Definitions
- Balconies on buildings are mostly cantilevered by beams or Reinforced concrete ceilings created.
- a balcony arrangement, a balcony ceiling and a support structure includes, is known from DE-A-39 13 532.
- the invention has for its object a balcony with a natural stone to propose manufactured balcony ceiling, which are thus mounted on a building wall may have no or at most only a few, with comparatively small cross-sections provided wall bushings required.
- the Plate 28a has a plurality of straight bores arranged parallel to one another 29, which is parallel to the cantilever direction or perpendicular to an axis 30 of the balcony ceiling 28 extends and fully enforce them.
- the holes 29 are without Composite straight prestressed reinforcing bars 31 made of solid material arranged.
- these are preferably built into one State of the top area of the balcony ceiling 28, i.e. eccentric above the The central plane of the plate 28a is arranged, as shown in FIG. 2.
- the prestressing of the reinforcing bars 31 then takes place in such a way that a load case or a moment when entering the Generates balconies in the opposite direction and thus a compensation of at least the Dead weight of the entire balcony ceiling 28 is achieved. This will increase the load-bearing capacity and a bending stress only when entering the Generated balconies.
- the steel beam 45 consists of a torsion beam with box profile. Its attachment to the balcony ceiling 28 is carried out using the Steel beam 45 protruding reinforcing bars 31.
- the steel beam 45 stands on the two Sides of the plate 28a slightly above this and is at its ends with end plates 46th provided, e.g. consist of steel, are welded to the steel beam 45 and in assembled state of the horizontally arranged steel beam 45 substantially vertically to this and to the longitudinal axis 30.
- a supporting structure contains two supports 47 which e.g. have an I profile in the floor are anchored and additionally with tie rods 48 in the form of screws or the like Wall 32 are attached.
- the supports 47 can be vertical Alignment extends over several floors.
- the supports 47 are with one Distance of the end plates 46 corresponding distance attached to the wall 32 so that the Steel beam 45 with a horizontal orientation arranged exactly between the supports 47 and can then be attached to the end plates 46.
- the supports 47 and end plates 46 projecting screws and Nuts, as indicated in FIGS. 1 and 2 by the reference number 49.
- the box section can also have at least one inner longitudinal rib 50 be stiffened.
- a particular advantage of the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is that a Thermal insulation 41 and a plaster layer 51 of the wall 32 which may be applied to this need to be interrupted at two points, namely in the area of the supports 47, so that only small, negligible cold bridges extending through the wall 32 arise.
- these are provided with external thread sections at the ends provided that protrude laterally from the holes 29 and the steel beam 45. Clamping nuts 36 and 37 are screwed onto these threaded sections.
- tension nuts 37 at the front end of the balcony ceiling 28 as with Internally threaded sleeves formed, on the outer sides of a collar or one stop disk 38 intended for support on the front end face of the plate 28a is molded.
- the sleeves can have an inside diameter of the bores 29 corresponding outer diameter and one to the outer diameter of the reinforcing bars 31 have the corresponding inner diameter, so that they according to FIGS. 1 and 2 to to stop the stop discs 38 can be inserted into the holes 29.
- the transverse rib 44 expediently has two sections 44a, 44b on the one hand with an associated wall 45c or 45d and on the other hand with the The top and bottom of the sleeve 43 are preferably firmly connected by welding.
- the transverse ribs 45 suitably fill the entire cross section of the box section and are also in particular with the walls 45a, 45b of the steel beam 45 Welding connected. With the help of the ribs 45, 50 is possible, which in the plate 28a to securely introduce the resulting moments into the steel beam 45.
- the box girder constructed according to a particularly preferred embodiment so that even extremely high load, e.g. 1.5 times the traffic load, relatively small deformations occur that almost return to zero after relief.
- the transverse rib 44 with a slot and in this to insert a sleeve extending only over part of the width of the steel beam 45, the a sleeve with an internal thread is expedient.
