Claims (8)
- Behandlungsvorrichtung (100) für eine kontinuierlich durchlaufende Warenbahn (W),mit einem Maschinenständer (1),mit einem in dem Maschinenständer (1) abgestützten Behälter (5) zur Aufnahme einer Behandlungsflüssigkeit (Fl),mit einer in dem Behälter (5) in der Behandlungsflüssigkeit (Fl) drehbaren Trommel (10),mit einem zylindrischen, flüssigkeitsdurchlässigen Umfang, auf dessen unteren, in den Behälter (5) eintauchenden Bereich die Warenbahn (W) ausgebreitet mit einem Umschlingungswinkel von mindestens 270° anliegt,mit einer in feststehenden äußeren Lagern (21,22) drehbar gelagerten, angetriebenen Exzenterwelle (20)und mit einer auf der Exzenterwelle (20) exzentrisch gelagerten, als Hohlwelle ausgebildeten, die Exzenterwelle (20) umgebenden, die Trommel (10) tragenden Trommelwelle (15), die an ihren Enden (15',15") auf zur Drehachse (A) der Exzenterwelle (20) exzentrischen Bereichen (24,25) der Exzenterwelle (20) drehbar gelagert ist,
- Behandlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trommelwelle (15) an beiden Enden (15',15") elastisch nachgiebig an dem Maschinenständer (1) aufgehängt ist.
- Behandlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der flüssigkeitsdurchlässige Umfang der Trommel (10) durch achsparallele, hohle, geschlossene, dicht nebeneinander angeordnete Stäbe (11) gebildet ist und daß die hohle Trommelwelle (15) gegen den Eintritt von Behandlungsflüssigkeit geschlossen ist.
- Behandlungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trommelwelle (15) an einem Ende (15') eine Antriebsscheibe (30) trägt, daß eine entsprechende, mit einem Motor (29) drehverbundene Antriebsscheibe (31) in einem oberhalb der Antriebsscheibe (3.0) im Maschinenständer (1) festehenden Lager (29') gelagert ist und daß ein endloses dehnelastisches Antriebszugglied (32,32, ...) die beiden Antriebsscheiben (30,31) umschlingt.
- Behandlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trommelwelle (15) am anderen Ende (15") ein Drehlager (35) trägt, welches über Federn (33) in der zu ihrer Achse senkrechten Ebene am Maschinengestell (1) abgestützt ist.
- Behandlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drehlager (35) an Zugfedern (33,33) am Maschinengestell (1) aufgehängt ist.
- Behandlungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in die Behandlungsflüssigkeit (Fl) eintauchende Volumen der Trommelwelle (15) und der Stäbe (11) so bemessen ist, daß bei betriebsmäßiger Eintauchtiefe (10) der Auftrieb 70 bis 90% des Gewichtes der Trommel (10) und der Trommelwelle (15) ausmacht, während das Restgewicht von dem dehnelastischen Antriebszugglied (32,32, ...) an dem einen Ende (15') bzw. den Federn (33,33) an dem anderen Ende (15") der Trommelwelle (15) getragen wird.
- Behandlungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Exzenterwelle (20) nahe den exzentrischen Bereichen (24,25) der Exzentrizität entgegengesetzt angeordnete Ausgleichsmassen (28) vorgesehen sind.
