Claims (13)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder (10) mit zwei zusammensteckbaren Verbinderteilen (12, 14), die mittels eines Koppelteils (16) miteinander koppelbar sind, das hierzu in eine Koppelstellung bewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß dem Koppelteil (16) ein über einen definierten Bereich relativ zu diesem bewegbares Kontrollelement (52) zugeordnet ist, das durch Federkraft (56) in eine bezüglich des Koppelteils (16) ausgerückte Position belastet und entgegen der Federkraft (56) in eine bezüglich des Koppelteils (16) eingerückte Position verschiebbar ist, und daß das Kontrollelement (52) durch insbesondere lösbare Rastmittel (58, 60) bei seine Koppelstellung einnehmendem und in dieser verrastetem Koppelteil (16) in seiner eingerückten Position fixierbar ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Rastmittel (58, 60) zwischen dem Kontrollelement (52) und einer in einem (14) der beiden Verbinderteile (12, 14) gelagerten Lösetaste (74) vorgesehen sind und durch das in seiner eingerückten Stellung fixierte Kontrollelement (52) gleichzeitig das Koppelteil (16) in seiner Koppelstellung fixiert ist, und/oderdaß das Kontrollelement (52) in Bewegungsrichtung des Koppelteils (16) verschiebbar in dem Koppelteil (16) gelagert ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die das Kontrollelement (52) in seine ausgerückte Position belastende Federkraft (56) durch wenigstens eine zwischen dem Kontrollelement (52) und dem Koppelteil (16) angeordnete Feder (56) erzeugt ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Kontrollelement (52) in seiner ausgerückten Position aus dem Koppelteil (16) vorsteht und in seiner eingerückten Position in dem Koppelteil (16) versenkt ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Kontrollelement (52) an einem Ende des Koppelteils (16) vorgesehen ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Koppelteil (16) über das Kontrollelement (52) in seine Koppelstellung bewegbar ist, wobei das Kontrollelement (52) im Verlauf einer entsprechenden Betätigung spätestens dann relativ zum Koppelteil (16) in seine eingerückte Position bewegbar ist, wenn das Koppelteil (16) seine Koppelstellung erreicht hat. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Kontrollelement (52) zur Signalisierung seines ausgerückten Zustands zumindest teilweise signalfarben ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Kontrollelement (52) in dem Koppelteil (16) vormontierbar ist und nach erfolgter Vormontage gegen ein Herausfallen aus dem Koppelteil (16) gesichert und durch die Federkraft (56) vorzugsweise in seiner ausgerückten Position gehalten ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Koppelteil (16) als Schieber in einem (14) der beiden Verbinderteile (12, 14) insbesondere quer zu deren Steckrichtung geführt und in seine Koppelstellung bewegbar ist, in der es mit wenigstens einem am anderen Verbinderteil (12) vorgesehenen Koppelelement (44) zusammenwirkt, wobei das Koppelteil (16) vorzugsweise in seiner Koppelstellung in dem betreffenden Verbinderteil (14) versenkt ist, und/oder wobei das Koppelteil (16) vorzugsweise zwei zueinander parallele Seitenwände oder Schenkel (16', 16'') besitzt, die jeweils mit wenigstens einem Koppelelement (44) zusammenwirken. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß wenigstens ein Koppelelement (44) durch einen Zapfen gebildet ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die beiden Schenkel (16', 16'') des Koppelteils (16) jeweils mit wenigstens einer Nut (46) oder dergleichen versehen sind, in die zumindest bei seine Koppelstellung einnehmendem Koppelteil (16) ein jeweiliges Koppelelement (44) eingreift, wobei vorzugsweise die Nuten (46) so ausgeführt sind, daß nach einem Eingriff der Koppelelemente (44) die beiden Verbinderteile (12, 14) während der Überführung des Koppelteils (16) in seine Koppelstellung zunächst vollständig zusammengezogen werden. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eines der beiden Verbinderteile (12, 14) ein Steckergehäuse (14) und das andere Verbinderteil ein Steckhülsengehäuse (12) umfaßt, wobei vorzugsweise das Steckergehäuse (14) zur Aufnahme mehrerer Steckermodule (20) und das Steckhülsengehäuse (12) zur Aufnahme einer entsprechenden Anzahl von Steckhülsen (18) ausgebildet ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das schieberartige Koppelteil (16) im Steckhülsengehäuse (14) geführt und das bzw. die Koppelelemente (44) am Steckergehäuse (12) vorgesehen sind, wobei vorzugsweise die Lösetaste (74) in dem Steckhülsengehäuse (14) vorgesehen ist.
