  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lame (29) peut être déplacée par rapport au dispositif de support (17).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de guidage (27) est monté à rotation sur le dispositif de support (17).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de guidage (31) est prévu, de préférence en accouplement au dispositif de support (17).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage (31) comprend de préférence un ajutage à air (33) ou plusieurs ajutages à air (33).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de serrage (37) est associé à un contre-palier (19) qui est de préférence fixe par rapport au dispositif de support (17).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le contre-palier (19) comprend un dispositif de guidage (39).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage (39) présente au moins une tôle de guidage (41) et/ou au moins un ajutage à air (43).
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un dispositif de séparation (bec (55)), qui établit une distance entre la bande d'insertion (53) et le reste de la bande de matière (4).
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de support (17) et/ou le contre-palier (19) sont installés sur un socle (11).
  16. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le socle (11) est configuré de manière à pouvoir être déplacé et/ou à pouvoir tourner.
  17. Procédé de découpe et de transfert d'une bande d'insertion dans une machine de fabrication d'une bande de matière continue, en particulier d'une bande de papier ou de carton, en particulier par recours à un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, dans lequel un rouleau de guidage de préférence entraíné est monté dans le parcours de déplacement de la bande d'insertion qui se déroule dans le fond de la machine, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'insertion guidée sur le rouleau de guidage est découpée et est transférée à une partie de la machine située en aval du rouleau de guidage dans le sens d'avancement de la bande.
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'insertion subit une pré-tension définie avant sa découpe.
  19. Procédé selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'insertion est découpée au moyen d'une lame qui est déplacée dans la direction de transfert de cette bande d'insertion pour la découper.
