Abstract
Description
- Anlieferung einmal jährlich (z.B. in der arbeitsfreien Winterzeit) in einen großen Standtank bei der Mischanlage (das Fluxbitumen ist nicht frostempfindlich und unbegrenzt lagerfähig).
- Durch die im kalten Zustand fließfähige Fluxbitumenkonsistenz braucht der Standtank nicht beheizt zu werden und der Mischgut-LKW kann bei der Abholung des Mischgutes an der Mischanlage jederzeit seinen kleinen "Zupendlertank" (z.B. in Form einer tankartig ausgeführten doppelwandigen Bordwand) füllen (50 bis 100 Liter reichen aus) und beim Einkippen des Mischgutes in die Mulde des Fertigers wieder abgeben. Die heiße Mischgutladung wärmt das Fluxbitumen etwas vor, so daß es in erwünschter Weise dünnflüssig wird.
- Es müssen lediglich Schläuche angekuppelt werden, aber es ist kein zusätzlicher Geräte-, Personal- oder Organisationsaufwand erforderlich.
Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Asphaltbelages auf Flächen, wie Straßen, Wege und. dgl., wobei ein Bindemittel vorgespritzt und unmittelbar danach der Asphaltbelag aufgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Bindemittel Fluxbitumen verwendet wird, welches wasserfrei und im wesentlichen lösungsmittelfrei ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Fluxbitumen in einer Menge unter 0,5 kg/m2, bevorzugt zwischen 0,1 und 0,2 kg/m2 aufgespritzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fluxbitumen in an sich bekannter Weise durch Sprühdüsen verspritzt wird, die über die Fläche bewegt und zeitlich intermittierend ein- und ausgeschaltet werden, sodaß auf der Fläche aufeinanderfolgende, gegebenenfalls überlappende Sprühflecken erzeugt werden, wobei die Einschaltdauer der Sprühdüsen derart bemessen ist, daß auf dem Sprühfleck die gewünschte Bindemittelmenge aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprühdüsen zu Sprühgruppen zusammengefaßt sind, die abwechselnd Fluxbitumen versprühen und eine zeitlich und räumlich versetzte aber flächendeckende kaskadenförmige Dosierung des Fluxbitumens ergeben.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fluxbitumen aus einem ungeheizten Bindemitteltank über eine Zuleitung zu den Sprühdüsen geleitet wird, wobei das Fluxbitumen in der Zuleitung auf eine Temperatur unter 100°C, insbesondere bevorzugt etwa 80°C erwärmt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erwärmung des Fluxbitumens durch eine Heizung in oder an der Zuleitung und/oder durch Abwärme des mit der Zuleitung in Wärmekontakt stehenden Asphaltmischgutes erwärmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Aufspritzen des Fluxbitumens und dem Einbau des Asphaltbelages in an sich bekannter Weise Asphaltmischgut aus einer Mischgutanlage in einen Mischgut-LKW geladen wird und daß gleichzeitig Fluxbitumen aus einem unbeheizten Standtank in einen Bindemitteltank am Mischgut-LKW geladen wird und daß nach dem Transport zum Einbauort, das Asphaltmischgut in die Mulde eines Asphaltfertigers und gleichzeitig das Fluxbitumen in den Bindemitteltank des Asphaltfertigers umgeladen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fluxbitumen während des Transportes im Bindemitteltank des Mischgut-LKWs durch die Wärme des Asphaltmischgutes erwärmt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Versprühen von Bindemittel vor der Aufbringung eines Asphaltbelages, wobei die Vorrichtung aus einem Bindemitteltank, mindestens einer damit verbundenen Zuleitung und damit verbundenen Sprühdüsen besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bindemitteltank unbeheizt und die Zuleitung beheizt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprühdüsen z.B. durch Öffnen und Schließen von Ventilen in den Sprühdüsen oder in der Zuleitung vor den Sprühdüsen, intermittierend angesteuert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß benachbarte Sprühdüsen nacheinander ansteuerbar sind, sodaß eine zeitlich und räumlich versetzte aber flächendeckende kaskadenförmige Dosierung vorhanden ist.
- Deckenfertiger mit einem Heißmischgutbehälter und einem Bindemitteltank, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dekkenfertiger ein herkömmlicher Asphaltfertiger ist der mit einer Sprühvorrichtung mit Bindemitteltank nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11 aus- bzw. nachgerüstet ist.
- Deckenfertiger nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuleitung für das Bindemittel vom Bindemitteltank zu den Sprühdüsen in Wärmekontakt mit dem Heißmischgutbehälter steht, so daß es zum Wärmetausch zwischen dem Heißmischgut und dem Bindemittel in der Zuleitung kommt.
- Straßendecke bestehend aus Untergrund, Bindemittelschicht und Asphaltdecke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bindemittelschicht Fluxbitumen in einer Menge unter 0,5 kg/m2, bevorzugt zwischen 0,1 und 0,2 kg/m2 ist.
