Claims (10)
- Joue support (7) pour tube d'enroulement (2) d'un tablier de volet roulant (1), comportant des moyens de réception (16) d'un palier (6) de maintien en rotation d'une extrémité (5) dudit tube d'enroulement (2), caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte, dans sa partie inférieure (12) et s'étendant en direction de son centre, une découpe (11) notamment destinée à l'engagement et/ou au dégagement d'un arbre d'entraínement (13) reliant, au travers de ladite joue (7), un tube d'enroulement (2) à un mécanisme d'entraínement manuel (9), les moyens de réception (16) d'un palier (6) étant définis, sur au moins un côté (15) de la joue (7), par des moyens de fixation par emboítement axial (17) dudit palier (6).
- Joue support selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de fixation par emboítement axial (17) se présentent sous forme d'une collerette semi-cylindrique.
- Joue support selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de fixation par emboítement axial (17) se présentent sous forme de plusieurs pattes d'emboítement (20) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement par rapport à la joue support (7).
- Volet roulant comportant une joue support selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, ainsi qu'un tube d'enroulement (2) d'un tablier, caractérisé par le fait que le tube d'enroulement (2) comporte au moins à une extrémité (5) un palier (6) comportant des moyens d'emboítement (18) conçus aptes à coopérer, de manière complémentaire, avec des moyens de fixation par emboítement axial (17) que comporte, sur au moins un de ses côtés (14, 15) ladite joue support (7).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le palier (6) est monté en rotation sur un tronçon d'arbre (19) terminant, à l'extrémité (5), le tube d'enroulement (2) .
- Volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens de blocage (22) conçus aptes à verrouiller le palier (6) en position emboítée sur la joue support (7).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de blocage (22) sont conçus sous forme d'un circlips (23) venant s'insérer dans le palier (6) de manière à pouvoir occuper, soit une position de déblocage, soit une position de blocage dans laquelle il est repoussé, par effet élastique.
- Volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'emboítement complémentaires (18) sont conçus par des logements (21) définis aptes à recevoir des pattes d'emboítement (20) constituant, substantiellement, les moyens de fixation par emboítement axial (17) que comporte la joue support (7).
- Volet roulant selon les revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'en position de blocage, le circlips (23) est conçu apte à communiquer, en tout ou partie, avec les logements (21) recevant les pattes d'emboítement (20), lesquelles comportent une rainure (24) pour accueillir le circlips (23) de manière à immobiliser en déplacement axial le palier (6) sur la joue support (7).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 7 ou 9, caractérisé par le fait que le circlips (23) comporte au moins une oreille de préhension (25, 26) accessible en périphérie du palier (6).
