Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Halte- und Tragevorrichtung, insbesondere für Sportgeräte wie Schier, Snowboards, Surfboards, Windsurfboards od. dgl., mit einem am Sportgerät od.dgl. anbringbaren oder darin integrierbaren Gehäuse, in dem eine Wickelspule für mindestens ein aus einer öffnung des Gehäuses ausziehbares Halte- und Trageband gegen dessen Abwickeldrehsinn drehfedernd gelagert ist.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik sind verschiedene Halte- und Tragevorrichtungen bekannt.
  • Die DE 35 262 278 betrifft eine abnehmbare Tragevorrichtung für Schier, bestehend aus einem Trageband und zwei Befestigungsorganen, wobei ein Befestigungsorgan vor und das andere Befestigungsorgan hinter der Schibindung anbringbar ist. Die Vorrichtung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß das Trageband mit einem, in ein Befestigungsorgan integrierbares Aufspulgehäuse zum Einziehen des Tragbandes verbunden ist und dieses eine Länge zum Anhängen an bzw. Umhängen über die Schulter eines Trägers aufweist. Die im Aufspulgehäuse vorgesehene Feder ist in engen Radien angeordnet, wodurch ein gleichmäßiges, wenig Kraft erforderndes Ausziehen des Bandes nicht möglich ist. Darüber hinaus weist die Vorrichtung zwei getrennte Befestigungsorgane auf, was deren einfache Handhabung behindert.
  • Bei der aus der WO 92/00873 bekannten Vorrichtung, welche insbesondere für die Verwendung mit Wassersportgeräten, wie Surfboards, vorgesehen ist, wird das Band auf die Bandeinziehfeder selbst aufgewickelt.
  • Die US 2 614 355 betrifft ein einziehbares Band zur Verwendung mit Gewehren. Die US 5 490 805 betrifft ein einziehbares Band zur Verwendung mit Surfboards. Bei beiden Vorrichtungen befindet sich die Feder, gegen die das Band ausgezogen bzw. abgewickelt wird, im Inneren einer Spule, welche von dem ausziehbaren Band umgeben ist.
  • Auch bei den drei letztgenannten Vorrichtungen ist bedingt durch die in engen Radien angeordnete Feder ein gleichmäßiges, weniger Kraft erforderndes Ausziehen des Bandes nicht möglich.
  • Diese technikbekannten Vorrichtungen sind darüber hinaus häufig umständlich zu handhaben und kompliziert aufgebaut. Die diesen Vorrichtungen zugeschriebenen Vorteile sind deshalb oft nur teilweise verwirklichbar. So ist auch insbesondere die Anwendbarkeit zum Tragen verschiedenster Gegenstände stark eingeschränkt. Ferner können die Vorrichtungen keine Flexibilität aufweisen und selten einen Zusatznutzen bieten, so sind die insbesondere nicht zum Tragen und Hlaten unterscheidlichster Gegenstände geeignet.
  • Am Beispiel von technikbekannten Vorrichtungen zum Tragen von Schiern zeigt sich ferner, daß diese oft nicht für den Endverbraucher konzipiert sind und Gefahrenquellen in sich bergen können bzw. diese zu wenig berücksichtigen.
  • Das Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Halte- und Tragevorrichtung bereitzustellen, welche die Nachteile technikbekannter Vorrichtungen überwindet.
  • Dieses Ziel wird durch eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art erreicht, worin die Drehfederung der Lagerung der Wickelspule über einen Ring erfolgt, welcher die Wickelspule koaxial umgibt, drehfest damit verbunden und über ein Vorspannelement gegenüber dem Gehäuse federnd vorgespannt ist, wobei das Vorspannelement zwischen der Außenseite des Ringes und der Innenseite des Gehäuses wirkt.
  • Die Vorteile der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung liegen ferner darin, daß das Halte- und Trageband durch den größeren Radius, in welchem das Vorspannelement angeordnet ist, auch nicht ruckartig, sondern gleichmäßig eingezogen wird. Dennoch ist ein schnelles Ein-/Ausziehen möglich.
  • In einer besonderen Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung wird das Vorspannelement durch eine Feder oder ein elastisches Band gebildet.
  • In einer weiteren besonderen Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung weist das Halte- und Trageband an seinem losen Ende in an sich bekannter Weise ein gegebenenfalls versperrbares Endstück zur Befestigung, wie einen Klettverschluß, Karabiner od.dgl. auf. Auch Klemmverschlüsse, Spannverschlüsse und andere bekannte Befestigungselemente können vorgesehen sein. Einerseits ist so die Flexibilität für den Anwender gewährleistet und andererseits sind die Endstücke zur Befestigung dem zu haltenden oder tragenden Gegenstand anpaßbar. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung kann auch mehrere dieser gegebenenfalls versperrbaren Endstücke zur Befestigung aufweisen.
