Claims (11)
- Webmaschine mit pneumatischer Schusseintragung, welche Webmaschine ein Webblatt (8), eine Schussfadenführungseinrichtung (32) mit einem Führungskanal (36), die miteinander verbunden zwischen einer Eintragstellung und einer Anschlagstellung schwenkbar sind, eine ortsfest angeordnete Schusseintragvorrichtung (14) mit mindestens einer Blasdüse (22) zum Eintragen eines Schussfadens (38) in den Führungskanal (36) und eine Schere (15) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Einrichtung (61,62; 64,65) zur Bildung der Webkante mit Kantenfäden vorgesehen ist, welche den Schussfaden (38) nach Abschluss der Schusseintragung unter Reibschluss klemmen und von der Eintragstelle bis zur Anschlagstelle unter Aufrechterhaltung der Klemmwirkung zu führen und dass die Schere (15) eine ortsfest angeordnete Klinge (51) und eine beweglich angeordnete Klinge (52) aufweist, deren Betätigung mit der Bewegung des Webblatts (8) koordiniert ist und die mit der ortsfest angeordneten Klinge (52) zusammenwirkt, so dass der geklemmte Schussfaden nach Abschluss der Schusseintragung im Bereich zwischen der hinteren Stellung und der Anschlagstellung des Riet (8) während der Schwenkung ausserhalb der Webkante abgeschnitten wird.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Schusseite zwischen der Mündung.der Blasdüse (22) und dem Führungskanal (36) die Schere (15)und ein Einblasführungsteil (17) in Fadenlaufrichtung hintereinander liegend angeordnet sind.
- Webmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eintragvorrichtung (14) am Maschinengestell (1) montiert ist.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Betätigungseinrichtung (25) zum Einstellen der Blasdüse (22) in die Einschussposition gemäss einem Webmusterprogramm vorgesehen ist.
- Webmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eintragvorrichtung (14) eine Mehrzahl von Blasdüsen (22) aufweist.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasdüsen (22) auf und ab bewegbar und/oder um rechtwinklig kreuzende Achsen schwenkbar sind.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasdüsen (22) paarweise und übereinanderliegend oder bündelförmig angeordnet sind.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Klinge (15) mit dem Webblatt (8) oder einer Antriebseinrichtung (73) gekoppelt ist.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinrichtung (73) ein Elektromotor ist.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einblasführungsteil (17) ortsfest angeordnet oder mit dem Riet (8) verbunden ist.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Einblasführungsteil (17) eine konische Durchdringung (42), die mit der grössten Weite der Mündung der Blasdüse (22) zugewandt ist und einen Auslassschlitz (43) für den Schussfaden (38) aufweist.
