Description
- Chaque patte élastique est pourvue d'une surface inclinée d'extrémité apte à coopérer avec une surface inclinée d'extrémité d'une de ces zones de la tête pour permettre une introduction d'une partie au moins de cette tête par déformation élastique de ces pattes et/ou de ces zones.
- Les pattes élastiques de retenue sont avantageusement aptes à être manoeuvrées pour permettre l'extraction de la tête par rapport au logement. En d'autres termes, la mise en place de la tête dans le logement n'est pas irréversible, le démontage demeurant aussi simple que le montage de l'installation.
- Le logement est à section polygonale, la tête ayant une forme extérieure polygonale de géométrie analogue à la section du logement. La coopération des formes interne du logement et externe de la tête contribue à l'immobilisation de la tête en rotation autour d'un axe longitudinal de l'arbre d'enroulement. Cette disposition contribue également à une distribution radiale optimale du couple de l'organe d'entraínement, qui est transmis à la structure de support, et des forces de réaction générées.
- Le fond du logement est percé d'un orifice de passage d'un pion ménagé sur une surface interne d'une cloison d'extrémité du coffre. Cette disposition permet un positionnement rapide et précis du support par rapport au coffre. Dans ce cas, on peut prévoir que la tête de l'organe d'entraínement est pourvue d'un logement de réception au moins partielle du pion, lorsque la tête est reçue dans le logement. Le pion précité sert donc à la fois au centrage du support et de la tête de l'organe d'entraínement.
- Le support comprend une partie centrale dans laquelle est ménagé le logement précité et au moins une extension latérale pourvue d'au moins un moyen d'écartement, par rapport à une cloison d'extrémité du coffre, d'une joue de séparation du volume de réception de la tête précitée et d'une zone d'enroulement d'un tablier sur l'arbre précité. Ainsi, la ou les extensions latérales du support jouent le rôle d'entretoises entre la joue et la cloison d'extrémité du coffre, ces entretoises pouvant être disposées jusqu'à proximité de l'orifice central de la joue, de telle sorte que celle-ci est efficacement maintenue en position sur sa largeur.
- La figure 1 est une vue en perspective éclatée d'une partie d'un mécanisme de manoeuvre d'une installation de fermeture conforme à l'invention ;
- La figure 2 est une vue en perspective de la partie du dispositif représenté à la figure 1 en configuration montée ;
- La figure 3 est une coupe selon la ligne III-III à la figure 2 ;
- La figure 4 est une vue en perspective d'un support utilisé dans le mécanisme des figures 1 à 3, vu par l'avant et
- La figure 5 est une vue en perspective du support de la figure 4, vu par l'arrière.
Claims (10)
- Coffre (5) d'une installation de fermeture ou de protection solaire comprenant un arbre d'enroulement et un organe d'entraínement (4) pour ledit arbre d'enroulement (3) ledit coffre formant un volume (7) de réception d'une tête (4a) dudit organe d'entraínement, alors qu'un support (10) prévu dans ledit volume (7) forme un logement concave (10b) de réception d'une partie (4b) au moins de ladite tête, ledit logement étant apte à immobiliser ladite tête par coopération de formes, caractérisé en ce que ledit logement (10b) est pourvu de pattes élastiques (10c) en forme de crochet aptes à coopérer avec des zones adaptées (4c) de ladite tête (4a) pour la retenue de ladite tête (4a) en position engagée dans ledit logement.
- Coffre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque patte élastique (10c) est pourvue d'une surface inclinée d'extrémité (10c') apte à coopérer avec une surface inclinée d'extrémité (4c') d'une desdites zones (4c) de ladite tête (4a) pour permettre une introduction d'une partie (4b) au moins de ladite tête par déformation élastique desdites pattes et/ou desdites zones.
- Coffre selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites pattes élastiques de retenue (10c) sont aptes à être manoeuvrées pour permettre l'extraction de ladite tête (4b) dudit logement.
- Coffre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites pattes élastiques (10c) sont prévues chacune d'une surface (10c'') globalement perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation (X-X') dudit arbre d'enroulement (3), ladite surface étant apte à être en appui contre une surface (4c'') d'une zone adaptée (4c) de ladite tête qui est alors également perpendiculaire audit axe.
- Coffre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit logement (10b) est à section polygonale, ladite tête (4a) ayant une forme externe polygonale de géométrie analogue à la section dudit logement.
- Coffre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le fond dudit logement (10b) est percé d'un orifice (10e) de passage d'un pion (5e) ménagé sur une surface interne (5d) d'une cloison d'extrémité (5c) dudit coffre.
- Coffre selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite tête (4a) est pourvue d'un logement (4d) de réception au moins partielle dudit pion (5e) lorsqu'elle est reçue dans ledit logement (10b).
- Coffre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit support (10) comprend une partie centrale (10a) dans laquelle est ménagée ledit logement (10b) et au moins une extension latérale (10f, 10g) pourvue d'au moins un moyen d'écartement (10m, 10n) par rapport à une cloison d'extrémité (5c) dudit coffre (5), d'une joue (8) de séparation dudit volume (7) et d'une zone (6) d'enroulement d'un tablier (2) sur ledit arbre (3).
- Coffre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit volume (7) de réception de ladite tête (4a) est séparé d'une zone (6) d'enroulement d'un tablier (2) sur ledit arbre (3) par une joue (8).
- Mécanisme (1) de manoeuvre d'une installation de fermeture ou de protection solaire, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un coffre selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
