Claims (14)
- Eckverbindermaschine mit mindestens einer Stanz-Prägeeinrichtung für eine Ecke eines aus auf Gehrung geschnittenen Hohlprofilen (2) und in die Hohlprofile eingesetzten Eckverbindern (1) gefertigten Rahmens eines Fensters, einer Tür, eines Fassadenfeldes o.dgl. mit einem mit einer Winkelnut zur Anlage an der Rahmenecke versehenen Taster (15) und mit zwei antreibbaren Stanzstempeln (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzstempel (5) mit ihren Antriebsaggregaten (23) parallel zur Gehrungslinie, die in der Gehrungsebene (8) verläuft, verfahrbar sind und eine die Rahmenecke aufnehmende Auflage (10) unabhängig von den Stanzstempeln (5) senkrecht zur Rahmenebene verstellbar ist.
- Eckverbindermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflage (10) für die Rahmenecke eine Baueinheit mit dem Taster (15) bildet und der Taster (15) höhenverstellbar auf dem Auflager angeordnet ist.
- Eckverbindermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzstempel (5) mit ihren Antriebsaggregaten (23) auf einem Steuerschlitten (24) gelagert sind, dessen Mittellinie (8a) in der Gehrungsebene (8) liegt und der Steuerschlitten längs der Mittellinie (8a) verfahrbar und arretierbar ist.
- Eckverbindermaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerschlitten (24) symmetrisch zur Mittellinie (8a) ausgebildet ist.
- Eckverbindermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch vier Köpfe (14) zum gleichzeitigen Verbinden der Rahmenecken mit den in jeder Ecke angeordneten Eckverbindem (1).
- Eckverbindermaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Köpfe (14) neben- und übereinander angeordnet sind und das Gestell eine leicht geneigte Rückenlage aufweist.
- Eckverbindermaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der linke untere Kopf (14.1) ortsfest montiert ist, der darüber angeordnete Kopf (14.2) senkrecht dazu verstellbar und positionierbar ist, der rechte untere Kopf (14.4) zum Kopf (14.1) horizontal verstellbar und arretierbar ist, während der Kopf (14.3) sowohl horizontal als auch vertikal verstellbar ist.
- Eckverbindermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Abhängigkeit von der Tasterposition alle Stanzmaße (R) sowie die Position der Auflage (10) zu den Stanzstempeln (5) elektronisch ansteuerbar und positionierbar sind.
- Eckverbindermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsaggregate (23) in Richtung der eigenen Wirkachse (7) stufenlos verstellbar sind.
- Eckverbindermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflage (10) für die Rahmenecke Rollenauflager (34) aufweist, an denen sich die Rahmenprofile (2) abstützen.
- Eckverbindermaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenauflager (34) mit den Tastflächen des Tasters (15) fluchten.
- Eckverbindermaschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenauflager (34) ein federndes Widerlager aufweisen.
- Eckverbindermaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Führungsschlitten (24) eine Klebereinspritzvorrichtung (37) befestigt ist, deren Düsenspitze (36) in eine in der Rahmenecke vorgesehene Einspritzbohrung (35) für den Kleber einführbar ist.
- Eckverbindermaschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Rahmenecke in jeder Kammerwandung, in der ein Eckverbinder (1) angeordnet ist, eine Einspritzbohrung (35) vorgesehen ist und daß die Einspritzbohrungen (35) auf einer Parallelen zu der in der Gehrungsebene (8) liegenden Gehrungslinie angeordnet sind.
