Claims (5)
- Querschneider, umfassend einen aus einem Kunststoffrohr gebildeten Walzenkörper (1) und zumindest ein sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Rotationsachse (2) des Querschneiders erstreckendes, radial nach außen weisendes Messer (3), das von einem Halter am Walzenkörper (1) gehalten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messer (3) von zumindest zwei mit axialem Abstand zueinander benachbarten Messerhaltern (4, 5) aufgenommen ist, wobei jeder Messerhalter (4, 5) durch zumindest einen unmittelbar in dem Walzenkörper (1) einlaminierten Stehbolzen (6, 7) am Walzenkörper (1) festgelegt ist.
- Querschneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzenkörper (1) aus einem mit Kohlenstoffasern verstärkten Epoxidharz besteht.
- Querschneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stehbolzen (6, 7) jeweils ein Außengewinde (8) aufweisen und dass die Messerhalter (4, 5) durch jeweils zumindest eine Mutter (9, 10) mit den Stehbolzen (6, 7) verbunden sind.
- Querschneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandung (11) des Walzenkörpers (1) von den Stehbolzen (6, 7) in radialer Richtung vollständig durchdrungen ist.
- Querschneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzenkörper (1) und die Stehbolzen (6, 7) materialeinheitlich ausgebildet sind.
