Claims (2)
- Heberfarbwerk für eine Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, mit einer zwischen einer Farbkastenwalze (1) und einer nachgeordneten Reiberwalze (3) hin- und herbeweglichen Heberwalze (2), einem die Heberwalze (2) zugeordneten Antrieb (5), durch welchen die Anlagezeit der Heberwalze (2) an die Farbkasten- und Reiberwalze (1, 3) und die Frequenz der Heberbewegung veränderbar ist, einer Walzenwaschvorrichtung (6, 7) sowie einer dem Antrieb (5) der Heberwalze (2) sowie der Walzenwaschvorrichtung (6, 7) zugeordneten Steuerung (11), durch welche der Antrieb (5) der Heberwalze (2) in Abhängigkeit der Walzenwaschvorrichtung (6, 7) schaltbar ist, wobei bei aktiviertem Waschvorgang ein Sperren des Kontaktes der Heberwalze (2) mit der Farbkastenwalze (1) aus lösbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem die Anlagezeit der Heberwalze (2) zur Farbkastenwalze (1) und Reiberwalze (3) in Abhängigkeit der Druckgeschwindigkeit bewirkenden Antrieb (5) durch die Steuerung (11) bei aktiviertem Waschvorgang die größtmögliche Anlagezeit der Heberwalze (2) an die Reiberwalze (3) zur Einstellung bringbar ist, dass durch die Steuerung (11) die Frequenz der Bewegung der Heberwalze (2) auf den höchstmöglichen Wert einstellbar ist, und dass durch die Steuerung (11) nach Beendigung des Waschvorganges das Rücksetzen des Antriebes (5) entsprechend der für den Druckbetrieb vorgesehenen Werte erfolgt. - Heberfarbwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (5) der Heberwalze (2) eine bei einem aktivierten Waschvorgang durch die Steuerung (11) auslösbare und den Kontakt der Heberwalze (2) mit der Farbkastenwalze (1) verhindernde Hebersperre aufweist.
