Claims (7)

  1. Gießrohr (1) zum Einführen eines Flüssigmetalls in eine Stranggußform für Metalle, von der Art, die einen ersten rohrförmigen Bereich (2) aufweist, dessen eines Ende dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem das Flüssigmetall enthaltenden Behälter verbunden zu werden und dessen anderes Ende in einen zweiten, hohlen Bereich (4) länglicher Form mündet, von dem zumindest ein Abschnitt des Innenraums (3) im wesentlichen senkrecht zum ersten rohrförmigen Bereich (2) ausgerichtet ist, wobei der hohle Bereich (4) an jedem seiner Enden einen Lufteinlaß (5, 6) sowie eine oder mehrere Ausgangsöffnungen (7-17) aufweist, die in seinem Boden (18) und/oder seinen Seitenwänden ausgebildet sind, wobei eine mit Lochungen (22, 22', 23-34) versehene Leiste im Innenraum (3) des hohlen Bereichs (4) so angeordnet ist, daß das Flüssigmetall obligatorisch durch die Lochungen (22, 22', 23-34) fließt, ehe es die Ausgangsöffnungen (7-17) durchquert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiste (19, 38, 39, 41, 43) in mindestens einem Abschnitt der Breite ihrer Oberfläche einen vorstehenden Bereich (20, 37, 40, 42, 44) aufweist, der einen Scheitel besitzt, der sich in der waagrechten Längsachse des hohlen Bereichs (4) befindet, wobei die Lochungen (22, 22', 23-34) zu beiden Seiten des Scheitels verteilt sind.
  2. Gießrohr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorstehende Bereich (20, 37) einen dreieckigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  3. Gießrohr nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitze des vorstehenden Bereichs (20, 37) mit dreieckigem Querschnitt abgeglichen ist.
  4. Gießrohr nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Oberfläche (21) der Leiste (19) in seinem zentralen Bereich (20) dreieckig und in seinen Seitenbereichen eben ist, und daß die Lochungen (22, 22', 23-34) in den Seitenbereichen ausgebildet sind.
  5. Gießrohr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorstehende Bereich (42) der Leiste (41) einen Querschnitt abgerundeter Form aufweist.
  6. Gießrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche der Leiste (43) abgeschrägte Kanten (45, 46) aufweist.
  7. Gießrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorstehende Bereich (40) der Leiste (39) eine variable Dicke aufweist, die zwischen der Mitte und den Enden der Leiste (39) abnimmt.
