Description
- Les bordures s'étendent chacune selon au moins deux directions globalement perpendiculaires. Ceci permet d'obtenir une immobilisation relative des deux coques par coopération de formes des bordures, parallèlement à ces deux directions.
- La surface externe de la première bordure est pourvue de reliefs aptes à coopérer avec des reliefs correspondants formés sur la surface interne de la seconde bordure pour l'assemblage des coques. Ces reliefs, qui peuvent comprendre des rainures et collerettes de profils correspondants, permettent une mise en prise des bordures suffisante pour éviter un déboítement des coques.
- Les coques ont un bord sensiblement rectiligne et un bord concave dont la concavité est tournée, en configuration assemblée du boítier, vers l'organe de tension, les bordures s'étendant, au niveau de ce bord concave, sur un secteur angulaire d'angle au sommet supérieur ou égal à 180°.
- L'une des coques comprend une seconde bordure s'étendant selon la direction globalement perpendiculaire à la direction de translation relative des coques et pourvue d'au moins un logement de réception d'un pion porté par l'autre coque. Ceci permet d'obtenir une immobilisation relative supplémentaire des deux coques formant le boítier.
- L'une des coques porte un verrou élastique apte à coopérer avec une partie correspondante de l'autre coque pour verrouiller les coques en configuration assemblées du boítier. Dans ce cas, ce verrou est avantageusement formé sur un bord de la coque prévu pour être orienté vers une cloison au voisinage de laquelle est apte à être monté l'enrouleur, ce verrou étant masqué par l'enrouleur en position normale d'utilisation. Grâce à cet aspect de l'invention, le verrou n'est pas directement accessible pour un utilisateur qui n'en connaít pas l'existence, par exemple un enfant, alors qu'un professionnel peut y accéder en faisant pivoter l'enrouleur ou en glissant ses doigts entre l'enrouleur et la cloison. On peut en outre prévoir que le verrou est formé par une languette élastiquement déformable s'étendant selon une direction globalement perpendiculaire à la direction de translation relative des coques.
- mouler deux coques pourvues chacune d'un voile principal et d'une bordure s'étendant selon une direction globalement perpendiculaire à ce voile ;
- équiper l'une de ces coques d'éléments de fixation et/ou d'un frein pour la sangle, notamment par rivetage ;
- assembler les coques en leur faisant subir un mouvement de translation relative selon une direction globalement parallèle à leurs voiles principaux respectifs et
- verrouiller les coques ensemble par coopération de formes des bordures.

- la figure 4 est une coupe analogue à la figure 3 alors que l'enrouleur est en cours d'assemblage dans une configuration intermédiaire entre celles des figures 1 et 2;
- la figure 5 est une coupe à plus grande échelle selon la ligne V-V à la figure 2
- la figure 6 est une coupe à plus grande échelle selon la ligne VI-VI à la figure 2 et
- la figure 7 est une coupe à plus grande échelle selon la ligne VII-VII à la figure 2.
Claims (10)
- Enrouleur de sangle ou analogue pour la manoeuvre d'un volet ou store roulant ou équivalent, ledit enrouleur comprenant un organe (3) d'enroulement et de tension de ladite sangle (2) disposé à l'intérieur d'un boítier formé de deux coques (4, 8) comprenant chacune au moins une bordure (44, 84) s'étendant selon une direction globalement perpendiculaire à un voile principal (41, 81) de ladite coque, caractérisé en ce que lesdites bordures sont aptes à être amenées en engagement mutuel par une translation relative (F1) selon une direction globalement parallèle aux voiles principaux respectifs (41, 81) desdites coques, dans une configuration où une première bordure (44) d'une première coque (4) est entourée par une seconde bordure (84) de la seconde coque (8).
- Enrouleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites bordures (44, 84) s'étendent chacune selon au moins deux directions (X, Y) globalement perpendiculaires.
- Enrouleur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface externe (44a) de ladite première bordure (44) est pourvue de reliefs (44b) aptes à coopérer avec des reliefs correspondants (84b) formés sur la surface interne (84a) de ladite seconde bordure (84) pour l'assemblage desdites coques (4, 8).
- Enrouleur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites coques (4, 8) ont chacune un bord sensiblement rectiligne (41a, 81a) et un bord concave (41b, 81b), dont la concavité est tournée vers ledit organe de tension (3) en configuration assemblée dudit boítier, lesdites bordures (44, 84) s'étendant, au niveau dudit bord concave, sur un secteur angulaire d'angle au sommet (α) supérieur ou égal à 180°.
- Enrouleur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'une desdites coques comprend une seconde bordure (43) s'étendant selon une direction globalement perpendiculaire à ladite direction (F1) de translation relative desdites coques et est pourvue d'au moins un logement (43a) de réception d'un pion (83a) porté par l'autre coque (8).
- Enrouleur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'une (4, 8) desdites coques porte un verrou élastique (43b) apte à coopérer avec une partie correspondante (83b) de l'autre coque (8, 4) pour verrouiller lesdites coques en configuration assemblée dudit boítier.
- Enrouleur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit verrou élastique (43b) est formé sur un bord (41a) de ladite coque (4) prévu pour être orienté vers une cloison au voisinage de laquelle est apte à être monté ledit enrouleur, ledit verrou étant masqué par ledit enrouleur en position normale d'utilisation dudit enrouleur.
- Enrouleur selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit verrou est formé par une languette (43b) élastiquement déformable s'étendant selon une direction globalement perpendiculaire à ladite direction (F1) de translation relative desdites coques.
- Mécanisme de manoeuvre d'un volet ou store roulant ou équivalent, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un enrouleur (1) de sangle (2) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un enrouleur de sangle ou analogue pour volet, store roulant ou équivalent comprenant un organe (3) d'enroulement et de tension de ladite sangle (2) et deux coques (4, 8) aptes à être assemblées pour former un boítier dudit enrouleur, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste àmouler deux coques (4, 8) pourvues chacune d'un voile principal (41, 81) et d'une bordure (44, 84) s'étendant selon une direction globalement perpendiculaire audit voile ;équiper l'une desdites coques d'éléments de fixation (5) et/ou d'un frein (7) pour ladite sangle, notamment par rivetage ;assembler lesdites coques en leur faisant subir un mouvement de translation relative (F1) selon une direction globalement parallèle à leurs voiles principaux respectifs etverrouiller lesdites coques ensemble par coopération de formes (44b, 84b) desdites bordures.
