Claims (20)
- Werkzeugmaschine mit einer Antriebswelle (16) zum Antrieb eines Werkzeuges (24), mit einer Ausnehmung (20, 20c) an einem freien Ende (18) der Antriebswelle (16), mit einem abnehmbaren Befestigungsflansch (30, 30a, 30b), der auf einer der Antriebswelle (16) zugewandten Seite einen Befestigungsabschnitt (34, 34a, 34b) aufweist, der formschlüssig in die Ausnehmung (20, 20c) der Antriebswelle (16) einsetzbar ist, und der auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite einen Flanschabschnitt (32) aufweist, wobei das Werkzeug (24) eine Befestigungsausnehmung (26) aufweist, die auf die Form des Befestigungsabschnitts (34, 34a, 34b) des Befestigungsflansches (30, 30a, 30b) derart abgestimmt ist, daß das Werkzeug (24) mit seiner Befestigungsausnehmung (26) formschlüssig an dem Befestigungsabschnitt (34, 34a, 34b) gehalten ist, wenn dieser von außen durch die Befestigungsausnehmung (26) hindurch in die Ausnehmung (20, 20c) der Antriebswelle (16) eingreift.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Antriebswelle (16) ein Gewindesackloch (22) zur Aufnahme einer Befestigungsschraube (40) aufweist, und der Befestigungflansch (30, 30a, 30b) von einer Öffnung (36) zur Aufnahme der Befestigungsschraube (40) durchsetzt ist.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der der Befestigungsabschnitt (34, 34a) durchgehend mit einem einheitlichen Querschnitt sowohl zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme in der Ausnehmung (20, 20c) der Antriebswelle (16), als auch zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme in der Befestigungsöffnung (26) ausgebildet ist.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der der Befestigungsabschnitt (34b) einen ersten Bereich (54) aufweist, der zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme in der Ausnehmung der Antriebswelle (16) ausgebildet ist, sowie einen zweiten Bereich (52) aufweist, der zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme in der Befestigungsöffnung (26) ausgebildet ist, wobei der erste (54) und der zweite (52) Bereich voneinander abweichend ausgebildet sind.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Öffnung (36) des Befestigungsflansches (34, 34a, 34b) an der der Werkzeugmaschine (10) abgewandten Seite eine Erweiterung (38) zur zumindest teilweise versenkten Aufnahme eines Schraubkopfes (42) aufweist.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Ausnehmung (20) am freien Ende der Antriebswelle (16) die Form eines regelmäßigen Polygons, vorzugsweise die Form eines Sechskants aufweist.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 6, bei der die Eckbereiche durch runde Abschnitte (44) erweitert sind.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der die Ausnehmung eine Mehrzahl von vorzugsweise sechs abgerundeten Spitzen (46), die in regelmäßigen Winkelabständen zueinander von der Längsachse (17) der Antriebswelle (16) radial beabstandet angeordnet sind, aufweist, wobei jedes Paar von benachbarten Spitzen (46) durch Krümmungsabschnitte (48) verbunden ist, die von den benachbarten Spitzen (46) aus in Richtung zur Längsachse (17) hin vorlaufen und in einem gemeinsamen Scheitelpunkt (50) zusammenlaufen.
- Werkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der die Ausnehmung (20, 20c) eine Mehrzahl von Vertiefungen (56, 58) an vorbestimmten Stellen zur Aufnahme von Vorsprüngen des Befestigungsflansches aufweist.

- Befestigungsflansch nach Anspruch 11, der von einer Öffnung (36) zur Aufnahme einer Befestigungsschraube (40) durchsetzt ist.
- Befestigungsflansch nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, bei dem der Befestigungsabschnitt (34b) einen ersten Bereich (54) aufweist, der zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme in der Ausnehmung (20, 20c) der Antriebswelle (16) ausgebildet ist, sowie einen zweiten Bereich (52) aufweist, der zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme in der Befestigungsöffnung (26) ausgebildet ist, wobei der erste (54) und der zweite (52) Bereich voneinander abweichend ausgebildet sind.
- Befestigungsflansch nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, bei dem der Befestigungsabschnitt (34, 34a) einen ersten Bereich aufweist, der zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme in der Ausnehmung (26) der Antriebswelle (24) ausgebildet ist, sowie einen zweiten Bereich aufweist, der zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme in der Befestigungsöffnung (26) ausgebildet ist, wobei der erste und der zweite Bereich mit identischem Querschnitt ausgebildet sind.
- Befestigungsflansch nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, bei dem die Öffnung (36) an der der Werkzeugmaschine (10) abgewandten Seite eine Erweiterung (38) zur zumindest teilweise versenkten Aufnahme eines Schraubkopfes (42) aufweist.
