Description
Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour la fixation d'un injecteur de carburant (1) sur une culasse (2)de moteur à combustion interne et du type dans lequel l'injecteur (1) est maintenu engagé partiellement dans un logement cylindrique (2b) débouchant de la culasse (2) sur une face (2c) de celle-ci perpendiculaire à l'injecteur au moyen d'une bride (3) espacée de la face (2c) et fixée à la culasse (2) par deux vis (5) traversant perpendiculairement cette face (2c), deux bossages opposés (3a) de la bride, tournés vers la face (2c), étant appliqués sur deux zones d'appui au moins diamétralement opposées (6) de l'injecteur (1), caractérisé en ce que les zones d'appui sont réalisées dans un évidement (6) débouchant sur la périphérie d'une portion cylindrique (4) de l'injecteur (1) et situé au-dessus de la face (2c) de la culasse (2), lequel évidement (6) reçoit une pièce intermédiaire (7A, 9) émergeant partiellement de l'évidement (6) et, en ce que chaque bossage (3a) de la bride (3), extérieur à la portion cylindrique (4) de l'injecteur (1), est appliqué sur une partie émergente de la pièce intermédiaire (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement précité est- une gorge périphérique (6) et les deux zones d'appui sont reliées entre elles pour former une zone d'appui circulaire pour la pièce intermédiaire (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la pièce intermédiaire est constituée d'un jonc en métal élastique (7).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux bossages précités (3a) sont reliés entre eux en formant une base d'appui circulaire (3a) de la bride (3) sur les deux zones d'appui de l'injecteur (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une bague (8) est interposée entre le jonc (7) et la bride (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la base d'appui (3a) de la bride (3) comprend un chanfrein (3b) coopérant avec le jonc (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la bague (8) comprend un chanfrein coopérant avec le jonc (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque zone d'appui est réalisée dans un évidement radial constitué d'un trou borgne recevant un ergot (9) d'appui d'un bossage correspondant (3a) de la bride (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'injecteur (1) est maintenu à sa partie inférieure (1a) en appui, par la bride (3), sur une face interne de la culasse (2) par l'intermédiaire d'une rondelle d'étanchéité (R).