  • In einer weiteren besonderen Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung ist das Halte- und Trageband entlang seiner längsten Dimension mindestens einmal faltbar.
  • Die Breite und Stärke des Halte- und Tragebandes kann in Abhängigkeit vom zu tragenden Gegenstand und dessen Gewicht variieren und von beispielsweise weniger als 1 mm bis zu über 10 cm reichen.
  • Das Halte- und Trageband kann gewünschtenfalls in an sich bekannter Weise im Hand- oder Schulterbereich eine Verbreiterung/Verdickung oder ein entlang des Bandes verschiebbares verstärktes/verbreitertes Element aufweisen, um einen festeren Griff bzw. einen verbesserten Tragekomfort sicherzustellen und so z.B. ein Abschnüren von Blutgefäßen verhindern. Die Verbreiterung kann beispielsweise elastische Bänder oder Federn enthalten, wodurch diese faltbar gemacht wird.
  • Die Verbreiterung/Verdickung-kann auch über die Länge des ganzen Bandes ragen, wenn es die Festigkeit, das Gewicht, die Bequemlichkeit oder die Funktion erfordert. Beim Gehäuse ist in diesem Fall der Einlaß so auszugestalten, daß das Halte- und Trageband gefaltet/zusammengelegt wird und im zusammengelegten Zustand in das Aufnahmegehäuse gelangt. Das Halte- und Trageband kann auch mehrmals gefaltet werden.
  • Das Halte- und Trageband an sich kann elastisch ausgebildet sein, sodaß darauf befindliche Verkrustungen, Eis und Schnee durch Spannen und Entspannen desselben einfach entfernbar sind.
  • In einer weiteren besonderen Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung ist an dem Gehäuse in an sich bekannter Weise ein gegebenenfalls versperrbares Befestigungselement für das lose Ende des Halte- und Tragebandes vorgesehen.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung wird nachstehend unter Bezugnahme auf die Figur erörtert. Die Figur 1 stellt eine Draufsicht einer möglichen Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemä-Ben Halte- und Tragevorrichtung dar, worin zur besseren Veranschaulichung die Oberseite des Gehäuses teilweise nicht gezeigt ist.
  • Die Vorrichtung weist ein, auf eine Wickelspule 1' gewikkeltes Halte- und Trageband 1 auf. Das Vorspannelement 2 ist einerseits mit einem Gehäuse 3 und andererseits mit einem Ring 4 verbunden. Die Vorrichtung verfügt ferner über eine sich in vorteilhafter Weise an der Oberseite des Gehäuses 3 befindende Öffnung 5, aus welcher das Halte- und Trageband ausgezogen wird.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung wird nachstehend in Verwendung mit unterschiedlichen Sportgeräten weiter beschrieben. Einzelne Ausführungsformen sind jedoch nicht auf die ausschließliche Verwendung mit dem Sportgerät beschränkt, für welches sie beschrieben sind.
  • Bei Schiern kann die Vorrichtung, an beiden Schiern oder an einem Schi pro Paar, vor oder hinter der Bindung, durch Schrauben, Klettverschlüsse od.dgl. lösbar angebracht, mit dem Schi beispielsweise durch Kleben fest verbunden oder darin integriert sein. Auch im Fall der lösbaren Verbindung kann die Vorrichtung am Schi belassen werden, wodurch ein umständliches Hantieren und ein Verstauen anderenorts entfällt.
  • Zur Anwendung wird das Halte- und Trageband aus dem Gehäuse ausgezogen, an der dem Gehäuse abgewandten Seite der Vorder- oder Hinterbacken der Bindung um die Schier, sowie gewünschtenfalls um die Schistöcke, geführt und mit dem Endstück zur Befestigung, beispielsweise einem Karabiner od.dgl. an einem Bindungsteil, am Halte- und Trageband selbst, am Gehäuse oder in einem am Schie vorgesehenen Element, wie bespielsweise einer Einkerbung oder einem Haken, befestigt.
  • Die Schier sind somit bereit, um über die Schulter gehängt zu werden. Wenn der Zweck des Tragens, zum Auto, zum Schilift od.dgl., erfüllt ist, wird - bei dem beispielhaft angeführten Karabiner - dieser ausgehakt, das Halte- und Trageband wird eingezogen und stört nicht mehr.
