Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von tafelförmigen oder gewölbten Kunststein-Fertigteilen aus einzelnen Kunststeinen, wobeidie Steine zunächst innerhalb eines umlaufenden Rahmens in dem gewünschten Abstand voneinander angeordnet werden,ein sich an einem darüber angeordneten oberen Basiselement abstützender Druck auf die Oberseite der Steine ausgeübt wird,die zwischen den Kunststeinen und die am Rahmen gebildeten Fugen mit Mörtel oder Beton ausgefüllt werden undschließlich nach ausreichendem Abbinden des Mörtels oder Betons das Kunststein-Fertigteil entformt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Kunststeine auf einer elastischen Unterlage angeordnet werden, die auf einem unteren Basiselement aufliegt,daß die Kunststeine mit einer elastischen Auflage abgedeckt werden,daß auf dieser elastischen Auflage unterhalb des oberen Basiselements ein Druckverteilungselement angeordnet wird,daß der sich am oberen Basiselement abstützende Druck so gewählt wird, daß die elastische Auflage sowie die elastische Unterlage in die Fugen eingedrückt werden und hier glattflächige Einwölbungen bilden unddaß der so gebildete Verbund aufgerichtet und mit Mörtel oder Beton befüllt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der aufgerichtete Verbund von oben her mit Mörtel oder Beton befüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Druckverteilungselement eine Druckverteilungsplatte verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der auf die Druckverteilungsplatte auszuübende Druck mittels eines kissenförmigen Elements erzeugt wird, das an eine Gas- oder Hydraulik-Druckquelle angeschlossen ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der so gebildete Verbund zum Einbringen des Mörtels oder Betons in eine senkrechte Position gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der so gebildete Verbund um eine Flächennormale gedreht wird, um einen definierten höchsten Bereich für die Unterbringung einer Entlüftungsöffnung zu bestimmen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Rahmen mehrere Entlüftungsöffnungen vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem kissenförmigen Element ein Druck von 1 bar aufgebaut wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der so gebildete Verbund bei dem und/oder nach dem Einbringen von Mörtel oder Beton gerüttelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Druckverteilerplatte eine etwa 10 bis 20 mm starke Holztafel verwendet wird.
