Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schneegleitbretts mit einer oberen äußeren Schale (7) aus Kunststoffmaterial, welche mindestens eine Verstärkungsschicht (8) bedeckt, bestehend:
    aus dem Auswählen einer Schutz- und Verzierungsschicht (7) aus Kunststoff, welche dazu bestimmt ist, die genannte obere äußere Schale zu bilden, welche einen steifen Kern (4) bedeckt;
    aus dem Vorbereiten wenigstens einer zusätzlichen lokal angeordneten Schicht (9,10,11) durch Ausschneiden;
    aus dem Vorkleben der zusätzlichen, lokal angeordneten Schicht(en) (9,10,11) auf die Schutz- und Verzierungsschicht (7) aus Kunststoff vor dem Arbeitsgang des Formens dieses Gleitbretts;
    aus dem Verwenden einer Form mit einer Innenfläche ohne Ausnehmungen oder Vorsprünge im Bereich dieser zusätzlichen, lokal angeordnete(n) Schicht(en) (9, 10, 11);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ferner daraus besteht:
    während des Heißformens unter Druck dieses Gleitbretts diese zusätzliche(n) Schicht(en) in den durch die Schutz- und Verzierungsschicht (7) aus Kunststoff und die Verstärkungsschicht (8), welche den steifen Kern (4) bedeckt, gebildeten Komplex durch Eindrücken einzubetten, ohne daß es hierfür erforderlich wäre, entsprechende Ausnehmungen in den Schichtungselementen (1,4,8,7), welche die Struktur des Brettes bilden, anzuordnen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzund Verzierungsschicht (7) dieses Gleitbretts eine Dicke von mindestens 0, 6 mm aufweist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für diese zusätzliche(n) Schicht(en) (9,10,11) ein metallisches Material gewählt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für diese zusätzliche(n) Schicht(en) (9,10,11) ein Kunststoffmaterial gewählt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für diese zusätzliche(n) Schicht(en) (9,10,11) ein visko-elastisches Material gewählt wird.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für diese zusätzliche(n) Schicht(en) (9,10,11) ein elastisches Material gewählt wird.
  7. Ski oder anderes Schneegleitbrett, hergestellt nach dem Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es auf seiner Oberfläche eingebettete Elemente (9,10,11) aufweist, die durch zusätzliche Schichtelemente zum Schutz und zur Verzierung gebildet werden, wobei diese Elemente im wesentlichen bündig mit der Oberfläche (15) des Gleitbretts sind.
  8. Ski oder anderes Schneegleitbrett, hergestellt nach dem Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es auf seiner Oberfläche eingebettete Elemente (9,10,11) aufweist, welche durch zusätzliche Schichtelemente zum Schutz und zur Verzierung gebildet werden, wobei diese Elemente in bezug auf die Oberfläche (15) des Gleitbretts leicht vorstehend sind.
  9. Ski oder anderes Schneegleitbrett, hergestellt nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese eingebetteten Elemente (9,10,11) metallisch sind und eine Dicke aufweisen, die zwischen 0,05 mm und 0,2 mm liegt.
  10. Ski oder anderes Schneegleitbrett, hergestellt nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese eingebetteten Elemente aus Kunststoffmaterial bestehen und eine Dicke aufweisen, die zwischen 0,2 mm und 1 mm liegt.
  11. Ski oder anderes Schneegleitbrett, hergestellt nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese eingebetteten Elemente aus einem elastischen oder visko-elastischem Material bestehen und eine Dicke aufweisen, die zwischen 0,5 mm und 3 mm liegt.
