Namely, setting the angle and depth as shown in FIG. 1 maximizes the cutting effect.

  • the present invention also maintains an optimal state for dispersing heat and discharging chips even if the grinding wheel has been used for a long period time, thereby achieving grinding effect three to six times as higher as that in the conventional techniques.
  • the grinding diamond coating layer is partially formed on the bottom surface of the grinding wheel. This leads to a difference in thickness of the grinding wheel, making it possible to change a grinding angle of the grinding wheel, thereby conveniently adjusting a work start point. This also minimizes load on the object, thereby speeding the work and lengthening the life of the grinding wheel.
