- Justierbares Band für Fenster oder Türen mit einem feststehenden Blendrahmen und einem hieran mittels des Bandes bewegbar anschlagbaren Flügelrahmen, wobei das Band mindestens ein Blendrahmenbandteil zum Befestigen am Blendrahmen und ein Flügelrahmenbandteil zum Befestigen am Flügelrahmen aufweist und die Bandteile jeweils ein Scharnierteil mit einer Bohrung zur Aufnahme eines Scharnierzapfens aufweisen, mittels dessen die Bandteile um eine Schwenkachse verdrehbar miteinander verbindbar sind und das Flügelrahmenbandteil einen an das Scharnierteil angeformten Bandlappen zur Auflage auf dem Flügelrahmen aufweist und ein auf den Bandlappen aufsetzbarer Verstellschlitten vorgesehen ist, welcher mittels durch den Bandlappen in den Flügelrahmen einschraubbarer Befestigungsachrauben gemeinsam mit dem Bandlappen am Flügelrahmen befestigbar ist und eine sich quer zur Schwenkachse erstreckende, drehbar gelagerte und gegen axiale Bewegung gesicherte Verstellschraube vorgesehen ist, die mit Mitteln zum Angriff eines Drehwerkzeuges ausgebildet ist, mittels derer der Bandlappen bei Drehung der Verstellschraube relativ zum Verstellschlitten quer zur Schwenkachse verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellschraube (52) an ihrem dem Scharnierteil (47) zugewandten Ende (52a) die Mittel zum Angriff eines Drehwerkzeuges aufweist und der Bandlappen (40) des Flügelrahmenbandteiles (4) im Verbindungsbereich (44) zum Scharnierteil (47) eine mit dem Ende (52a) der Verstellschraube (52) kommunizierende Durchgangsbohrung (45) für ein Drehwerkzeug aufweist und die Durchgangsbohrung (45) von der dem Flügelrahmen (2) zugewandten Seite des Scharnierteiles (47) her zugänglich ist, dergestalt, daß bei in Öffnungsstellung befindlichem Flügelrahmen (2) ein Drehwerkzeug über die Durchgangsbohrung (45) am Ende (52a) der Verstellschraube (52) ansetzbar ist und bei geschlossenem Flügelrahmen (2) die Durchgangsbohrung (45) verdeckt ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellschraube (52) drehbar und gegen axiale Bewegung gesichert im Bandlappen (40) des Flügelrahmenbandteiles (4) gelagert ist und auf die Verstellschraube (52) eine Mutter (53) aufgeschraubt ist und der Verstellschlitten (5) eine Ausnehmung (54) aufweist, welche die Mutter (53) formschlüssig aufnimmt.
- Band nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandlappen (40) des Flügelrahmenbandteiles (4) auf seiner dem Flügelrahmen (2) abgewandten Oberseite einen Absatz (41) aufweist, in den der Verstellschlitten (5) einsetzbar ist und im Bereich des Absatzes (41) sich quer zur Schwenkachse (S) erstreckende Langlöcher (42) für die Durchführung von Tragebolzen (51) und/oder Befestigungsschrauben (50) in den Flügelrahmen (2) und eine Ausnehmung (43) für die Verstellschraube (52) vorgesehen sind und die Durchgangsbohrung (45) für das Drehwerkzeug im Bereich der Ausnehmung (43) für die Verstellschraube (52) in den Absatz (41) einmündet.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellschraube (52) an ihrem der Durchgangsbohrung (45) für das Drehwerkzeug zugewandten Ende (52a) einen mit einem Innensechskant ausgebildeten Schraubenkopf aufweist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellschraube (52) an ihrem der Durchgangsbohrung (45) abgewandten Ende ebenfalls mit Mitteln zum Angriff eines Drehwerkzeuges ausgebildet ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blendrahmenbandteil (3) einen auf dem Blendrahmen (1) befestigbaren Korpus (30) aufweist und der Korpus (30) auf seiner dem Bandlappen (40) des Flügelrahmenbandteiles (4) zugewandten Seitenfläche eine in Längserstreckung des Korpus verlaufende Hohlkehle (33) aufweist und das Flügelrahmenbandteil (4) ein vorstehendes Eingriffselement (46) aufweist, welches bei geschlossenem Flügelrahmen in die Hohlkehle (33) des Korpus (30) des Blendrahmenbandteiles (3) eingreift und die Durchgangsbohrung (45) für das Drehwerkzeug im Fußbereich des Eingriffselementes (46) angeordnet ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Korpus (30) des Blendrahmenbandteiles (3) auf beiden Seitenflächen eine in Längserstreckung des Korpus verlaufende Hohlkehle (33) aufweist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlkehle (33) einen nach Art eines Kreissegmentes ausgebildeten Querschnitt aufweist und das Eingriffselement (46) eine entsprechend geformte Anlagefläche (46a) aufweist, mit der es bei geschlossenem Flügelrahmen (2) in die Hohlkehle (33) einführbar ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Buchse mit einer exzentrisch darin ausgebildeten Innenbohrung vorgesehen ist, die in die Bohrung des Scharnierteiles (34, 47) von Blendrahmenbandteil (3) oder Flügelrahmenbandteil (4) einsetzbar ist und den Scharnierzapfen aufnimmt und mittels einer Verdrehung der Buchse im Scharnierteil eine Verschiebung des Flügelrahmenbandteiles (4) quer zu der durch den Blendrahmen (1) definierten Rahmenebene (R) bewirkbar ist
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Abdeckung (6) vorgesehen ist, die auf dem Bandlappen (40) des Flügelrahmenbandteiles (4) aufsetzbar ist und den Absatz (41) mit dem darin angeordneten Verstellschlitten (5) und die Verstellschraube (52) überdeckt.
- Band nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (6) verrastend auf dem Bandlappen (40) des Flügelrahmenbandteiles (4) aufsetzbar ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (6) auf ihrer dem Bandlappen (40) des Flügelrahmenbandteiles (4) zugewandten Seite mindestens einen vorstehenden Raststeg (61) aufweist, der in eine entsprechende Rastnut (460) des Bandlappens (40) einrastbar ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnut (460) zum Einrasten des vorstehenden Raststeges (61) im Verbindungsbereich (44) zum Scharnierteil (47) des Bandlappens (40) ausgebildet ist und eine mit der Rastnut (460) kommunizierende und durch den Verbindungsbereich (44) verlaufende Gewindebohrung (450) vorgesehen ist, die von der dem Flügelrahmen (2) zugewandten Seite des Scharnierteiles (47) her zugänglich ist, dergestalt, daß bei in Öffnungsstellung befindlichem Flügelrahmen (2) eine Schraube in die Gewindebohrung 450) ein- bzw. ausschraubbar ist, mittels derer der in die Rastnut (460) eingearbeitete Raststeg (61) der Abdeckung (6) festklemmbar ist.
