- la figure 4 est une vue schématisée et éclatée de la joue support, telle que représentée dans la figure 2.
Claims (12)
- Joue support d'axe d'enroulement (7) d'un tablier (2) de volet roulant (1), prévue apte à accueillir, de manière escamotable, une embase support (9), caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte des moyens de réglage (10) de la position de l'embase (9) dans le plan de ladite joue support (8), dans une direction (11) à composante, à la fois, parallèle et perpendiculaire au plan (12) du déploiement dudit tablier (2).
- Joue support selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de réglage (10) consistent, d'une part, en une découpe (13) s'étendant suivant une direction (11) de déplacement de l'embase (9) et dans laquelle est susceptible de coulisser cette dernière et, d'autre part, en des moyens (14) d'immobilisation en translation de ladite embase (9) le long de cette découpe (13) au moins dans deux positions (15, 16, 17) qui se distinguent par des coordonnées X, Y distinctes dans un repère O quelconque dans le plan correspondant à la joue support (8).
- Joue support selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que l'embase support du palier (9) est définie par deux parois (18, 19) entretoisées par une cale d'épaisseur (20) correspondant, sensiblement, à l'épaisseur (21) de la joue support (8), ladite cale d'épaisseur (20) comportant des dimensions ajustées à la largeur (22) de la découpe (13).
- Joue support selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens (14) d'immobilisation en translation de ladite embase (9) le long de la découpe (13) sont définis, d'une part, au niveau des bordures parallèles (23, 24) de cette dernière, par les échancrures (25) avec lesquelles sont en mesure de coopérer des dents d'immobilisation (26) que comporte la cale d'épaisseur (20) et, d'autre part, par au moins une vis ou un ergot de blocage (29) que comporte l'une au moins des parois (18, 19) de l'embase (9) et qui est susceptible de venir s'engager dans un trou de retenue (30) au niveau de ladite joue support (8), ceci dans chacune desdites positions (15, 16, 17) que peut occuper cette embase (9).
- Joue support selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle se décompose en deux pièces, plus particulièrement, une équerre (31) dont est susceptible d'être rendue solidaire, de manière escamotable, un flasque support (32) comportant lesdits moyens de réglage (10).
- Joue support selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que l'équerre (31) est définie par une aile (33) s'étendant perpendiculairement par rapport au plan (12) du déploiement du tablier (2), au-dessus d'une coulisse latérale (4, 5) et une aile (34) apte à définir, sensiblement, le prolongement d'une telle coulisse latérale (4, 5), dans l'angle interne (35) de ces ailes (33, 34) étant prévu apte à venir s'inscrire ledit flasque support (32).
- Joue support selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que l'équerre (31) comporte des moyens de fixation (36) sur une coulisse latérale (4, 5).
- Joue support selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée par le fait que les ailes (33, 34) de l'équerre (31) comportent des moyens (39, 40) pour solidariser des parois (41, 42, 43), ainsi qu'une sous-face (44) correspondant à un caisson (6) du volet roulant (1).
- Joue support selon la revendication 8, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens (39, 40) se présentent sous forme de pattes de fixation (45, 46) s'étendant dans un plan perpendiculaire au plan dans lequel s'inscrit l'équerre (31), sur ladite patte de fixation (46), associée à l'aile (34), étant prévue apte à être solidarisée une aile (49) d'une cornière (48), dont l'autre aile (47) définit un appui à la paroi supérieure (42) dudit caisson (6).
- Joue support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée par le fait que les ailes (33, 34) de l'équerre (31) sont configurées, au niveau de leur chant, respectivement, (51, 52) orienté vers l'angle intérieur (35), en forme de glissière pour la réception dudit flasque support (32), des moyens de fixation escamotables (55), tels qu'une ou plusieurs vis de fixation, étant susceptibles d'immobiliser ce dernier sur ladite équerre (31).
- Joue support selon la revendication 10, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens de fixation escamotables (55) sont complétés par des moyens de blocage auxiliaires (56), sous forme d'une patte d'accrochage (57) dont est pourvu ledit flasque support (32) et qui est prévue apte à coopérer avec un rebord d'accrochage (58) que comporte, plus particulièrement, l'aile (34) correspondant à l'équerre (31) et s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement au plan (12) de déploiement du tablier (2).
- Joue support selon la revendication 10, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de fixation escamotables (55) sont complétés par des moyens de blocage auxiliaires (56) sous forme d'un rebord d'accrochage (58A) ménagé au niveau du chant (52) de l'aile (34) de l'équerre (31), de manière à coopérer avec un décrochement (59) que comporte, sur le bord correspondant (54), le flasque support (32).
