  2. Winder according to claim 1, characterised in that each of the aforementioned flanges (44, 84) extends at least according to two globally perpendicular directions (X, Y).
  3. Winder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the external surface (44a) of the aforementioned first flange (44) is provided with protuberances (44b) capable of collaborating with corresponding protuberances (84b) formed on the internal surface (84a) of the aforementioned second flange (84) for the assembly of the aforementioned casing bodies (4, 8).
  4. Winder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that each one of the aforementioned casing bodies (4, 8) has a practically rectilinear flange (41a, 81a) and a concave flange (41b, 81b), the concavity of which is directed toward the aforementioned tensing apparatus (3) in the assembled configuration of the aforementioned casing, the aforementioned flanges (44, 84) extending, at the level of the aforementioned concave flange, over an angular sector of angle at the peak (α) greater than or equal to 180°.

Winder according to claim 6, characterised in that the aforementioned elastic seal (43b) is formed on a flange (41a) of the aforementioned casing body (4) foreseen to be guided toward a partition in the vicinity of which the aforementioned winder can be mounted, the aforementioned seal being hidden by the aforementioned winder in the normal position of use of the aforementioned winder.
  8. Winder according to one of claims 6 or 7, characterised in that the aforementioned seal is formed by an elastically deformable tab (43b) which extends according to a direction globally perpendicular to the aforementioned direction (F1) of relative translation of the aforementioned casing bodies.
  9. Mechanism for operating a shutter or moveable rolling shutter or the like, characterised in that it comprises a winder (1) of belt (2) according to one of the preceding claims.
  10. Procedure for manufacturing a belt winder or the like for a shutter or moveable rolling shutter or the like which comprises an apparatus (3) for winding and tensing the aforementioned belt (2) and two casing bodies (4, 8) capable of being assembled to form a casing of the aforementioned winder, characterised in that it consists in:
    moulding two casing bodies (4, 8) each one provided with a main screen (41, 81) and a flange (44, 84) extending according to a direction globally perpendicular to the aforementioned screen;
    equipping one of the aforementioned casing bodies with fastening elements (5) and/or with a brake (7) for the aforementioned belt, in particular by riveting;
    assembling the aforementioned casing bodies making them undergo a movement of relative translation (F1) according to a direction globally parallel to the respective main screens thereof, and
    closing the aforementioned casing bodies which engage through the form (44b, 84b) of the aforementioned flanges.
