- la figure 1 correspond à une vue schématisée, en perspective et en coupe partielle, d'un volet roulant selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue schématisée, en coupe et en élévation, d'un premier mode de réalisation de ces moyens de rappel élastiques en position de manoeuvrage de l'organe de traction manuelle ;
- la figure 3 est une vue similaire à la précédente correspondant à ces moyens de rappel élastiques en position de repos de l'organe de traction manuelle ;
- la figure 4 est une vue schématisée, en coupe partielle et de dessous, du caisson de volet roulant auquel sont associés les moyens de rappel élastiques représentés figures 2 et 3 ;
- la figure 5 est une vue schématisée et en élévation correspondant à un second mode de réalisation de ces moyens de rappel élastiques en position de repos de l'organe de traction manuelle ;
- la figure 6 est une vue similaire à la précédente correspondant à ces moyens de rappel élastiques lors de l'actionnement dudit organe de traction manuelle.
Claims (9)
- Volet roulant (1) comportant un dispositif d'entraínement manuel (14) sous forme d'une poulie (15) prévue apte à entraíner en rotation un arbre d'enroulement (13) d'un tablier (12) , sur cette poulie (15) venant s'enrouler, au moins partiellement, un organe de traction manuelle (17) tel qu'une sangle, une chaíne, une cordelette (18) ou analogue, dont au moins un brin (19) est rendu accessible à un usager, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte, en outre, des moyens de rappel élastiques (21) conçus aptes à repousser élastiquement le ou les brins (19, 19') définis par l'organe de traction manuelle (17) en dehors du plan (P) passant par ladite poulie (15) tout en permettant à ce ou ces brins (19, 19') de venir se repositionner dans ce plan (P), contre l'action des moyens de rappel élastiques (21), sous l'effet d'une traction imprimée à ce brin ou au moins à l'un d'entre eux (19, 19') lors d'une commande en déploiement ou en repliement du tablier (12) du volet roulant (1).
- Volet roulant (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits moyens de rappel élastiques (21) se présentent sous la forme d'un ressort (22) rendu solidaire du caisson (6) et comportant, d'une part, une extrémité (25) maintenue fixe par rapport audit caisson (6) et, d'autre part, une extrémité libre (24) susceptible de se déplacer, élastiquement, au-devant d'une ouverture (20) située, au moins en partie, dans le plan (P) de la poulie (15) et par laquelle l'organe de traction manuelle (17) émerge du caisson (6).
- Volet roulant (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité libre (24) du ressort (22) reçoit un galet (26) apte à entrer en contact avec l'organe de traction manuelle (17).
- Volet roulant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un boítier (27) implanté à proximité de l'ouverture (20) et à l'intérieur duquel sont disposés, du moins en partie, les moyens de rappel élastiques (21), ledit boítier (27) étant rendu solidaire du caisson (6) et étant destiné, d'une part, à occulter la présence de ces moyens de rappel élastiques (21), et, d'autre part, à guider les brins (19, 19') pour maintenir ces derniers en contact avec l'extrémité libre (24) du ressort (22).
- Volet roulant (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que ledit boítier (27) est constitué par un capot (29) rapporté sur le caisson (6), après la mise en place des moyens de rappel élastiques (21), par-dessus ces derniers.
- Volet roulant (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le boítier (27) est une boíte pourvue d'un certain nombre d'orifices permettant le passage de l'organe de traction manuelle (17), à l'intérieur de cette boíte étant prémontés les moyens de rappel élastiques (21), ledit boítier (27) étant, notamment conçu apte à être rapporté ultérieurement sur le caisson (6).
- Volet roulant (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de rappel élastiques (21) se présentent sous la forme d'un tiroir (31) monté coulissant par l'intermédiaire de glissières (33) au droit d'une fenêtre (34) ménagée dans la paroi intérieure (8) ou dans la sous-face (10) du caisson (6), ledit tiroir (31), étant soumis à l'action d'un ressort (35).
- Volet roulant (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que ledit tiroir (31) est pourvu d'au moins un orifice (32) pour le passage de l'organe de traction manuelle (17), ce tiroir (31) étant conçu apte à coulisser entre une position dans laquelle le ou les orifices (32) se situent, sensiblement, dans le plan (P) de la poulie (15) et une position décalée par rapport à ce plan (P).
- Volet roulant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de rappel élastiques (21) sont implantés à l'extérieur ou à l'intérieur de la sous-face (10) ou de la paroi intérieure (8) ou encore dans l'épaisseur de ces dernières.
