Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Bearbeiten einer Warenbahn (8), umfassend eine in Vorrichtungslänge sich erstreckende stationär angeordnete Gegenwalze (6), eine zur Anpressung gegen letztere verlagerbare Arbeitswalze (5) mit im Verhältnis zum Gegenwalzendurchmesser (D) kleinem Durchmesser (d), eine Anpreßeinrichtung (2), mittels der die Arbeitswalze (5) längs einer über die Arbeitsbreite durchgehenden und die Warenbahn (8) durchlassenden Anpreßzone (7) gegen die Gegenwalze (6) preßbar ist, wobei die Anpreßeinrichtung (2) einen Preßkörper (4) mit einer Anpreßfläche (40) aufweist, gegen die die Arbeitswalze (5) in ihrem der Anpreßzone (7) gegenüberliegenden Umfangsbereich zur Anlage gelangt, und ein getrennt von dem Preßkörper (4) angeordnetes Stützelement (3) mit einer Stützfläche (30), an der die Arbeitswalze (5) im Anpreßbetrieb zur Anlage gelangt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verlagerbare Arbeitswalze (5) mit einem Antrieb (9) ,der die Querbewegbarkeit der Arbeitswalze (5) nicht beeinträchtigt, verbunden ist und einen Umfangsantrieb für die mitlaufend gelagerte Gegenwalze (6) bildet, wobei die Arbeitswalze (5) in ihrer angetriebenen und angepreßten Position die Warenbahn (8) durch die Anpreßzone (7) treibt, das Stützelement (3), in Drehrichtung (r) der Arbeitswalze (5) betrachtet, vor der Anpreßzone (7) im Bereich zwischen dieser und dem Preßkörper (4) angeordnet ist und der Einlauf der Warenbahn (8) in die Anpreßzone (7) zwischen dem Stützelement (3) und der Gegenwalze (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (3) mit einer Stützfläche (30) versehen ist, die sich quer zu der im Bereich des Bahneinlaufs erstreckenden Umfangsfläche (61) der Gegenwalze (6) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (3) mit einer ebenen Stützfläche (30) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Preßkörper (4) mit einer ebenen Anpreßfläche (40) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (3) und der Preßkörper (4) ebene Flächen (30; 40) aufweisen, die zumindest nahezu im rechten Winkel zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Preßkörper (4) an dem Scheitel (51) der Arbeitswalze (5) anliegt, der durch den Abstand A = d + D/2 von der Achse (60) der Gegenwalze (6) bestimmt ist, wobei d der Durchmesser der Arbeitswalze (5) und D der Durchmesser der Gegenwalze (6) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anpreßfläche (40) des Preßkörpers (4) so angeordnet und ausgerichtet ist, daß sie an der Arbeitswalze (5), in Drehrichtung (r) derselben betrachtet, vor dem Arbeitswalzenscheitel (51) anliegt, der durch den Abstand A = d + D/2 mit d = Arbeitswalzendurchmesser und D = Gegenwalzendurchmesser von der Achse (60) der Gegenwalze (6) bestimmt ist, wobei die Preßkörperfläche (40) an der Arbeitswalze (5) in der Nähe des genannten Scheitels (51) anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Stützkörperfläche (30) des Stützelements (3) und die gedachte tangentiale Fläche (71), die bei Anpressung durch die den beiden Walzen (5, 6) gemeinsame Berührungstangente bestimmt ist, unter einem Winkel α ≤ 90° ausgerichtet sind, wobei der in gerader Linie gemessene Abstand zwischen der Anlage des Preßkörpers (4) einerseits und der Anlage der Gegenwalze (6) andererseits an der Arbeitswalze (5) zumindest nahezu deren Durchmesser (d) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenwalze (6), der Preßkörper (4) und der Stützkörper (3) so angeordnet sind, daß die Arbeitswalze (5) zumindest mit dem größten Teil ihres Eigengewichts an der Stützkörperfläche (30) zu liegen kommt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen (50, 60) der Arbeitswalze (5) und der Gegenwalze (6) in einer gemeinsamen, zumindest nahezu horizontalen Ebene (10) liegen, wobei der Bahnlauf (B) von unten nach oben erfolgt und im Betriebszustand die Arbeitswalze (5) auf der unter ihr liegenden Stützkörperfläche (30) aufliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Pendelwalzensteuerung (80) umfaßt, die an der von der Gegenwalze (6) ablaufenden Bahn (8) angreift und vorgesehen ist, um beim durch die antreibende Arbeitswalze (5) bewirkten Umfangsantrieb der Gegenwalze (6) die Bahn (8) ohne Bahnzugspannung durch die Anpreßzone (7) und nachfolgend entlang der an der Gegenwalze (6) anliegenden Bahnstrecke zu bewegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Preßkörper (4) zur Anpressung mit wenigstens zwei Freiheitsgraden bewegbar zwischen einer Druckerzeugungseinrichtung (20) und der Arbeitswalze (5) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Druckerzeugungseinrichtung (20) der Anpreßeinrichtung (2) wenigstens ein längs der Arbeitsbreite sich lang erstrekkendes, gegen den Preßkörper (4) arbeitendes Druckschlauchelement (21) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Preßkörper (4) der Anpreßeinrichtung (2) als Platte ausgebildet und angeordnet ist, die, in bezug auf die Arbeitsdrehrichtung (r) im Bereich der angepreßten Platte betrachtet, durch freien Raum (120) vor der Plattenanpreßstelle (400) sowie oberhalb der Arbeitswalze (5) einsetzbar und entnehmbar ist.