  • Die Vorrichtung kann an unterschiedlichen Stellen des Schis angebracht werden. Eine Befestigung zwischen Schispitze und dem Vorderbacken der Bindung bringt den Vorteil mit sich, daß das Halte- und Trageband um den Hinterbacken gewickelt werden kann, wodurch ein Rutschen der Schier verhindert wird. Wenn die Vorrichtung zwischen dem Schiende und dem Hinterbacken angebracht wird, hat dies zusätzlich den Vorteil, daß die Schier nicht nur durch die Schistopper sondern auch durch das Halte- und Trageband zusammengehalten werden.
  • Durch die Lage der Umwicklung mit dem Halte- und Trageband am Schi bzw. um die Schier können die Länge des Bandes und damit der Abstand des Schis bzw. der Schier zum Boden variiert und an die Körpergröße angepaßt werden. Die Länge des Bandes ist auch durch das Gewicht der Schier und das Vorspannelement einstellbar. Zur Einstellung der Bandlänge kann zusätzlich ein übliches variables Stoppelement vorgesehen sein.
  • Die Vorrichtung kann auch als Halteriemen, wie sie vor der Verbreitung der Schistopper verwendet wurden, eingesetzt werden, wenn das Halte- und Trageband um den Schischuh gewickelt wird. Damit muß beim Stürzen im Tiefschnee der Schi nicht lange gesucht werden. Weiters ist auch gewährleistet, daß bei einer Fehlfunktion des Schistoppers der Schi nicht über die Piste fliegt und so andere Personen verletzungegefährdet sind. Auch der Verlust von Schiern bei derartigen Vorkommnissen wird dadurch vermieden.
  • Durch das versperrbare Befestigungselement am Gehäuse oder das gegebenfalls versperrbare Endstück zur Befestigung können die Schier am Gepäckträger eines Autos, in einem Schiständer oder an einem Zaun zusätzlich abgesperrt hinterlassen werden. Damit wird gewährleistet, daß die Schi nicht so leicht gestohlen werden können. Die weitverbreiteten Schidiebstähle werden somit verhindert.
  • Während des Schifahrens entstehen durch die Vorrichtung keine Probleme und die Freude am Schifahren wird nicht eingeschränkt. Um bei einem Überkreuzen der Schier eine Behinderung durch die Vorrichtung zu vermeiden, kann die Vorrichtung nahe an der Bindung angebracht werden. Das Gehäuse kann in vorteilhafter Weise auch an den Kanten rund ausgebildet sein, sodaß bei einem eventuellen Anstoßen der Schier keine Probleme auftreten.
  • Zusätzlich können an der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung Dichtungen vorgesehen sein, die in üblicher Weise ein Eindringen von Wasser und damit Frostbildung bzw. vorübergehende Außerbetriebsetzung verhindern. Es kann auch eine Schabvorrichtung am Gehäuse angebracht sein, wodurch Eis und Schnee entfernt werden können.
  • Hinter dem Endstück kann in vorteilhafterweise eine Verbreiterung vorgesehen sein, um die Öffnung im Gehäuse zu verschließen, wenn die Vorrichtung nicht benutzt wird. Ebenfalls kann eine Verbreiterung am im Gehäuse verbleibenden Teil vorgesehen sein, um einerseits ein Ausreißen zu verhindern und andererseits die beim Abspulen auftretenden Kräfte abzufedern.
  • Um zu gewährleisten, daß das Endstück zur Befestigung bei eingezogenem Halte- und Trageband nicht herumschwingt, kann am - Gehäuse auch ein Einschub oder eine Einhakvorrichtung vorgesehen sein.
  • Bei Snow- und Surfboards ist es am vorteilhaftesten, die Vorrichtung am hinteren Ende anzubringen. Auch ist das Gehäuse aufgrund der auftretenden Biegekräfte vorteilhaft aus biegsamem Material ausgebildet oder zwischen Board und Gehäuse ist ein dehn- oder knautschbares Material angebracht.
  • Bei einem Surfboard kann die Vorrichtung mit einer halbrunden Einbuchtung versehen werden, worin der Fuß Halt finden und die Steuerung des Surfboards erleichtert werden kann.
  • Zum Tragen der Boards werden die Endstücke zur Befestigung, welche in diesem Fall vorteilhafterweise als Klettverschlüsse ausgebildet sind, um die Spitze des Boards geführt und verbunden. Das Gegenstück des Klettverschlusses kann jedoch auch am Board selbst vorgesehen sein.
