經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 • 4 18 119 ;; --------------— 五、發明說明(i ) 本發明關於一種用於將滾子架上的架中心與調移位寶 求出及固定的裝置與方法。 這種方I式的求出及固定,迄今係利用測量儀器、直茂 (Lineal)及測縫隙尺(Spaltmesser)做,其中這些測量係關於參 考邊緣(例如裝入件邊緣與支架邊緣)之間的距離。但道 種方的結果會由於構件之間的不可控制的間隙、軸承裝入 件在支架窗孔中的斜位置、或受調移裝置的元件之間的揆 觸連接受油脂或污物引起接觸不良以及其偶然的傾斜運動 以及參考面未加工或加工不良,因此往往測量不準,且多 少需要花相當的時間。 本發明的目的在提供一種裝置與方法,可將準確的値 求出及固定,而所花之時間要少得多。這種目的係利用聞 隔件(它們係在軸承裝入件之相對立之加工過的平坦倚靠 面之間放闺這些倚靠面上,且其度量尺寸有一定且·宜爲方 形)以及使它們受滾子調移施以一定壓力而達成〃其中, 將所求得的調移位置固定以及當作實際値,在滾壓操作時 控制滚子架的位置求出系統利用此値。 如此,如下文所述,該間隔件可成對地在兩邊插入在 下方'或上方水平滾子的軸承裝入件的上側面或下側面以及 一垂直滾子的軸承裝入件的下側面或上側面之間,距水平 滚子對的共同垂直中央軸面隔相同的距離。 本發明茲利用圖式中所示之實施例詳細說明。圖式中 第一圖係一種通用滾子架垂直於滾壓方向看的垂直剖" ----1---------裝·-------tl-·--------線 ί靖先閱硪背面之iit事項再嗔寫本Ϊ〕
