Abstract

Ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Ermittlung und Festlegung von Gerüstmitte und Anstellpositionen an Walzgerüsten. Zwischen einander gegenüberliegenden, bearbeiteten und ebenen Auflageflächen der Lagereinbaustücke (3a, 4a) werden auf diese Auflageflächen abmaßdefinierte, vorzugsweise quaderförmige Distanzstücke (10, 11; 12, 13) aufgesetzt und durch Walzenanstellung mit definiertem Druck beaufschlagt. Die dabei erreichten Anstellpositionen werden festgelegt und als Ist-Werte für das, das Walzgerüst beim Walzbetrieb steuernde Positionsermittlungssystem verwendet.