  • Bei einem Windsurfboard ist die Vorrichtung vorteilhaft hinter den Fußschlaufen angebracht, da sie einerseits an dieser Stelle nicht stört und andererseits vor dem Herabfallen des aufgeriggten Segels schützt. Die Vorrichtung kann auch im Board integriert sein. Die Anbringung am hinteren Ende des Boards hat ferner den Vorteil, daß das Endstück am losen Ende an der üblicherweise an der Spitze des Boards vorhandenen Abschleppvorrichtung befestigt werden kann, z.B. ein Karabiner dort eingehakt werden kann. Die Vorrichtung kann im Fall des Windsurfers auch der Halterung des Mastes dienen, wenn sich dieser aus der Verankerung reißt. Die Vorrichtung kann zusätzlich dazu eingesetzt werden, andere Surfer in Not oder das Board alleine abzuschleppen. Dabei hat sich die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen, da eine freie Anfahrt und ein elastisches Ziehen möglich wird, wodurch Wellen od.dgl nicht stören.
  • Beim Abriggen zu Wasser oder an Land kann die Vorrichtung auch dazu verwendet werden, die Segel am Board zu befestigen, um beispielsweise beide gemeinsam zu tragen. Durch die Vorrichtung können Surfboards z.B. auch an einem Baum, um bei starkem Wind ein Wegfliegen zu verhindern, oder an einem Autodach befestigt werden.
  • Die Länge des Bandes kann der Länge des Boards oder einem beliebigen Vielfachen davon entsprechen.
  • Die Vorrichtung kann in gleicher Weise für Kajaks und Kanus verwendet werden, wobei hierbei auch eine zusätzliche Halterung der Ruder mittels der Vorrichtung möglich ist, und ein Verlust derselben vermieden werden kann.
  • Bei einem Gewehr ist die Vorrichtung vorteilhafterweise am Kolben angebracht; sie kann aber auch darin integriert sein. Durch das nach dem Tragen des Gewehrs erfolgende Einziehen des Bandes wird ein Verheddern im Gebüsch vermieden und das Halte- und Trageband stört auch nicht beim Anlegen und Zielen.
  • Die Vorrichtung kann ferner zum Tragen von Rollschuhen, In-Line-Rollschuhen, Schlittschuhen und Schischuhen verwendet werden. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Vorrichtung an einem der beiden Schuhe angeordnet, wobei das Endstück zur Befestigung am anderen Schuh angreift.
  • Als Materialien für die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung können unterschiedliche Materialien zur Anwendung kommen. Am besten geeignet sind Stahl, Kupfer, Kunststoffe, etc., welche in der Lage sind, die einwirkenden Kräfte aufzunehmen bzw. diesen standzuhalten, auch Temperaturschwankungen zu überstehen, die Elastizität beizubehalten o.dgl.. Wenn das Halte- und Trageband relativ dünn ausgebildet ist, können zusätzlich kleine Bänder/Streifen aus Stahl/Eisen/Kupfer und dgl. in dem Halte- und Trageband integriert sein.

Claims (5)

  1. Halte- und Tragevorrichtung, insbesondere für Sportgeräte wie Schi, snowboards, Surfboards, Windsurfboards od.dgl., mit einem am Sportgerät od.dgl. anbringbaren oder darin integrierbaren Gehäuse, in dem eine Wickelspule für mindestens ein aus einer Öffnung des Gehäuses ausziehbares Halte- und Trageband gegen dessen Abwickeldrehsinn drehfedernd gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehfederung der Lagerung der Wickelspule (1') über einen Ring (4) erfolgt, welcher die Wickelspule (1') koaxial umgibt, drehfest damit verbunden und über ein Vorspannelement (2) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (3) federnd vorgespannt ist, wobei das Vorspannelement (2) zwischen der Außenseite des Ringes (4) und der Innenseite des Gehäuses (3) wirkt.
  2. Halte- und Tragevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorspannelement (2) durch eine Feder oder ein elastisches Band gebildet ist.
  3. Halte- und Tragevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halte- und Trageband (1) entlang seiner längsten Dimension mindestens einmal faltbar ist.
  4. Halte- und Tragevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halte- und Trageband (1) an seinem losen Ende in an sich bekannter Weise ein gegebenenfalls versperrbares Endstück zur Befestigung, wie einen Klettverschluß, Karabiner od.dgl. aufweist.
  5. Halte- und Tragevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Gehäuse (3) in an sich bekannter Weise ein gegebenenfalls versperrbares Befestigungselement für das lose Ende des Halte- und Tragebandes (1) vorgesehen ist.
