the force of the spring 21, as shown in Figure 9, back into the Locking position.
- Figures 10 to 12 show the assembled state of all described Configuration levels.
- the locking element 2 is located relative to the base plate 1 in the Closed position.
- the roles 3 and 4 are close together and the role 4 is gripped by the locking arm 22 of the lock 19 and locked.
- the Control disc is positioned against the force of an elastic element that the control cam locks behind the locking cam 9 of the cam track 8 is.
- the adjusting disc 15 is in a neutral position.
- an opening key 13 with wedge 14 and a safety pin is first introduced by the Unlocking pin pushed the lock 19 away, so that the roller 4 is free.
- the Wedge 14 is then driven between the rollers 3 and 4, so that how described above, the locking element 2 moved to the open position, so that the control cam 5 strikes the stop 12 of the control disk 6.
- the control cam 5 then moves into the narrowed area 10 of FIG Control disc 6 when the opening key is removed again.
- the Lock 19 is due to the spring force again under the roller 4 and Closure is fully secured.
- the actuators can also be different be mechanically movable, that is to say electrically, electrohydraulically and the like.
- the locking elements can also be mechanical or electronic locks include or be formed as such. The same goes for the very Simplified opening key, which also has complicated coding include and with an appropriately coded lock on the housing side can work together.
