Claims (11)
- Tragprofile für Riegel-Pfosten-Fassaden, Vordächer, Galerien oder dgl., mita. mindestens einem Gurt (2, 3) und einem damit verbundenen Steg(4, 13, 16, 18),b. wobei der Gurt (2, 3) zur Aufnahme des Längsrandbereichs des Stegs (4, 13, 16, 18) eine Nut (19) aufweist, in die der Längsrandbereich des Steges schließend eingreift, und wobeic. der Steg (4, 13, 16, 18) mit dem Gurt (2, 3) durchc1) einen Presssitz oderc2) eine Kaltpressverschweißung verbunden ist,d. wobei der mindestens eine Gurt (2, 3) als stranggepresstes Profil aus Aluminium ausgebildet ist, dessen Nuten (19) zur Aufnahme des Längsrandbereiches des Stegs (4, 13, 16, 18) im Strangpressverfahren beim Strangpressen des Gurtes (2, 3) gefertigt werden, unde. wobei der Gurt (2, 3) mit Verankerungsnuten (5) für Dichtungsleisten (6) versehen ist.
- Tragprofile nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (4) mit dem Gurt durch einen leichten Preßsitz und durch an den Steg im Bereich der freien Nutkante bleibend angeformtes Gurtmaterial verbunden ist.
- Tragprofile nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ränder der Längsnut durch in Richtung des in die Nut (19) eingesetzten Steges (4, 3, 6, 8) verformbare Leisten ausgebildet sind.
- Tragprofile nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randleisten (22, 4) durch Materialanhäufungen oder durch parallel zur Nut verlaufende Rillen (25) gebildet sind.
- Tragprofile nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nutwände mit Verzahnungen (26) oder sonstigen Profilierungen oder Strukturierungen versehen sind.
- Tragprofile nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (4, 13, 16, 18) im Bereich des Eingriffs in die Nut (19) und zwar benachbart dem Nutrand mit sich über die Steglänge erstreckenden Rillen (27) mit in Abstand voneinander angeordneten Vertiefungen (28) oder mit einer Bohrungsreihe oder einer Reihe gestanzter Kanäle versehen sind.
- Tragprofile nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (4, 13, 16, 18) im Bereich des Eingriffs in die Nut (19) mit einer quer zur Längsrichtung der Stege verlaufenden Aufrauhung (30), Rändelung, Verzahnung oder wellenförmiger Profilierung versehen sind.
- Tragprofile nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Verankerungsnuten (5) für die Dichtungsleisten (6) eine Schraubnut für die Befestigungsschrauben einer sich an Scheibenrändern abstützenden Abdeckleiste (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Tragprofile nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (4,13,16,18) als stranggepreßte Profile aus Leichtmetall, Kunststoff oder Stahl gefertigt sind.
- Tragprofile nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege mit dreieckförmigen, kreisförmigen Durchbrechungen oder mit Durchbrechungen einer sonstigen geometrischen Form versehen sind.
- Tragprofile nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Längsbegrenzungsrand des Steges geradlinig und der andere Längsbegrenzungsrand parallel zum ersten oder geneigt geradlinig oder in einer anderen geometrischen Kontur verläuft.
