Claims (6)
- Dispositif de commande d'un moteur d'entraínement d'un volet roulant motorisé constitué de lames empilables, comprenant un automatisme réagissant à une variation du couple moteur, caractérisé en ce que ledit automatisme comprend des moyens d'identification du genre de fin de course du volet roulant opérant par l'analyse de la variation du couple moteur et des moyens d'adaptation de la commande d'arrêt du moteur au genre de fin de course identifié.
- Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'automatisme comprend une ULT contenant un programme d'analyse de la variation du couple moteur selon lequel :on détermine si le volet roulant est en phase d'enroulement ou de déroulement ou d'empilement ou de désempilement,on enregistre l'état détecté,on attend la détection d'un état différent de l'état enregistré,on enregistre cet état différent eton détermine le genre de fin de course par l'analyse de la séquence des deux états enregistrés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'automatisme est en outre programmé de manière à ce que, dans le cas où une séquence déroulement-empilement, a été déterminée, il détecte l'annulation du couple moteur correspondant à la fin de l'empilement des lames et analyse l'évolution du couple-moteur à partir de zéro pour déterminer le type de fixation du volet roulant à son arbre d'enroulement et commander l'arrêt du moteur en fonction de l'évolution détectée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'automatisme est en outre programmé de manière à interrompre immédiatement l'alimentation du moteur si le couple reste nul un temps prédéterminé ou si le couple évolue lentement à partir de zéro, et, si ce couple augmente rapidement, à interrompre l'alimentation du moteur lorsque la variation du couple moteur atteint une valeur prédéterminé.
- Dispositif de commande selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'automatisme est en outre programmé de manière à ce que, dans le cas où une séquence de désempilement-enroulement a été déterminée, il commande l'arrêt du moteur lorsque la variation du couple moteur dépasse une valeur prédéterminée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'analyse de la variation du couple moteur comprennent un compteur, ce compteur étant incrémenté lorsque le couple augmente et décrémenté lorsque le couple diminue, l'automatisme déduisant que le volet roulant est en phase de déroulement ou d'enroulement si l'état du compteur reste au dessous d'un certain seuil et déduisant que le volet roulant est en phase d'empilement ou de désempilement si l'état du compteur dépasse un certain seuil, respectivement descend au dessous d'un certain seuil.
