Apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 13, characterized i n that the pressing body (4) of the pressing device (2) is constructed and arranged as a plate, which, viewed in relation to the working direction of rotation (r) in the area of the pressed-against plate, is adapted to be installed and removed through the empty space (120) both in front of the plate contact point (400) and above the working roller (5).
