Claims (11)
- Dunstabzugshaubensystem, bestehend aus einem Kaminrohr (2), einem Gebläse (9), das im Innern des Kaminrohrs (2) untergebracht ist, aus einem Filtersystem (15 und 16), das im Kaminrohr (2) untergebracht ist, aus einem Dunstfangschirm (19), der unterhalb des Kaminrohres (2) angebracht ist, aus einer Beleuchtungsanlage (12), die im Kaminrohr (2) enthalten ist, sowie aus einer Bedienung samt Stromkreisen für den Betrieb des Gebläses (9) und der Beleuchtungsanlage (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gebläse (9), die Beleuchtungsanlage (12), die Filter (15 und 16), das Kaminrohr (2) und der Schirm (19) von einer einzigen Grundeinheit (7) getragen werden, welche einen Tragrahmen umfasst, dessen Form und Abmessungen es ermöglichen, in das Kaminrohr (2) eingesetzt zu werden und welcher gleichzeitig in seinem Innern das Gebläse (9), die Beleuchtungsanlage (12) und die Filter (15 und 16) in Form von Baukastenelementen aufnehmen kann, wobei außerdem vorgesehen ist, dass die Einheit (7) mit Mitteln zur Befestigung an der Wand oder an der Raumdecke ausgestattet ist.
- System gemäß dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kaminrohr (2) aus einem Paar Teleskoprohren (5 und 6) hergestellt ist, wobei das untere (6) auf einer Profilschiene (25) aufliegt, die an der Unterseite des Tragrahmens der Einheit (7) angebracht ist, die auf diese Weise im Innern des Rohres (6) enthalten sind.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundeinheit zur Befestigung an der Raumseitenwand einen am oberen Ende vorgesehenen horizontalen Einfassungsrahmen mit starrer vertikaler Rückwand und vertikalen Seiten-Versteifungselementen aufweist, daß die Rückwand eine Aussparung besitzt, die in eine an der Seitenwand befestigte Tragvorrichtung einsetzbar ist, derart, daß die Rückwand parallel zur Tragvorrichtung festgelegt ist und Einstellschrauben zwischen Rückwand und Tragvorrichtung zur Einstellung in vertikaler und horizontaler Richtung vorgesehen sind, und daß die untere Begrenung der Grundeinheit einen horizontal umlaufenden Einfassungsrahmen aufweist, auf den der Haubenschirm aufsetzbar ist.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundeinheit zur Befestigung an der Raumdecke einen am oberen Ende vorgesehenen horizontalen Einfassungsrahmen aufweist, mit dem die untere Begrenzung des Kaminrohres bzw. innerhalb des Kaminrohres angeordnete vertikale Streben fest verbunden sind, und daß die Länge der Haltestreben verstellbar ausgebildet ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filteranordnung jeweils aus zwei Filtereinheiten besteht, die parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und Metallfettfilter und Aktivkohlefilter umfassen.
- System nach Anspruch1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filteranordnung Zylinderform, Kegelstumpfform, Quaderform, Pyramidenform, Pyramidenstumpfform oder dergl. hat.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Filtereinheiten ein Wrasenfangraum ausgebildet ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flächeninhalt der Aktivkohlefilter gleich dem Flächeninhalt der Metallfettfilter ausgebildet ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung versenkt in der Grundeinheit angeordnet ist und von einem Gehäuse aufgenommen ist, das die beiden Filtereinheiten miteinander verbindet.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundeinheit über Fernsteuerung, z.B. Infrarotsteuerung, die gesamte Elektronikregelung, nämlich Vier- oder Mehrstufenregelung des Motors, Schaltung der Beleuchtung, Nachlaufautomatik für Motor und Beleuchtung, Anzeige des Filterreinigungsbedarfs u. dergl. enthält, und daß die Fernsteuerung eine Universalhalterung zum Festlegen an der Wand oder einer entsprechenden Stelle des Gehäuses aufweist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Dunstabzugshauben unterschiedlicher Typen, gemäß Anspruch 1 die ein mit der Wand oder der Decke befestigtes Kaminrohr, ein im Kaminrohr befindliches Gebläse, ein im Kaminrohr angeordnetes Filtersystem, einen vom Kaminrohr aufgenommenen Schirm, eine Beleuchtungsanordnung und eine elektrische Steuerung und Schalteranordnung für Gebläse, Beleuchtungsanordnung und dergl. aktive Teile aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) alle für den aktiven Betrieb der Haube erforderlichen Vorrichtungen sowie deren elektrische Verbindungen und Anschlüsse zu einer in sich geschlossenen Grundeinheit, welche einen Tragerahmen umfasst, dessen Form und Abmessungen es ermöglichen in das Kaminrohr eingesetzt zu werden, zusammengefaßt werden, die als Modul in Baukastenweise ausgebildet ist,b) das Modul an der Raumwand (Wandhaube) oder an der Decke (Inselhaube) als tragende Einheit befestigt wird,c) der Schirm am Modulrahmen befestigt bzw. von diesem aufgenommen wird, undd) das Kaminrohr als Modulverkleidung auf die Grundeinheit aufgesetzt bzw. von ihr getragen wird, und die Grundeinheit zur Befestigung an der Raumseitenwand bzw. an der Decke justierbar verbunden wird.
