- des moyens étant prévus pour effectuer un verrouillage/déverrouillage en position de la structure mobile sur la structure fixe.
- un circuit de refroidissement primaire CP de type classique (groupe motocompresseur détendeur/évaporateur) dont l'échangeur primaire EP baigne dans un liquide de refroidissement contenu dans une cuve CU, et
- un circuit de refroidissement secondaire comprenant un circuit d'admission CA reliant la partie inférieure de la cuve CU à la buse d'admission BA et un circuit de retour CR muni d'une motopompe MP qui relie la buse de retour BR à la partie supérieure de la cuve CU.
Avantageusement, l'articulation AR de la porte pourra être déconnectable de manière à pouvoir équiper le malaxeur d'une porte 108 correspondant à ses besoins (chauffage/refroidissement/maintien à température ambiante, ...).
Claims (26)
- Malaxeur pour la préparation d'échantillons en vue d'effectuer des analyses et/ou des tests, ce malaxeur comportant des moyens d'appui (8) contre lesquels un sac (16) contenant un échantillon peut être disposé et au moins une mâchoire (12, 13) mobile perpendiculairement en regard des moyens d'appui (8) selon un mouvement alternatif de manière à exercer un martellement du sac contre les moyens d'appui,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux structures mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre, à savoir :une structure support fixe (1) portant lesdits moyens d'appui (8),une structure mobile (10) rigide ou déformable guidée par la structure fixe (1) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer par rapport aux moyens d'appui (8), cette structure mobile (10) incluant la mâchoire (12, 13) ainsi que son mécanisme d'actionnement, etdes moyens de verrouillage/déverrouillage en position (25, 26, 27) de la structure mobile (10) sur la structure fixe (1). - Malaxeur selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que la susdite mâchoire (12, 13) est montée sur le mécanisme d'actionnement par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison élastique (22, 23) éventuellement associée à des moyens d'amortissement. - Malaxeur selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire (12, 13) comprend une face antérieure présentant des nervurations en dent de loup (15). - Malaxeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la susdite mâchoire (12, 13) est montée fixement sur un arbre d'actionnement (17, 18) par l'intermédiaire de moyens de fixation éventuellement déconnectables. - Malaxeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que la susdite mâchoire (12, 13) est montée folle sur son arbre d'actionnement (pour améliorer l'effet de malaxage). - Malaxeur selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que les susdits moyens de fixation comprennent un étrier (E) fixé sur la mâchoire (12, 13) et dont deux ailes opposées (40, 42) sont munies de perçages coaxiaux (T1, T2) dans lesquels s'engage l'extrémité de l'arbre d'actionnement (17, 18). - Malaxeur selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que ledit étrier (E) est fixé sur une portion de la mâchoire (12, 13) repliée à angle droit. - Malaxeur selon la des revendication 4,

caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire (12, 13) est articulée, au niveau de l'une de ses bordures, sur l'extrémité d'un axe (38) monté coulissant sur la structure fixe (1) et sollicité par des moyens élastiques (42). - Malaxeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la structure fixe est constituée par un premier boítier de forme parallélépipédique (1) dont la face antérieure comprend une porte (8) articulée sur le boítier (1) autour d'un axe vertical (A/A') ou horizontal et qui constitue les susdits moyens d'appui, et en ce que la structure mobile consiste en un boítier (10) ou un platine portant le mécanisme d'actionnement de la mâchoire (12, 13), ce second boítier (10) ou cette platine étant mobile longitudinalement dans le premier boítier (1) et qui peut être bloqué en position dans ce dernier grâce à des moyens de blocage (25, 26) passant au travers de l'une des parois (3) du premier boítier (1). - Malaxeur selon la revendication 12,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de verrouillage (30, 31, 32) de la porte (8) commandant l'alimentation du malaxeur en courant électrique. - Malaxeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'entre les susdits moyens d'appui (8) et la susdite mâchoire (12, 13) est disposée une feuille transparente (FT) ou non comprenant ou non des incrustations (I) ou des reliefs améliorant le malaxage tout en permettant la vision du sac par la fenêtre (9) ménagée dans les moyens d'appui (8). - Malaxeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que des moyens de chauffage et/ou de refroidissement et/ou de maintien en température des sacs contenant les échantillons à analyser sont associés aux susdites mâchoires (12, 13) et/ou aux susdits moyens d'appui (8). - Malaxeur selon la revendication 15,
caractérisé en ce que les susdits moyens de chauffage et/ou de refroidissement et/ou de maintien en température comprennent un échangeur thermique (P1, P2) dans lequel circule un fluide caloporteur. - Malaxeur selon la revendication 16,
caractérisé en ce que le susdit fluide caloporteur consiste en de l'eau provenant d'un circuit de distribution. - Malaxeur selon la revendication 16,

caractérisé en ce que la fixation réglable de la mâchoire (12") sur son arbre d'actionnement (17") est obtenue au moyen d'une liaison déconnectable comprenant, d'une part, une tête de liaison (TD) solidaire de l'arbre d'actionnement 17" et comportant une série d'encoches transversales (ET1, ET2, ET3) ainsi qu'une série de perçage (P1 à P3) et, d'autre part, une chape solidaire de la mâchoire (12"), dont deux ailes parallèles sont reliées l'une à l'autre par une tige de liaison (TL) destinés à venir s'engager dans une encoche (ET1 à ET3) et comportant deux perçages coaxiaux (P7, P8) destinée à venir en coïncidence avec l'un desdits perçages (P1 à P3) de la tête (TD) et destinés à recevoir une clavette passant par ledit perçage. - Malaxeur selon la revendication 4,
