Definitions
- the invention relates to a rail grinding device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the grinding unit is centrally below the Vehicle mounted while the rail wheels located in front of the front axle and behind the rear axle. in the The vehicle is driven over the rails, whereupon you lower the rail-accessible wheels and thereby slightly raises the vehicle. Even when raised the road wheels stay in contact with the ground. As a result, they lose their steering function, but not their function as a friction wheel drive.
- CH-A-688 626 describes a rail grinding device with a motorized vehicle that is both roadworthy as well as rail-capable wheels.
- the A grinding unit is assigned to the vehicle and another Has set of rail-accessible wheels. By lowering the one at the rear of the vehicle and between the roadworthy wheels arranged railable wheels the vehicle can be lifted by yourself.
- the invention has for its object a generic To improve the rail grinding device that negotiates tighter curve radii, which makes the single track easier and also longer road trips are.
- the rail grinding device stands out of the type mentioned in the invention by characterizing features of claim 1.
- the hydraulic drive acts directly on the rail-accessible ones Wheels.
- the road wheels can be conventional Way driven by the internal combustion engine of the vehicle become. There is enough space for the cardan shaft to disposal. So road trips are becoming more arbitrary Length possible.
- the grinding unit is on the road while driving Vehicle saddled up. In the event of an emergency, it is placed on the Rails lowered and towed by the vehicle. The longitudinal distance the track-accessible wheels of the grinding unit do that Machining of extremely small curve radii too.
- the grinding unit forms a separate one from the vehicle Assembly so that the central space below the vehicle becomes free.
- the rail-accessible wheels of the vehicle are in accordance with the invention in the longitudinal direction between the road-going Arranged wheels. The longitudinal distance of the rail-accessible Wheels of the vehicle can thus be minimized that any tight curve radii can be traversed.
- the single rail is also simplified.
- the rail-accessible wheels of the vehicle divided into a front and a rear pair, each pair on a separately hydraulically operated Swing arm sits.
- the rear is first Pair of wheels maneuvered over the rails and into the rails lowered.
- the front wheel pair is aligned, the vehicle being maneuvered backwards.
- a lifting height of more than 100 mm you can also no impacts on the road System transfer, as is the case with a friction wheel drive is.
- the grinding unit was ironed in beforehand, in other words with full vehicle maneuverability.
- the lifting and transport device therefore has essential features Features of common forklifts, but with the Provided that the fork carriage from its rest position not raised, but lowered. Is also the first Mast not rigidly connected to the vehicle. Rather leaves it moves in its longitudinal direction. In semi-mounted The grinding unit is on the rear position Area of the vehicle. The process of ironing is initiated by the first mast on the vehicle moves backwards and the grinding unit behind that transported rear end of the vehicle. Then will the second mast with the fork carriage and the one on its fork arms hanging grinding unit lowered.
- the fork carriage is in relative to the second mast Transverse direction of the vehicle can be moved horizontally.
- the Grinding unit a coupling rotatable about a vertical axis for engaging the fork arms.
- the grinding unit has a cardanic pull rod is connected to the fork carriage. This connection remains constantly intact, which improves the manageability of the Device greatly simplified. Immediately after lowering and The milling unit is ready for use on its own. Saddled up The gimbal pull rod assumes the state of function.
- the coupling of the grinding unit advantageously offers vertical play on the fork arms of the fork carriage. This makes it possible to move the fork carriage after the single iron lower the grinding unit even further so that the fork arms lose contact with the coupling of the milling unit.
- the grinding unit is vibrated by the Lifting and transport device decoupled.
- the end stop can be an electronic one Act sensor. However, the end stop can also be mechanical Be nature. It then also serves the tensile forces when dragging the milling unit directly into the vehicle initiate. The hydraulics of the lifting and transport device is relieved accordingly. Serves the same purpose another advantageous feature, namely the use at least one locking bar connected to the fork carriage and with a downward movement of the second mast engages in a bolt opening of the vehicle.
- Precautions are also taken to the saddled up To be able to transport the milling unit safely.
- hydraulically swiveling and lockable flap which the mounted grinding unit locked.
- troughs in the vehicle and possibly in to let in the flap which is used to hold the Serve wheels of the saddled grinding unit. You can side cheeks must be arranged next to the troughs Transverse direction of the vehicle on the wheels of the fifth wheel Attack the milling unit.
