Description
Jedes der beiden Klemmelemente 2 besteht aus zwei Klemmbacken 3, die im geschlossenen Zustand ringförmig und so dimensioniert sind, daß sie ein Streifenelement 5 einklemmen können. Die beiden Klemmbacken sind über Federn 4 miteinander verbunden. Das Zusammen- und Auseinanderfahren der Klemmbacken 3 der Klemmelemente 2 in z-Richtung erfolgt gleichfalls mittels der Regel-/Steuereinheit 9.
Im gezeigten Fall sind die Klemmelemente 2 elektrisch beheizbar. Die Heizvorrichtung 11 wird von der Steuer-/Regeleinheit 9 so geschaltet, daß die Ummantelung 6 des Streifenelements 5 in den Endbereichen 7 aufweicht. Anschließend wird die weich gewordenen Ummantelung 6 infolge der Translationsbewegung der beiden Klemmelemente 2 in x-Richtung bzw. in -x-Richtung über die Endbereiche 7 des Streifenelements 5 gezogen.
Das Programm wird unter Punkt 12 gestartet. Das Streifenelement 5 mit der Ummantelung 6 ist zwischen den Klemmbacken 3 der Klemmelemente 2 positioniert, und die Klemmbacken 3 der beiden Klemmelemente 2 werden zusammengefahren. Anschließend werden die Klemmbacken 3 entsprechend den Programmpunkten 14, 15 auf die Temperatur To aufgeheizt. Sobald die Temperatur To erreicht und darüber hinaus sichergestellt ist, daß die Ummantelung 6 in den Endbereichen 7 des Streifenelements 5 gleichfalls die erforderliche Temperatur erreicht hat, werden die Klemmelemente 2 unter Punkt 16 in x-Richtung bzw. in -x-Richtung um die vorgegebene Strecke auseinandergefahren. Das aufgeweichte Material der Ummantelung 6 wird hierdurch über die Endbereiche 7 des Streifenelements 5 geschoben, und das erfindungsgemäße Sicherungselement 8 ist fertig. Das Programm wird bei Punkt 17 beendet.

Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Sicherungselements (8) für die elektronische Artikelsicherung, bestehend aus einem Streifenelement (5) oder einem sonstigen Element für die elektronische Artikelsicherung mit einer Ummantelung (6), deren Schmelztemperatur unterhalb der Schmelztemperatur des Streifenelements (5) liegt, wobei sich das Verfahren aus den folgenden Schritten zusammensetzt:ein die Ummantelung (6) tragendes Streifenelement (5) einer vorgegebenen Länge (L) oder ein sonstiges Element für die elektronische Artikelsicherung wird bereitgestellt;die Ummantelung (6) wird zumindest in den Endbereichen (7) erwärmt;die Ummantelung (6) wird in Längsrichtung (x) des Sicherungselements (8) gedehnt, bis sie sich über die Endbereiche (7) des Sicherungselements (8) hinaus erstreckt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
wobei ein weichmagnetisches Bandmaterial oder ein Band mit sonstigen Elementen zur elektronischen Artikelsicherung bereitgestellt wird und in einem Extrusionsprozeß mit einer Ummantelung (6) aus Kunststoff umgeben wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
wobei das Bandmaterial mit der Ummantelung (6) in Abschnitte (=Streifene!emente (5)) einer gewissen Länge (L) unterteilt wird. - Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Sicherungselements (5) für die elektronische Artikelsicherung, welches aus einem Streifenelement (5) oder einem sonstigen Element für die elektronische Artikelsicherung besteht, das mit einer Ummantelung (6) umgeben ist, deren Schmelztemperatur unterhalb der Schmelztemperatur des Streifenelements (5) liegt,wobei die Vorrichtung zwei Klemmelemente (2) aufweist, die in einer ersten Position (1) die Endbereiche (7) des ummantelten Streifenelements (5) oder des sonstigen Elements für die elektronische Artikelsicherung Sicherungselement(8)) einklemmen,wobei ein Translationsmechanismus vorgesehen ist, der die Klemmelemente (2) in Längsrichtung (x) des eingeklemmten Sicherungselements (8) bewegbar macht,wobei eine Heizvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die zumindest die Endbereiche des Streifenelements oder des sonstigen Elements für die elektronische Artikelsicherung aufheizt, undwobei die beiden beweglich angeordneten Klemmelemente (2) nach dem Aufheizen der Endbereiche (7) des Sicherungselements (8) in eine weitere Position (II) bewegt werden, die zumindest teilweise außerhalb der Endbereiche (7) des Streifenelements (5) oder des sonstigen Elements für die elektronische Artikelsicherung liegt, wodurch die erwärmten und weichgewordenen Endbereiche (7) der Ummantelung (6) über die Enden des Streifenelements (5) oder des sonstigen Elements für die elektronische Artikelsicherung gezogen werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
wobei die Heizvorrichtung in die Klemmelemente (2) integriert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
wobei es sich bei einem Klemmelement (2) im Falle eines Streifenelements (5) um zwei ringförmig angeordnete Klemmbacken (3) handelt, die federnd zueinander gelagert sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
wobei eine Regeleinheit (9) vorgesehen ist, die sowohl die Temperatursteuerung der beheizbaren Klemmelemente (2) als auch das Zusammen- und Auseinanderfahren der Klemmbacken (3) regelt. - Sicherungselement für die elektronische Artikelsicherung, hergestellt nach dem Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Streifenelement aus einem weichmagnetischen Streifenelement (5) oder einem sonstigen Element für die elektronische Artikelsicherung mit einer Ummantelung (6) besteht,wobei die Schmelztemperatur der Ummantelung (6) unterhalb der Schmelztemperatur des Streifenelements (5) oder des sonstigen Elements für die elektronische Artikelsicherung liegt, undwobei die Endbereiche (7) der Ummantelung (6) nach entsprechender Aufheizung über die Enden des Streifenelements (5) oder des sonstigen Elements für die elektronische Artikelsicherung gezogen sind, so daß das Streifenelement (5) oder das sonstige Element für die elektronische Artikelsicherung vollständig durch das Material der Ummantelung (6) versiegelt ist.