- the reinforcement bars 31 inserted from the side of the clamping nuts 37 through the plate 28a into the threaded sleeves screwed in and then pretensioned by means of the clamping nuts 37.
- a another possibility is to weld the reinforcing bars 31 to the To connect steel beam 45 or the transverse ribs 44.
- the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4 offers the advantage that the entire Balcony ceiling including reinforcement bars 31 and steel beams 45 pre-assembled at the factory and can be transported to the construction site as a whole. Then it's only there still necessary to move the balcony ceiling to the wall 32 by means of a crane, to be arranged between the supports 47 and by means of the screws and nuts 49 on this to fix.
- a balcony ceiling 53 with a Natural stone plate 53a is designed as a support member in the form of a bending beam between a support structure formed by the wall 32 and at least one its front arranged, vertically extending support 54 is supported. Consequently are the holes 29 and reinforcing bars 31 in the lower instead of in the upper area the balcony ceiling 53 formed and prestressed (Fig. 6), thereby thereby at least Compensate dead weight.
- the balcony ceiling 53 is preferably through in this case four steel beams 55 to 57 with e.g.
- the rear and front steel beams 55 and 57 are with the help of Reinforcing bars 31 attached and braced to the plate 53a.
- the side steel beams 56 which can also consist of flat iron, are e.g. at their rear ends with the rear steel beam 55 welded or otherwise rigid and connected to the Provide steel girders 55 with backing plates 58 to the rearward projecting extensions, which are used to attach the steel support frame 55 to 57 to the wall 32. there only the two flat irons need to be passed through wall openings, e.g.
- the back one Part of the balcony ceiling 53 is thus in the same way as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4 Area of the building wall 32 stored on two bases.
- the balcony ceiling 53 is additionally supported at a further base, which at one of the wall 32 is the distal end of the plate 53a.
- the Steel beams 56 at their front ends e.g. Tabs angled outwards by approx. 45 ° 59 on, which with corresponding, integrally formed on the lateral ends of the steel beam, also 60 narrow angled tabs 60 in the assembled state narrow gaps form.
- This column is used to accommodate tabs 61, which are in corresponding Angular positions are attached to the supports 54, so that these with the help of the tabs 59 to 61 protruding fastening screws 62 or the like.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 it would be possible to use the rear extensions shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 omit the carrier 56 and the support plates 58 and instead the carriers 55 and / or 56 on further supports, which correspond to the supports 54 and are arranged close to the wall, to fix supports anchored in the ground. In this case there is none at all Implementation through the wall 32 required so that no cold bridge arise can.
- the balcony ceiling 53 is included the carrier 55, 56 and 57 preferably pre-assembled at the factory. At the construction site the balcony ceiling 53 is then placed with a crane between the supports 54 and on attached this and possibly with the support plates 58 in prepared wall bushings which are then bricked up or otherwise closed.
- the reinforcement bars 31 can the sides of plates 28a and 53a, i.e. where the carrier 56 is arranged in FIG. 5 are, with smaller distances than in a central region of the plates 28a, 53a, to be ordered. This can take into account the fact that the Balcony ceiling, unlike a staircase that behaves like a bar, statically as one isotropic plate is to be considered.
- balcony ceiling described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6 in that particularly long and wide balcony ceilings 53 are provided because of the supports 54 which in the direction of the longitudinal axis 30 e.g. a length of 2 m to 3 m exhibit. 1 to 6 are made of solid natural stone absolutely maintenance-free and of unlimited service life.
- Suitable materials for the described plates 28a, 53a are preferably granite, Porphyry, crystalline marble, high-strength limestone or sandstones and other natural stones high compressive strength, with all variants having the advantage that the surfaces the support links have an elegant, elegant appearance and no longer through Application of additional coverings such as cleaning, painting, screed or the like. need to be edited.
- the reinforcement bars and the various steel beams are preferably made of Made of stainless steel so that they are not even when the support members are arranged outdoors roast.