- the grinding unit Since the grinding unit is used both during transport and also in use with the cardanic drawbar the fork carriage and thus coupled to the vehicle, it makes sense to use the grinding unit via supply and disposal lines to constantly connect to the vehicle.
- supply and disposal lines there it is for example a suction line for suction of grinding dust, this suction line with a filter arranged on the vehicle is connected.
- the air supplied is used for cooling hydraulic and Electrical units of the vehicle.
- the milling unit offers the possibility of extremely small Gauges (1000 mm and less) closed on both sides at the same time edit, swiveling the cup wheels by 45 ° is possible.
- Hydraulic motors are smaller than electric ones Motors and run at a speed of up to 3500 rpm, the V-belt or toothed belt drives the Drive grinding cups at 7000 to 8000 rpm.
- the belt drives offer a vibration and strength at the same time Uncoupling the cup wheels so that the hydraulic motor is protected becomes.
- the single iron of both the milling unit and the The vehicle can be controlled externally, if necessary using it video surveillance. Even the actual grinding process can be controlled externally.
- the vehicle has a set of road wheels 3 and a centrally located between the latter Set of rail-accessible wheels 4.
- the latter are in a front and divided a rear pair, with each pair on a separately hydraulically actuated rocker 5 sits.
- the wheels 4 engaging the rails become hydraulic driven so that the vehicle 1 is able to drag the grinding unit 2.
- the grinding unit 2 in turn has rail-accessible Wheels 6.
- the arrangement is so made that can negotiate tight curve radii and be processed.
- Grinding unit 2 is raised for road transport, being shown in dash-dotted lines in FIG. 1 Intermediate position. Then it turns on the vehicle 1 is saddled, as shown in FIG. 2 is.
- the rail-accessible wheels 4 of the vehicle 1 are raised, while the road wheels 3 driving to get. They are conventionally powered by a diesel engine driven, so that arbitrarily extended road trips possible are.
- the device is with a lifting and transport device 7 provided, the details of which in particular Fig. 3 result.
- the lifting and transport device 7 essentially has in the shape of a forklift, with an outer Mast 8 is provided, which can be raised and lowered hydraulically inner mast 9 leads.
- the outer mast is like in the Figures 1 and 2 shown in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 1 displaceable, by an associated hydraulic system.
- a fork carriage 10 is connected to the inner mast 9, the fork arms 11 in a clutch 12 (see Fig. 1 and 2) is ripe. Furthermore, the fork carriage 10 has one approach 13 below, for hanging a cardanic pull rod 14 is used. The latter makes the connection between the vehicle 1 and the grinding unit 2, and permanently. After lowering the grinding unit 2 it is ready for use immediately. During the The pull rod 14 serves as a lock for the ride Grinding unit 2 on vehicle 1.
- the fork carriage 10 is relative to the inner mast 9 in Transverse direction of the vehicle slidable to the single track to facilitate the grinding unit.
- it is Coupling 12 about a vertical axis relative to the grinding unit 2 rotatable.
- Fig. 1 shows that the fork arms 11 during the Operation are slightly lowered so that they with the No longer touch milling unit 2. A transfer bumps are excluded.
- the grinding unit 2 Since the grinding unit 2 is in the transport position If it protrudes beyond the vehicle 1 at the rear, one becomes at the rear Flap 15 hinged at the end of the vehicle and locked. It supports the rear wheels 6 of the Milling unit 2.
- troughs 16 are in the flap 15 incorporated to give the wheels 6 additional grip.
- Corresponding troughs 16 are, as indicated in FIG. 1, also provided on the vehicle 1.
- side cheeks 17 the Secure the milling unit 2 in the transverse direction. Otherwise the grinding unit 2, as already mentioned, from the pull rod 14 locked.
- the fork carriage 10 Locking rods 18 are provided, which in corresponding locking openings 19 of the vehicle 1 intervene.
- the grinding unit 2 is provided with grinding cups 20, whose shafts are electrically adjusted and swiveled can.
- the shafts are driven by hydraulic motors 21, with the interposition of belt drives 22, the vibration cups 20 from the vibration and force Uncouple hydraulic motors 21.
