Description
Claims (15)
- Eingehauste, bei permanentem Unterdruck arbeitende Beizanlage mit mindestens einem Beizbad, mit mindestens einem Schleusentor in der Einhausung zur Ein- und Ausbringung von Beizgut sowie einer Luftzuführung und einer Absaugung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleusentor (3, 4) als Schiebetor ausgebildet ist und daß die Luftzuführung (6) im Bereich des Schiebetors (3, 4) angeordnet ist.
- Beizanlage nach Anspruche 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am unteren Ende einer Schleusentoröffnung (5) eine im wesentlichen horizontale, nach innen abstehende Platte (8) angeordnet ist.
- Beizanlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftzuführung (6) im Schiebetor (3, 4) integriert ist.
- Beizanlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftzuführung (6) eine Zuluftjalousie ist.
- Beizanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleusentoröffnung (5) seitlich von nach innen abstehenden Platten (11) begrenzt ist.
- Beizanlage nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in oder innerhalb der Einhausung (1) beidseits der Schleusentoröffnung (5), sich im wesentlichen über die Höhe des Schleusentors (3, 4) erstreckende, schräg nach innen ausgerichtete, einander zugekehrte Luftzufuhrdüsen angeordnet sind.
- Beizanlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftzufuhrdüsen in einem Winkel α zwischen 25° und 60° zur Schleusentorebene ausgerichtet sind.
- Beizanlage nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Luftstrahlen (14) der aus den Luftzufuhrdüsen austretenden Luft im Bereich über der unter der Schleusentoröffnung (5) angeordneten Platte (8) kreuzen.
- Beizanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus den Luftzufuhrdüsen austretenden Luftstrahlen (14) im wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichtet sind.
- Beizanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftzufuhrdüsen in im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichteten Luftzufuhrkanälen (12) angeordnet sind.
- Beizanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftzufuhrdüsen als sich im wesentlichen über die Länge des Luftzufuhrkanals (12) erstreckender Schlitz (13) ausgebildet ist.
- Beizanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftzufuhrdüsen im wesentlichen über die Länge des Luftzufuhrkanals (12) übereinander angeordnete Bohrungen sind.
- Beizanlage nach einem der Ansprüch 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftzufuhrkanal (12) an seinem oberen Ende mit der Einhausungsdecke dicht abgeschlossen ist.
- Beizanlage nach einem der Ansprüch 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beidseits der Schleusentoröffnung (5) angeordneten Luftzufuhrkanäle unterhalb der Platte miteinander verbunden sind, wobei eine Luftzufuhrleitung in die Verbindung der Luftzufuhrkanäle einmündet.
- Beizanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich eine oder mehrere, von außen gegen den oberen Bereich der Schleusentoröffnung (5) gerichtete Luftzufuhrdüse(n) (10) vorgesehen ist (sind).
