Claims (14)
- Schaltwerk für einen elektrischen Lastschalter, mit einem von der Betätigung eines Betätigungsmittels des Schaltwerkes unabhängigen Schaltverhalten der Schaltkontakte des Schalters, wobei das Betätigungsmittel bewegungsschlüssig mit einem Mitnehmerelement zusammenwirkt, das über einen Freilauf mit einem Schaltelement zusammenwirkt, das den eigentlichen Schaltvorgang auslöst, wobei das Betätigungsmittel einen Elektromotor und ein Getriebe aufweist, derart, dass ein Getrieberitzel mit der Abtriebswelle des Elektromotors bewegungsschlüssig zusammenwirkt und ein Getrieberad bewegungsschlüssig mit dem Mitnehmerelement zusammenwirkt, sowie im Notbetrieb des Schaltwerks das Getrieberad manuell drehbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getrieberitzel (9) und das Getrieberad (22) in Außereingriffstellung bringbar sind, wobei der Elektromotor (7) und das Getrieberitzel (9) Bestandteil einer Baueinheit (6) bilden, die zum Getrieberad (22) verschiebbar ist.
- Schaltwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebe ein Kegelradgetriebe (9, 22) umfaßt, das durch das Getrieberitzel (9) und das Getrieberad (22) gebildet ist.
- Schaltwerk nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebe ein Planetengetriebe (8) umfaßt, das zwischen dem Elektromotor (7) und dem Kegelradgetriebe (9, 22) angeordnet ist.
- Schaltwerk nach einem der Anspruche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elektromotor (7) als Gleichstrommotor ausgebildet ist.
- Schaltwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Baueinheit (6) in Richtung der Drehachse des Getrieberitzels (9) verschiebbar ist.
- Schaltwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Baueinheit (6) und das Getrieberad (22) in einem Lagerteil (4) gehalten sind, wobei die Baueinheit (6) parallel zur Drehachse des Getrieberitzels (9) geführt im Lagerteil (4) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Schaltwerk nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Baueinheit (6) mit mehreren Führungszapfen (11) versehen ist, die Führungsbohrungen (14) des Lagerteils (4) durchsetzen.
- Schaltwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit der Baueinheit (6) ein ortsfest gelagertes Stellglied (18) zusammenwirkt, zum Verschieben der Baueinheit (6) relativ zum Getrieberad (22).
- Schaltwerk nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellglied (18) einen Kurvenschlitz (19) aufweist, in den ein mit der Baueinheit (6) verbundener Stellzapfen (20) eingreift.
- Schaltwerk nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (19) zumindest in seiner mit der Eingriffstellung des Getriebes (8, 9, 22) korrespondierenden Stellung mit einer Rastierung (29, 29) versehen ist.
- Schaltwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellglied (18) im Lagerteil (4) gelagert ist und eine Aufnahme (21) für ein Betätigungsmittel, insbesondere eine Innensechskantaufnahme für ein Sechskantwerkzeug, aufweist.
- Schaltwerk nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Baueinheit (6) und das Getrieberad (22) aufnehmende Bestandteil des Schaltwerks in einen Deckel (1) des elektrischen Schalters integriert ist, wobei das Stellglied (18) zusätzlich in einer Abdeckhaube (5) des Deckels (1) gelagert ist.
- Schaltwerk nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckhaube (5) des Deckels (1) mit Öffnungen versehen ist, wobei durch eine Öffnung das Betätigungsmittel für das Stellglied (18) und durch die andere Öffnung das Getrieberad (22) betätigbar ist.
- Schaltwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lagerteil (6) mit Lagerwangen (16) versehen ist, die die Baueinheit (6) stützen.
