Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Zerteilen von Baumstämmen (14) in Bretter (a, b, c, d, e, f, g), mit einem in zwei entgegengesetzten Richtungen (13) hin und her verfahrbaren Längsförderer (11) für die Baumstämme (14) und mit einem Bandsägeaggregat (24), das am Längsförderer (12) angeordnet ist und dessen in den Richtungen (13) ausgerichtetes Bandsägeblatt (36) in beiden Richtungen gezahnt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang der Richtung neben dem Bandsägeaggregat (24) mindestens ein weiteres Bandsägeaggregat (26) mit ebenfalls in den Richtungen ausgerichtetem und beidseitig gezahntem Bandsägeblatt (38) angeordnet ist, das um die Breite eines Bretts (a, b, c, d, e, f, g) gegenüber dem ersten Bandsägeblatt (36) senkrecht zur Richtung versetzt ist, und daß jedem Bandsägeaggregat eine Verfahreinrichtung (28, 30) zugeordnet ist, mittels derer die Bandsägeaggregate beim Wechsel der Richtung des Längsförderers (11) senkrecht zur Richtung gegenläufig verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang der Richtung neben den Bandsägeaggregaten (24, 26) mindestens auf einer Seite des Längsförderers (11) ein Spanerkopf (18, 18') angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zum Zerteilen von auf einem Längsförderer (12) geförderten Baumstämmen (14) in Bretter (a, b, c, d, e, f, g), bei dem die Baumstämme (14) in mehreren Durchgängen (I, II, III, IV, V) in jeweils entgegengesetzter Richtung mittels eines in den Richtungen ausgerichteten und in beiden Richtungen gezahnten Bandsägeblatts (36) gesägt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Baumstämme (14) zugleich mittels eines weiteren, ebenfalls in den Richtungen ausgerichteten und in beiden Richtungen gezahnten Bandsägeblatts (38) gesägt werden, das um die Breite eines Bretts (a, b, c, d, e, f, g) gegenüber dem ersten Bandsägeblatt (36) senkrecht zur Richtung versetzt ist, und daß bei jedem Wechsel der Richtung die Bandsägeblätter (36, 38) senkrecht zur Richtung verstellt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Baumstämme (14) vor dem Erreichen des ersten Bandsägeblattes (36) mindestens einseitig abgespant werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadruch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandsägeblätter (36, 38) beim Richtungswechsel des Längsförderers (11) gegenläufig jeweils um eine Brettbreite verstellt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Baumstämme (14) beim Richtungswechsel des Längsförderers (11) um 180° um ihre Längsachse gewendet werden.
