Description
- le manchon est pourvu d'un alésage dans lequel est emmanché le corps de l'injecteur et d'une gorge périphérique dans laquelle est monté un joint d'étanchéité.
- le jonc est constitué d'un anneau fendu à extrémités de formes complémentaires propre à assurer l'étanchéité entre le corps de l'injecteur et l'alésage du manchon lorsque ledit manchon prend appui sur le jonc sous l'action de la bride fixée sur la culasse.
- le manchon comprend à sa partie inférieure une base circulaire à bords inclinés propre à assurer le rapprochement des extrémités du jonc.
- la figure 1 est une vue partielle en coupe longitudinale du dispositif de l'invention pour fixer un injecteur de carburant sur une culasse de moteur à combustion interne ;

Claims (1)
- Culasse (2) de moteur à combustion interne sur laquelle est maintenu un injecteur (1) de carburant par un dispositif de fixation (D), dans laquelle :la culasse est constituée d'une partie inférieure (2a) propre à couvrir au moins un cylindre du moteur et d'une partie supérieure (2b) délimitant entre elles une chambre (5) contenant des organes d'actionnement de soupapes ;l'injecteur (1) traverse les deux parties (2a, 2b) ;le dispositif de fixation (D) comprend un manchon( 10), qui entoure le corps de l'injecteur et dont une partie prend appui sur une partie saillante d'un jonc (16) monté dans une gorge périphérique (15) du corps de l'injecteur, et une bride (9) qui est fixée par vis à la culasse et maintient en appui l'injecteur sur le fond (8) d'un puits (4) de la partie inférieure (2a) de la culasse ;une rondelle (7) d'étanchéite est interposée entre un épaulement radial (6) de la partie inférieure du corps de l'injecteur et le fond (8) du puits (4);la bride (9) et le manchon (10) forment une seule pièce,la partie supérieure de la culasse (2a) présente un logement (14) dans lequel est monté le manchon (10) et autour duquel est fixée la bride ;le manchon est pourvu d'un alésage (10a) dans lequel est emmanché le corps de l'injecteur, d'une gorge périphérique dans laquelle est monté un joint d'étanchéité (19) propre à assurer l'étanchéité entre le logement (14) et la partie périphérique du manchon (10) et à son extrémité inférieure d'une base circulaire (17) à bord inclinés (17a,17b) propre à assurer le rapprochement des extrémités de formes complémentaires du jonc (16) constitué d'un anneau fendu afin d' assurer l'étanchéité entre le corps de l'injecteur et l'alésage (10a) du manchon.
